本发明公开了一种高岭土陶瓷珠配方,按重量份计,包括:高岭土40‑50份;氧化锆10‑15份;纳米石墨烯5‑8份;莫来石粉50‑80份;钴10‑15份;铬1‑5份。本发明的优点在于:高岭土赋予陶瓷珠耐火耐高温性能;氧化锆、钴、铬赋予陶瓷珠硬度大、强度高的性能,同时石墨烯能够提高陶瓷珠的韧性性能,成分之间相互促进,使陶瓷珠同时具备高强度、硬度大、有韧性、脆性小的高性能。

背景技术
陶瓷研磨介质要求具备机械强度大、硬度高、高温性能好、耐磨性能优异等优点,其被广泛应用到矿产、化工、涂料油漆等相关精细加工领域。研磨介质虽然硬度大,却有着脆性大、缺少韧性的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高岭土陶瓷珠配方,以解决陶瓷珠脆性大、缺少韧性的问题。
