技术领域
本发明涉及医药用品技术领域,具体为一种直接接触药液聚异戊二烯垫片。
背景技术
异戊二烯具有洁净、透明、良好的加工性和粘着性,聚异戊二烯弹性体为合成聚合物、主要为立构规整聚合物、分子结构与性能与天然橡胶类似, 具有高顺式-1,4含量的合成聚异戊二烯橡胶(IR)主要有三种:1)Ziegler-NattaIR,以钛/铝系催化剂聚合,2)阴离子IR,以烷基锂为引发剂聚合,3)稀土IR,以稀土催化剂聚合。
传统的药用输液组合盖组成为:外盖+异戊二烯垫片+内盖,因内盖由PP材料制成,导致了实际使用时穿刺较困难,穿刺落屑较大,给输液造成一定的困难和影响,为解决这一问题,我们完成开发的药用输液组合盖取消了其中的内盖部分,因此要求可直接接触药液的垫片来密封药品。。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种直接接触药液聚异戊二烯垫片,其采用高洁净度异戊二烯橡胶,并且克服了传统异戊垫片配方易析出的缺点,采用一个全新的配方设计,满足直接接触输液药品的相关要求,在取消药用输液组合盖内盖时辅助减小护士穿刺过程中的阻力,并减小了穿刺落屑产生的可能,更便于医院使用。
本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
提供一种直接接触药液聚异戊二烯垫片,其特征在于:其配方组成按质量份为:异戊二烯橡胶:80-100份,高岭土:15-20份,白炭黑:5-10份,炭黑:0.3份,钛白粉:3份,硫化剂:1.3份。
