技术领域
本发明涉及一种旋转补偿器,用于补偿介质为蒸汽、热水的压力管道的热胀冷缩。
背景技术
现有的旋转补偿器的结构包括外筒和内管,内管的一部分置于外筒内,内管与外筒的重合部分之间压有环状的密封填料,旋转补偿器设置在压力管道中,当压力管道发生热胀冷缩时,旋转补偿器的内管与外筒之间相对旋转,实现对压力管道的热应力补偿。内管与外筒之间相对旋转时,密封填料与内管和外筒之间产生很大的摩擦力使密封填料磨损,旋转补偿器密封性能会逐渐下降,影响到旋转补偿器的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种旋转补偿器,以减少密封件的磨损,保持密封性能。
本旋转补偿器包括外筒和内管4,外筒的筒体2的左侧设有变径管1,筒体的右侧设有法兰3,其特征是,在法兰上密封连接有筒盖11,筒盖上左侧的管体伸在筒体中,内管的左端置于筒体内,内管的右端从筒盖的管体中穿出,硅橡胶管5的两端分别密封连接在内管的左端和筒盖的管体上,硅橡胶管与外筒的内壁之间留有间隙。
与现有技术相比,当内管与外筒之间相对旋转时,连接在内管和筒盖的管体上的硅橡胶管产生扭转,由于硅橡胶管与外筒的内壁留有间隙,硅橡胶管与内管之间的摩擦力很小,硅橡胶管几乎不产生磨损,可保持旋转补偿器的密封性能。另外硅橡胶管在补偿器内,受光和空气中的氧的影响很小不容易老化,其工作寿命可达数十年。

具体实施方式
现结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
本旋转补偿器包括外筒和内管4,外筒由变径管1、筒体2、法兰3构成,筒体的筒体2的左侧为变径管1,筒体的右侧为法兰3,筒盖11通过螺栓9将连接在法兰上,在筒盖与法兰之间设有密封垫11;筒盖上左侧的管体伸在筒体中,内管的左端置于筒体内,内管的右端从筒盖的管体穿出,硅橡胶管5的两端分别密封连接在内管的左端和筒盖的管体上,硅橡胶管与外筒的内壁之间留有间隙。所述的变径管的内径与内管的内径相等。
介质流体从外筒和内管中通过时,硅橡胶管起密封作用,阻止介质流体沿内管与筒盖的管体之间的间隙漏出。外筒相对内管转动时(转动的角度在-25度至25度之间),由于硅橡胶管是柔性体,可随外筒或内管自如扭转。硅橡胶管的工作环境温度为-20℃至330℃。
所述内管的左端的外径与筒盖的管体的外径相等,内管的左端的外径大于其右端的外径,内管的变径面与筒盖的管体的端面之间留有1毫米范围的间隙,硅橡胶管的内壁与内管和筒盖的管体的外圆相贴合;这样可将介质流体对硅橡胶管压力传递给内管和筒盖的管体,增强硅橡胶管的耐压能力。
硅橡胶管可用高温粘接剂与内管和筒盖的管体连接;可在内管和筒盖的管体设置环形凹槽,通过卡箍6将硅橡胶管勒紧在环形凹槽内。
本旋转补偿器还包括一限位装置,限位装置包括限位套7、限位盘8,限位套穿在螺栓9上,限位套由套体和凸缘构成,限位套的套体与筒盖右侧相邻,限位盘焊接在内管上,限位套的套体在限位盘的圆周外侧,限位套的凸缘伸到限位盘的圆周内,当限位套被螺栓上螺母拧紧时内管在筒体内1至2毫米的轴向移动范围。该限位装置可防止外筒与内管之间产生较大的轴向窜动,避免在旋转补偿器在压力管道上安装时使硅橡胶管受到一拉伸力或压缩力;同时可补偿管道发生线膨胀时的盲扳力。

1.一种旋转补偿器,包括外筒和内管(4),外筒的筒体(2)的左侧设有变径管(1),筒体的右侧设有法兰(3),其特征是,在法兰上密封连接有筒盖(11),筒盖上左侧的管体伸在筒体中,内管的左端置于筒体内,内管的右端从筒盖的管体中穿出,硅橡胶管(5)的两端分别密封连接在内管的左端和筒盖的管体上,硅橡胶管与外筒的内壁之间留有间隙;所述的旋转补偿器还包括一限位装置,限位装置包括限位套(7)、限位盘(8),限位套穿在螺栓(9)上,限位套由套体和凸缘构成,限位套的套体与筒盖右侧相邻,限位盘焊接在内管上,限位套的套体在限位盘的圆周外侧,限位套的凸缘伸到限位盘的圆周内,当限位套被螺栓上螺母拧紧时内管在筒体(2)内有1至2毫米的轴向移动范围。
