本发明提供一种新型焊丝,包括焊丝本体,所述焊丝本体外部涂覆有镀铜层,所述镀铜层的外部涂覆有油膜层,所述油膜层为橄榄油膜层,所述镀铜层的厚度为2mm。本发明的有益效果是在焊丝本体的外部分别涂覆镀铜层和油膜层,使焊丝本体与外界的空气隔离开来,达到防潮防锈的效果,延长焊丝的使用寿命,有利于焊丝的保存。

技术领域
本发明属于焊丝加工制造领域,尤其是涉及一种新型焊丝。
背景技术
焊丝镀铜的主要目的是提高防锈性,增加导电性和润滑性。焊丝表面铜层的颜色成为焊丝企业及其客户判断焊丝质量的重要指标,尤其焊丝铜层是否变色,是否有锈迹特别受到重视。焊丝生产企业往往因为焊丝表面生锈而造成很大的经济损失,因此防止生锈对确保焊丝的质量有着极其重要的意义。目前一般的镀铜焊丝,置换镀铜层的晶粒较粗,空隙较大,较薄的铜层不能完全覆盖钢丝表面,致使焊丝容易生锈。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型焊丝,不容易生锈。
本发明的技术方案是:一种新型焊丝,包括焊丝本体,所述焊丝本体外部涂覆有镀铜层,所述镀铜层的外部涂覆有油膜层,所述油膜层为橄榄油膜层,所述镀铜层的厚度为2mm。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,在焊丝本体的外部分别涂覆镀铜层和油膜层,使焊丝本体与外界的空气隔离开来,达到防潮防锈的效果,延长焊丝的使用寿命,有利于焊丝的保存。

下面结合附图对本发明做详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明一种新型焊丝,包括焊丝本体1,所述焊丝本体1外部涂覆有镀铜层2,所述镀铜层2的外部涂覆有油膜层3,所述油膜层3为橄榄油膜层,所述镀铜层2的厚度为2mm。
本实例的工作过程:焊丝本体1外部涂覆有镀铜层2和橄榄油膜层3,可以隔离焊丝本体1与空气的接触,达到防潮防锈的效果,延长焊丝的使用寿命,有利于焊丝的保存。
