本发明涉及油封技术领域,尤其是一种散热性好的带骨架的油封,包括“L”型金属骨架和包覆于骨架末端的橡胶密封体,橡胶密封体具有叶尾部,叶尾部外侧具有一切修面,橡胶密封体向切修面方向上设置有防尘唇,骨架与橡胶密封体为一体结构。本发明的带骨架的油封在纯橡胶的基础上设计骨架,大大方便了密封圈的安装,更好地确保了密封的装配定位,散热性好,既能避免汽车润滑系统的润滑油外泄或渗漏,又能挡灰尘,保证密封效果,提高了密封圈的使用寿命,满足使用要求。

本发明涉及油封技术领域,尤其是一种散热性好的带骨架的油封。
背景技术
在汽车润滑系统内安装有密封圈,传统的密封圈一般为单一的橡胶材料或其他高分子材料,这种结构的密封圈在与壳体配对时,其密封效果不易保证,散热效果差,其材料也容易因老化变形失去弹性,因而使用寿命较短,需要频繁更换,影响设备的运行效率。另外,由于密封效果不理想,极易使润滑系统的润滑介质外泄或渗漏,不能满足使用需求,严重的会危及人身安全。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为克服上述存在的问题,提供一种散热性好、密封效果好的带骨架的油封。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种带骨架的油封,包括“L”型金属骨架和包覆于骨架末端的橡胶密封体,所述的橡胶密封体具有叶尾部,所述的叶尾部外侧具有一切修面,所述的橡胶密封体向切修面方向上设置有防尘唇,所述的骨架与橡胶密封体为一体结构。
进一步地,所述的橡胶密封体上设置有防滑纹。
更进一步,所述的骨架材质为经过防锈处理的铁壳,这种结构的密封圈在于壳体配对时,能够加强散热性能。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的带骨架的油封在纯橡胶的基础上设计骨架,大大方便了密封圈的安装,更好地确保了密封的装配定位,散热性好,既能避免汽车润滑系统的润滑油外泄或渗漏,又能挡灰尘,保证密封效果,提高了密封圈的使用寿命,满足使用要求。

如图1所示的带骨架的油封,包括“L”型金属骨架1和包覆于骨架1末端的橡胶密封体2,,橡胶密封体2具有叶尾部,叶尾部外侧具有一切修面2-1,其挡边能够避免汽车润滑系统的润滑油外泄或渗漏,橡胶密封体2向切修面方向上设置有防尘唇2-2,骨架1与橡胶密封体2为一体结构。其次,橡胶密封体2上设置有防滑纹。骨架1材质为经过防锈处理的铁壳,这种结构的带骨架的油封在与壳体配对过程中,在保证密封性能的同时又能够加强散热性能。

1.一种带骨架的油封,其特征是:包括“L”型金属骨架(1)和包覆于骨架(1)末端的橡胶密封体(2),所述的橡胶密封体(2)具有叶尾部,所述的叶尾部外侧具有一切修面(2-1),所述的橡胶密封体(2)向切修面(2-1)方向上设置有防尘唇(2-2),所述的骨架(1)与橡胶密封体(2)为一体结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带骨架的油封,其特征是:所述的橡胶密封体(2)上设置有防滑纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带骨架的油封,其特征是:所述的骨架(1)材质为经过防锈处理的铁壳。
