Abstract
本发明提供一种碳纤维增强塑料球阀,本发明的要点是:它包括阀座、球体、阀体、压盖、阀杆和丝堵六个零部件,其中阀座为PTFE材料的注塑成型件,球体、阀体、压盖、阀杆和丝堵每个零部件均为碳纤维复合塑料的注塑成型件;所说的碳纤维复合塑料是以碳纤维作为增强材料、以合成树脂作基体材料的一种混合物,树脂和碳纤维的体积比为100:25-35,即在100份的树脂中填加25-35份的碳纤维;将所有的零部件组装成球阀。本发明的积极效果是:体轻、机械强度高、耐腐蚀。碳纤维增强塑料的各项物理性质优于金属。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,具体说是一种以碳纤维为主要材料的碳纤维增强塑料球阀。
背景技术
目前的球阀是由金属材料制成,具体说是阀门的六个主要零部件阀座、球体、阀体、压盖、阀杆、丝堵都是由金属制成。金属阀门具有强度高、重量重、易腐蚀等特点。
碳纤维是一种新材料,它具有强度高、比重小,目前有应用到支架比如自行车三角架上的记录。若能将此材料应用到阀门上,将能解决金属阀门的不足。
发明内容
为此,本发明的目的是提供一种碳纤维增强塑料球阀。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它包括阀座、球体、阀体、压盖、阀杆和丝堵六个零部件,其中阀座为PTFE材料的注塑成型件,其特征是:球体、阀体、压盖、阀杆和丝堵每个零部件均为碳纤维复合塑料的注塑成型件;所说的碳纤维复合塑料是以碳纤维作为增强材料、以合成树脂作基体材料的一种混合物,树脂和碳纤维的体积比为100:25-35,即在100份的树脂中填加25-35份的碳纤维;将所有的零部件组装成阀门。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:体轻、机械强度高、耐腐蚀。碳纤维增强塑料的各项物理性质优于金属。
具体实施方式
球阀的阀座为PTFE材料的注塑成型件,球阀的球体、阀体、压盖、阀杆和丝堵每个零部件均为碳纤维复合塑料的注塑成型件;所说的碳纤维复合塑料是以碳纤维作为增强材料、以合成树脂作基体材料的一种混合物,树脂和碳纤维的体积比为100:30,即在100份的树脂中填加30份的碳纤维;将所有的零部件组装成阀门。
所说的注塑成型件是指经注塑机采用注塑成型工艺注塑出来的成型件,它包括五个步骤:
1、合模:制作每个零部件的注塑模具,再合模。
2、填充:将上述碳纤维和树脂的混合物填充到模具型腔,填充量为模具型腔容积的95%。
3、保压:保压阶段是持续施加压力,压实熔体,增加塑料密度(增密),以补偿塑料的收缩行为。在保压过程中,由于模腔中已经填满塑料,背压较高。在保压阶段,由于压力相当高,塑料呈现部分可压缩特性,保压压力一般为充填最大压力的85%左右。保压时间为15-60分钟。
4、冷却:保压结束后,对注塑工件进行冷却,一般采用冷却水来进行冷却,直至工件达到常温状态。
5、脱模:根据工件形状不同,脱模的方式主要有两种:顶杆脱模和脱料板脱模。对于选用顶杆脱模的模具,顶杆的设置尽量均匀,并且位置应选在脱模阻力最大以及塑件强度和刚度最大的地方,以免塑件变形损坏。而脱料板则一般用于深腔薄壁容器以及不允许有推杆痕迹的透明制品的脱模,这种机构的特点是脱模力大且均匀,运动平稳,无明显的遗留痕迹。
6、最后对加工好的碳纤维增强塑料球阀工件进行组装,形成碳纤维增强塑料球阀。

1. 一种碳纤维增强塑料球阀,它包括阀座、球体、阀体、压盖、阀杆和丝堵六个零部件,其中阀座为PTFE材料的注塑成型件,其特征是:球体、阀体、压盖、阀杆和丝堵每个零部件均为碳纤维复合塑料的注塑成型件;所说的碳纤维复合塑料是以碳纤维作为增强材料、以合成树脂作基体材料的一种混合物,树脂和碳纤维的体积比为100:25-35,即在100份的树脂中填加25-35份的碳纤维;将所有的零部件组装成球阀。
