本发明涉及陶瓷管技术领域,尤其是一种耐磨氧化铝陶瓷管。
背景技术
因为氧化铝陶瓷管具有优良的绝缘性,高频损耗小,高频绝缘性好的特点,氧化铝陶瓷管不燃、不锈,坚固不易损坏,有着其它有机材料和金属材料不可比拟的优良性质,因此广泛应用于电子、汽车、机械、化工、纺织、航空、通讯和家用电器等行业。但是普通的陶瓷管耐磨性能不够理想,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为克服上述存在的问题,提供一种耐磨性好、使用寿命长的氧化铝陶瓷管。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种耐磨氧化铝陶瓷管,包括管体,所述的管体表面涂覆有耐磨保护层,所述的管体内壁设置有抛光涂层。
进一步地,所述的管体为氧化铝陶瓷管。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的耐磨氧化铝陶瓷管表面涂覆耐磨层,有效提高其耐磨性能,使用寿命更长,并且内壁设置有抛光涂层,光滑度高,适用性强。

如图1所示的耐磨氧化铝陶瓷管,包括管体1,管体1表面涂覆有耐磨保护层2,能有效提高其耐磨性,另外,管体1内壁设置有抛光涂层3。其中,管体1为氧化铝陶瓷管。

3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨氧化铝陶瓷管,其特征是:所述的管体(1)的厚度为2mm。
