Abstract

本发明涉及一种隔热涂料的制备方法,其中采用了特定的单体和配比,通过高温聚合工艺使聚合物包覆在纳米二氧化钛表面,有效避免了涂料中纳米组分的团聚,改善了纳米二氧化钛在涂料中的分散度和稳定性。此外,本发明采用了特定的组分配比,由此获得的涂料涂装后形成的涂层具有良好的隔热性、耐磨性、硬度、强度、附着性等多种优异性能。本发明的涂料制备方法简单易行,容易工业化生产。

一种隔热涂料的制备方法
技术领域                             
本发明涉及一种隔热涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国建筑产业的发展,房屋的节能的重要性日益凸现。普通的外墙涂料会吸收太阳光中的红外线,并将其转化为热能,引起涂层温度升高,热量由涂层向底材,再由底材向内传导,导致房屋或容器内温度的升高。从理论上讲只要能够对热辐射进行有效的反射或者阻隔,就可以有效地起到隔热保温的效果,如采用硅酸盐类材料。经典的墙体保温隔热材料包括酚醛树脂合成材料、聚氨酯材料、玻璃纤维材料、硅酸铝岩棉、矿棉、橡塑、软木、珍珠岩等。这些材料存在着厚重,施工繁琐、耐水性差等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隔热涂料的制备方法,由其制备的涂层具有良好的隔热性、附着性、耐磨性和强度,制备成本低廉,施工简单。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种隔热涂料的制备方法,包括如下制备步骤:
a)纳米二氧化钛的改性:以重量份数计,取纳米二氧化钛10g,将其分散在甲苯中,而后加入硅烷偶联剂KH550 8g,而后以10℃/min的速率升温至100℃,搅拌反应1h,经离心、洗涤、干燥获得表面改性的纳米二氧化钛粉体。
b)复合树脂的制备:以重量份数计,取戊二酸8份、苯乙烯10份、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯 10份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯10份,依次加入反应器中,而后加入OP-13 2份,TX-13 2份,步骤a)制得的纳米二氧化钛粉体 15份,搅拌均匀后加入过硫酸钠1份,以10℃/min的速率升温至80℃,搅拌20min后,再加入过硫酸钠1份,升温至90℃后,搅拌反应2小时,再加入戊二酸5份、苯乙烯5份、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯 5份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯 5份,过硫酸钠0.5份,充分搅拌,升温至95℃,保温2h,缓慢降温至20℃,得到包覆纳米二氧化钛型聚合物复合树脂。
c)涂料的制备:以重量份数计,取步骤b)制得的复合树脂40份,二辛基磺基琥珀酸钠3份,二氧化硅微球2份,云母 15份,颜料2份,杀菌剂 3份,消泡剂1份,pH值调节剂0.8份,溶剂80份,加入容器中,充分搅拌,混合均匀,研磨2小时,过滤后得到涂料产品。
所述步骤a)、b)、c)中的搅拌速率均为300-400转/min。
所述步骤c)中的过滤采用200目涂料过滤网过滤。
本发明的有益效果
本发明的隔热涂料中采用了特定的单体和配比,通过高温聚合工艺使聚合物包覆在纳米二氧化钛表面,有效避免了涂料中纳米组分的团聚,改善了纳米二氧化钛在涂料中的分散度和稳定性。此外,本发明采用了特定的组分配比,由此获得的涂料涂装后形成的涂层具有良好的隔热性、耐磨性、硬度、强度、附着性等多种优异性能。本发明的涂料制备方法简单易行,容易工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例表述的范围。本发明中除非特别指明外,实施例所涉及的比例均为重量百分比。
实施例1
纳米二氧化钛的改性:以重量份数计,取纳米二氧化钛10g,将其分散在甲苯中,而后加入硅烷偶联剂KH550 8g,而后以10℃/min的速率升温至100℃,搅拌反应1h,经离心、洗涤、干燥获得表面改性的纳米二氧化钛粉体。
复合树脂的制备:以重量份数计,取戊二酸8份、苯乙烯10份、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯 10份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯10份,依次加入反应器中,而后加入OP-13 2份,TX-13 2份,表面改性的纳米二氧化钛粉体 15份,搅拌均匀后加入过硫酸钠1份,以10℃/min的速率升温至80℃,搅拌20min后,再加入过硫酸钠1份,升温至90℃后,搅拌反应2小时,再加入戊二酸5份、苯乙烯5份、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯 5份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯 5份,过硫酸钠0.5份,充分搅拌,升温至95℃,保温2h,缓慢降温至20℃,得到包覆纳米二氧化钛型聚合物复合树脂。
涂料的制备:以重量份数计,包覆纳米二氧化钛型聚合物复合树脂40份,二辛基磺基琥珀酸钠3份,二氧化硅微球2份,云母 15份,颜料2份,杀菌剂 3份,消泡剂1份,pH值调节剂0.8份,溶剂80份,加入容器中,充分搅拌,混合均匀,研磨2小时,采用200目涂料过滤网过滤后得到涂料产品。
采用实施例1的涂料制备涂层,并对其进行常规性能测试,结果如下:

Claims (3)

1.一种隔热涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下制备步骤:
a)纳米二氧化钛的改性:以重量份数计,取纳米二氧化钛10g,将其分散在甲苯中,而后加入硅烷偶联剂KH550 8g,而后以10℃/min的速率升温至100℃,搅拌反应1h,经离心、洗涤、干燥获得表面改性的纳米二氧化钛粉体;
b)复合树脂的制备:以重量份数计,取戊二酸8份、苯乙烯10份、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯 10份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯10份,依次加入反应器中,而后加入OP-13 2份,TX-13 2份,步骤a)制得的纳米二氧化钛粉体 15份,搅拌均匀后加入过硫酸钠1份,以10℃/min的速率升温至80℃,搅拌20min后,再加入过硫酸钠1份,升温至90℃后,搅拌反应2小时,再加入戊二酸5份、苯乙烯5份、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯 5份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯 5份,过硫酸钠0.5份,充分搅拌,升温至95℃,保温2h,缓慢降温至20℃,得到包覆纳米二氧化钛型聚合物复合树脂;
c)涂料的制备:以重量份数计,取步骤b)制得的复合树脂40份,二辛基磺基琥珀酸钠3份,二氧化硅微球2份,云母 15份,颜料2份,杀菌剂 3份,消泡剂1份,pH值调节剂0.8份,溶剂80份,加入容器中,充分搅拌,混合均匀,研磨2小时,过滤后得到涂料产品。
2.如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤a)、b)、c)中的搅拌速率均约为300-400转/min。
3.如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤c)中的过滤采用200目涂料过滤网过滤。
