Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于汽车空调的集流管隔片槽加工夹具。它包括座体,座体上安装定位板,定位板上有多条纵向设置的可用来安置集流管的V形槽,各条V形槽之间设置有从定位板底部穿出的升降杆,各根升降杆由位于底座上的转角缸驱动,各根升降杆的顶部安装有压紧块,压紧块的左右两端能够压在位于升降杆两侧的V形槽内的集流管上,定位板上方设置有能够对集流管进行铣削加工的铣刀。采用上述的结构后,可以可直接对多根集流管进行定位,同时对多条集流管进行隔片槽加工,由此不但降低了工作量,节约了人工成本和时间成本,提高了加工效率,各根集流管同时加工,也使得加工精度大大提高,其加工方便快捷,生产效率高,操作安全、产品质量优良。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车配件加工的辅助装置,具体地说是一种用于汽车空调的集流管隔片槽加工夹具。
背景技术
众所周知,在汽车配件生产过程中,都要在汽车空调中的集流管上铣有多个隔片槽,传统上集流管隔片槽一般都是逐根集流管分别进行加工,由此不但使其工作量非常大,耗费了大量的人工成本,浪费了时间,从而降低了加工效率,而且各根集流管分别加工,也使得加工精度不高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种提高加工精度和加工效率的集流管隔片槽加工夹具。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的集流管隔片槽加工夹具,包括座体,座体上安装定位板,定位板上有多条纵向设置的可用来安置集流管的V形槽,各条V形槽之间设置有从定位板底部穿出的升降杆,各根升降杆由位于底座上的转角缸驱动,各根升降杆的顶部安装有压紧块,压紧块的左右两端能够压在位于升降杆两侧的V形槽内的集流管上,定位板上方设置有能够对集流管进行铣削加工的铣刀。
所述升降杆在纵向方向上并排设置有两根以上,每根升降杆分别由一个转角缸驱动,每根升降杆的顶部都安装有压紧块,使每根集流管由两个以上的压紧块压紧固定。
所述铣刀设置有两片以上并安装在一根铣刀轴上。
所述定位板通过支撑板安装在底座上,转角缸通过一个支撑座安装在底座上,支撑座通过从支撑板侧面穿过的锁紧螺钉定位。
采用上述的结构后,由于设置的可用来安置集流管的V形槽,各条V形槽之间设置有从定位板底部穿出的升降杆,这样便可以可直接对多根集流管进行定位,同时对多条集流管进行隔片槽加工,由此不但降低了工作量,节约了人工成本和时间成本,提高了加工效率,各根集流管同时加工,也使得加工精度大大提高,其加工方便快捷,生产效率高,操作安全、产品质量优良。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明的集流管隔片槽加工夹具作进一步详细说明。
如图所示,本发明的集流管隔片槽加工夹具,包括座体1,座体1上安装定位板2,定位板2上有多条纵向设置的可用来安置集流管3的V形槽4,各条V形槽4之间设置有从定位板2底部穿出的升降杆5,各根升降杆5由位于底座上的转角缸6驱动,各根升降杆5的顶部安装有压紧块7,压紧块7的左右两端能够压在位于升降杆两侧的V形槽内的集流管3上,定位板2上方设置有能够对集流管进行铣削加工的铣刀8,所说的转角缸优选为转角气缸。
进一步的本发明可以采用特制硬质合金刀具,升降杆5在纵向方向上并排设置有两根以上,每根升降杆5分别由一个转角缸6驱动,每根升降杆5的顶部都安装有压紧7,使每根集流管由两个以上的压紧块压紧固定,铣刀8设置有两片以上并安装在一根铣刀轴9上,定位板2通过支撑板10安装在底座1上,转角缸6通过一个支撑座11安装在底座1上,支撑座11通过从支撑板10侧面穿过的锁紧螺钉12定位。
经实践证明,采用本发明的集流管隔片槽加工夹具,采用快速走刀,效率提高2-3倍;使用特制硬质合金刀具,刀具成本节约70%;快速转角气缸,效率提高40%,压紧可靠;可快速更换不通品质产品。

Claims (4)

1.一种集流管隔片槽加工夹具,其特征在于:包括座体(1),座体(1)上安装定位板(2),定位板(2)上有多条纵向设置的可用来安置集流管(3)的V形槽(4),各条所述V形槽(4)之间设置有从定位板(2)底部穿出的升降杆(5),各根所述升降杆(5)由位于底座上的转角缸(6)驱动,各根所述升降杆(5)的顶部安装有压紧块(7),压紧块(7)的左右两端能够压在位于升降杆两侧的V形槽内的集流管(3)上,所述定位板(2)上方设置有能够对集流管进行铣削加工的铣刀(8)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的集流管隔片槽加工夹具,其特征在于:所述升降杆(5)在纵向方向上并排设置有两根以上,每根升降杆(5)分别由一个转角缸(6)驱动,每根升降杆(5)的顶部都安装有压紧块(7),使每根集流管由两个以上的压紧块压紧固定。
3.按照权利要求1所述的集流管隔片槽加工夹具,其特征在于:所述铣刀(8)设置有两片以上并安装在一根铣刀轴(9)上。
4.按照权利要求1所述的集流管隔片槽加工夹具,其特征在于:所述定位板(2)通过支撑板(10)安装在底座(1)上,转角缸(6)通过一个支撑座(11)安装在底座(1)上,支撑座(11)通过从支撑板(10)侧面穿过的锁紧螺钉(12)定位。
