本发明公开了一种船用反光耐腐涂料,所述船用反光耐腐涂料的成分包括软水、30%聚羧酸铵盐、有机硅消泡剂、丙二醇、甲基异噻唑啉酮防腐剂、钛白粉、高岭土、沉淀硅酸铝、砂砾、玻璃珠、分散剂、增稠剂、软水、醇酯十二成膜助剂、苯丙乳液、有机硅消泡剂、甲基乙醇胺 PH值调节剂经过打浆、研磨、混合而成。本发明具有很好地耐腐性,能够反光显示船体轮廓,增加行船时的安全度,耐水性强,同时无污染,非常环保可靠的优点。

一种船用反光耐腐涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种船用反光耐腐涂料。
背景技术
船经常在海中行驶穿梭,海水与海风对船体的腐蚀损伤较大,在光线较暗时无法清晰的看清附近船只的轮廓,降低了船行驶得安全度,如何减少腐蚀和如何在光线较暗时进行清晰辨认成了需解决的两个重要问题。目前市面上的船用涂料一般只注重于防腐,不在意涂料是否对辨清船体轮廓起到作用,忽视涂料对海洋造成的污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供耐腐蚀、无污染、附着力强、能很好的进行光体反射的一种船用反光耐腐涂料。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种船用反光耐腐涂料,所述船用反光耐腐涂料的成分及配方的百分比为:
(1)软水 16.5%
(2)30%聚羧酸铵盐 分散剂 1.2%
(3)有机硅消泡剂 0.3%
(4)丙二醇 1.7%
(5)甲基异噻唑啉酮 防腐剂 0.08%
(6)0.15微米金红石型 钛白粉 15.4%
(7)1.0微米进口煅烧 高岭土 3.0%
(8)0.3微米沉淀硅酸铝 2.0%
(9)0.3微米粒径 砂砾 1.5%
(10)0.4微米粒径 玻璃珠 4.8%
(11)30%聚羧酸铵盐 分散剂 0.2%
(12)30%聚氨酯缔合型 增稠剂 1.33%
(13)软水 10.68%
(14)醇酯十二成膜助剂 2.25%
(15)苯丙乳液 38.7%
(16)有机硅消泡剂 0.2%
(17)甲基乙醇胺 PH值调节剂 0.16%;
所述船用反光耐腐涂料的的制备方法为:
A、打浆:在装有分散机的容器中加入(1)的软水,在转速为250转/分的搅拌状态下,按配方顺序依次加入(2)、(3)、(4)、(5),搅拌3分钟,将分散机的转速提高至500转/分,将(6)、(7)、(8)依次加入容器中,将将分散机的转速提高至900转/分,搅拌15分钟得待研磨浆料;
B、研磨:将容器中的待研磨浆料通过研磨机研磨,得研磨浆料;
C、混合:将研磨浆料投入另一装有分散机的容器中,将分散机的转速调至800转/分,依次加入(9)、(10)、(11),搅拌5分钟,将分散机的转速调至1000转/分,加入(12),容器内形成均匀的漩涡状,保持分散机转速为1000转/分,依次加入(13)、(14)、(15)、(16)、(17),充分搅拌混合10分钟,得所述船用反光耐腐涂料,接下来只需要包装即可。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有优点:
本发明中将防腐与反光进行了结合,更加地适用于船行业,在光线不好的时候,光线可以通过玻璃珠进行反射,显示出船体的轮廓,增加自身船只与其他船只的安全;本发明利用了1.5%的0.3微米粒径的砂砾和4.8%的0.4微米粒径的玻璃珠,增加了涂料涂上后表面的粗糙度,降低了玻璃珠的反射光的强度,不容易产生死角,同时防止了砂砾过多过大导致的反光度的过度降低;本发明中用甲基异噻唑啉酮作为防腐剂,可以抑制细菌和藻类的生长,起到防腐的作用,无毒;在本发明中利用到了软水,有效的减少了水中矿物质对所述船用反光耐腐涂料的品质;其中苯丙乳液附着力好,耐水,耐老化;本发明具有很好地耐腐性,能够反光显示船体轮廓,增加行船时的安全度,耐水性强,同时无污染,非常环保。

1.一种船用反光耐腐涂料,其特征在于:所述船用反光耐腐涂料的成分及配方的百分比为:
(1)软水 16.5%
(2)30%聚羧酸铵盐 分散剂 1.2%
(3)有机硅消泡剂 0.3%
(4)丙二醇 1.7%
(5)甲基异噻唑啉酮 防腐剂 0.08%
(6)0.15微米金红石型 钛白粉 15.4%
(7)1.0微米进口煅烧 高岭土 3.0%
(8)0.3微米沉淀硅酸铝 2.0%
