本发明涉及缝纫机技术领域,尤其是涉及缝纫机针杆同步旋转机构,包括装设在上机壳上的用于插装缝纫针的针杆,以及驱动针杆转动的针杆电机,针杆的上端穿设连接一旋转座,并于旋转座上设有夹紧针杆的第一轴承,针杆上下运动时与第一轴承形成滚动摩擦;旋转座通过第二轴承组设在针杆套筒上,针杆套筒与上机壳固连在一起,旋转座与针杆电机传动连接。本发明使用两个轴承夹紧针杆,保证传动无间隙,把滑动摩擦改进为滚动摩擦,降低摩擦力,并且轴承座安装于同步带轮座上,同步带轮座与针杆上套筒通过轴承安装在一起,保证了转动部件与针杆的同心度;结构简单,设计巧妙、合理,能极大的提高了产品的外观和缝制质量,提高产品的合格率。

技术领域
本发明涉及缝纫机技术领域,尤其是涉及一种能与缝纫机上的梭床同步旋转机构相配合进行同步旋转,以实现梭床和针杆可同步旋转,使缝纫针的缝合方向与设定要缝制的线迹始终保持一致的针杆同步旋转机构。
背景技术
传统的缝纫机构一般包括上机壳和下机壳,装设在上机壳上的上轴电机和针杆机构,穿设在上机壳内分别与上轴电机及针杆机构传动连接的上轴,以及装设在下机壳上的下轴电机和梭床机构,穿设在下机壳内并分别与下轴电机及梭床传动连接的下轴构成,通过上轴电机驱动上轴转动,上轴带动针杆机构做上下运动以实现缝纫针的上下缝纫动作,通过下轴电机驱动下轴转动,该下轴带动梭床机构运动以配合缝纫针进行缝纫操作,而此类缝纫机构在进行缝纫时,针杆不能实现依据缝制的线迹同时进行相适应的转动,以致受送料机构送料时的推拉影响,底线和面线在勾线位置缝合时受力不平衡,缝纫针的缝合方向不能与设定要缝制的线迹保持一致,最终导致缝合的线迹出现松散、不整齐、不均匀等缺陷。尤其是在缝制不规则线迹时,缝纫针的缝合方向很难与设定缝制的线迹始终保持一致,导致最后缝制得到的线迹会非常松散、不整齐、不均匀,不能与设定要缝制的线迹完全吻合,严重的影响产品的外观的美观性和缝制质量,影响产品的整体质量,导致产品的合格率较低。随后出现有可使缝纫针的缝合方向与设定要缝制的线迹始终保持一致的针杆同步旋转机构,其结构为,电机与电机座安装于机壳上,特殊定做U型电机轴,针杆两侧做扁面,针杆在电机轴内部上下滑动,电机轴转动带动针杆转动,因为针杆与电机轴为滑动摩擦,而且电机轴带动针杆转动,有一个径向方向的压力,因此在使用过程中,针杆与电机轴容易发生卡死、烧死的现象,而且此结构针杆与电机轴间隙较大,整套结构精度较低,润滑加油较为困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的上述缺陷,提供一种在缝制物料过程中针杆可进行转动,且能与缝纫机构上的梭床同步旋转机构相配合实现针杆和梭床能同步旋转,从而保证面线和底线在缝纫时受力平衡,使得缝纫针的缝合方向与设定缝制的线迹始终保持一致的针杆同步旋转机构,其保证传动无间隙,且把滑动摩擦改进为滚动摩擦,大大降低摩擦力。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
缝纫机针杆同步旋转机构,包括装设在上机壳上的用于插装缝纫针的针杆,以及驱动针杆转动的针杆电机,所述针杆的上端穿设连接一旋转座,并于旋转座上设有夹紧针杆的第一轴承,针杆上下运动时与第一轴承形成滚动摩擦;所述旋转座通过第二轴承组设在针杆套筒上,针杆套筒与上机壳固连在一起,旋转座与针杆电机传动连接。
所述针杆与第一轴承接触的面为削平面,第一轴承成对对夹针杆。
所述旋转座为同步带轮座,通过同步带连接针杆电机。
本发明所述的针杆同步旋转机构的有益效果是:使用两个轴承夹紧针杆,保证传动无间隙,把滑动摩擦改进为滚动摩擦,大大降低摩擦力,并且轴承座安装于同步带轮座上,同步带轮座与针杆上套筒通过轴承安装在一起,保证了转动部件与针杆的同心度。针杆转动部件通过同步带与驱动电机连接,整套传动为柔性连接,消除了传动噪音。实现了针杆在缝纫机构缝制物料时可进行转动,将该针杆同步旋转机构应用于缝纫机构上时,可与梭床同步旋转机构相配合实现同步旋转,从而使缝纫针的缝合方向与设定缝制的线迹始终保持一致,因此缝纫得到的线迹具有紧密、整齐、均匀等优点;有效解决送料机构在送料时产生的推拉对底线和面线的影响,尤其是在缝制不规则线迹时,通过针杆和梭床同步旋转,使面线和底线在勾线位置缝合时受力平衡,缝纫针的缝合方向与设定缝制的线迹始终保持一致,从而保证缝制得到的线迹会非常的紧密、整齐、均匀,与设定缝制的线迹完全吻合,具有结构简单,设计巧妙、合理,能极大的提高了产品的外观和缝制质量,提高产品的合格率等优点。

以下将结合附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步说明,以充分地了解本发明的目的、特征和效果。
参阅图1、2所示,系为本发明的较佳实施例示意图,本发明有关一种缝纫机针杆同步旋转机构,包括装设在上机壳1上的用于装配机针的针杆2,以及驱动针杆2转动的步进电机3,所述针杆2的上端穿设连接一旋转同步齿轮4,并于旋转同步齿轮4上设有夹紧针杆2的限位轴承5,针杆2上下运动时与限位轴承5形成滚动摩擦。本实施例中,所述针杆2与限位轴承5接触的面为削平面,限位轴承5成对对夹针杆2;连接结构良好,限位轴承5与旋转同步齿轮4同步旋转,带动针杆2旋转,同时与上下运动的针杆2形成滚动摩擦;该结构可使针杆2与梭床同步旋转机构相配合实现同步旋转,从而使缝纫针的缝合方向与设定缝制的线迹始终保持一致,因此缝纫得到的线迹具有紧密、整齐、均匀等优点;有效解决送料机构在送料时产生的推拉对底线和面线的影响,尤其是在缝制不规则线迹时,通过针杆和梭床同步旋转,使面线和底线在勾线位置缝合时受力平衡,缝纫针的缝合方向与设定缝制的线迹始终保持一致,从而保证缝制得到的线迹会非常的紧密、整齐、均匀,与设定缝制的线迹完全吻合。本发明中,所述旋转座4通过第二轴承6组设在针杆套筒7上,针杆套筒7与上机壳1固连在一起,旋转座4与步进电机3传动连接。本实施例中,所述旋转座4为同步带轮座,通过同步带8连接步进电机3。
本发明所述的针杆同步旋转机构的有益效果是:使用两个第一轴承5夹紧针杆2,保证传动无间隙,把滑动摩擦改进为滚动摩擦,大大降低摩擦力,并且供第一轴承5安装的轴承座安装于同步带轮座上,同步带轮座与针杆上套筒7通过轴承安装座安装在一起,保证了转动部件与针杆的同心度。针杆转动部件通过同步带与驱动电机连接,整套传动为柔性连接,消除了传动噪音。

1.缝纫机针杆同步旋转机构,包括装配在上机壳(1)上的用于装配机针的针杆(2),以及驱动针杆(2)转动的步进电机(3),其特征在于:所述针杆(2)的上端穿设连接一旋转同步齿轮(4),并于旋转同步齿轮(4)上设有夹紧针杆(2)的限位轴承(5),针杆(2)上下运动时与限位轴承(5)形成滚动摩擦,所述针杆(2)与限位轴承(5)接触的面为削平面,限位轴承(5)成对对夹针杆(2),限位轴承(5)与旋转同步齿轮(4)同步旋转;所述旋转同步齿轮(4)通过轴承安装底座(6)组设在针杆套筒(7)上,针杆套筒(7)与上机壳(1)固连在一起,旋转同步齿轮(4)与步进电机(3)传动连接;所述旋转同步齿轮(4)为同步带轮座,通过同步带(8)连接步进电机(3)。
