本发明涉及一种陶瓷异形修边机,包括减速电机、机架、横梁、伺服电机、转轴、托坯架,其特征在于,所述的转轴连接轴承座与减速器和伺服电机,轴承座安装在横梁上,所述的横梁上面安装滚珠螺母穿过螺杆,下面安装滑块座和滑块,滑块套在滑杆上,所述的机架上安装滑杆与伺服电机,伺服电机连接螺杆,所述的减速电机轴端安装海绵擦。本发明具有结构简单,质量保证,省工省时,效率高,能代替人工操作等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷机械领域,尤其是一种陶瓷异形修边机。
背景技术
在陶瓷产品生产中,对异形坯体如鱼盘、四方盘、及其它不规则的多边型的盘类产品的边沿进行修磨,一直是用手工对边缘水抹精
修,由于人工的操作 手法、用力程度都不够稳定,导致生产出来的产品尺差很难控制,随意性大,产品质量难以上档次,且操作人员劳动强度大,生产效率低。因此,急需开发一种能对异型盘类进行修边的设备以提高生产率,降低工人的劳动强度,提高产品质量档次。公告号 CN 202070974 U平面产品自动修坯机和公告号 CN 202462588 U环保节能自动修坯机,只能适用圆口盘产品,不适用异型产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、质量保证、效率高、能代替人工操作的一种陶瓷异形修边机。
为达到上述的目的所采取的技术解决方案如下:
1、一种陶瓷异形修边机,包括减速电机、机架、横梁、伺服电机、转轴、托坯架,其特征在于,所述的转轴连接轴承座与减速器和伺服电机,轴承座安装在横梁上,所述的横梁上面安装滚珠螺母穿过螺杆,下面安装滑块座和滑块,滑块套在滑杆上,所述的机架上安装滑杆与伺服电机,伺服电机连接螺杆,所述的减速电机轴端安装海绵擦。
2、如技术方案1所述的一种陶瓷异形修边机,其中,所述的转轴是空心轴,其上端安装托坯架,托坯架放置坯体,转轴下端接有旋转接头,旋转接头连通气管至负压发生器。
本发明具有结构简单,质量保证,效率高,能代替人工操作等优点。

如图1、图2所示,一种陶瓷异形修边机,包括减速电机、机架、横梁、伺服电机、转轴、托坯架,其中,所述的转轴14连接轴承座15与减速器9和伺服电机10,轴承座15安装在横梁5上,所述的横梁5上面安装滚珠螺母3穿过螺杆4,下面安装滑块座6和滑块7,滑块7套在滑杆8上,所述的机架16上安装滑杆8与伺服电机17,伺服电机17连接螺杆4,所述的减速电机1轴端安装海绵擦2。
所述的转轴14是空心轴,其上端安装托坯架13,托坯架13放置坯体12,转轴14下端接有旋转接头11,旋转接头11连通气管至负压发生器。
工作原理:将坯体12放在托坯架13上,负压发生器开启吸紧坯体12,伺服电机10通过减速器9带动转轴14转动,致使坯体12旋转,伺服电机17带动滚珠丝杆4使横梁5滑动前进或后退,根据坯体12的外形轨迹或快或慢,使坯体12的边缘始终保持与转动的海绵擦2接触,而将坯体12的边缘修整圆滑;PLC程控器预先编好坯体12的外形轨迹程序,通过控制伺服电机10和伺服电机17的转速来实现。

1. 一种陶瓷异形修边机,包括减速电机、机架、横梁、伺服电机、转轴、托坯架,其特征在于,所述的转轴(14)连接轴承座(15)与减速器(9)和伺服电机(10),轴承座(15)安装在横梁(5)上,所述的横梁(5)上面安装滚珠螺母(3)穿过螺杆(4),下面安装滑块座(6)和滑块(7),滑块(7)套在滑杆(8)上,所述的机架(16)上安装滑杆(8)与伺服电机(17),伺服电机(17)连接螺杆(4),所述的减速电机(1)轴端安装海绵擦(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷异形修边机,其特征在于,所述的转轴(14)是空心轴,其上端安装托坯架(13),托坯架(13)放置坯体(12),转轴(14)下端接有旋转接头(11),旋转接头(11)连通气管至负压发生器。
