本发明涉及水性光油技术领域,公开了一种具有抗菌功能的水性光油,成分为纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液、水性树脂液B、水性蜡乳液、去离子水、乙醇、消泡剂、流平剂和缓冲剂,其制备过程包括:先由纳米二氧化钛、乙醇、去离子水和硅烷偶联剂制备硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子;再由丙烯酸类单体、硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子、聚乙二醇、水溶性引发剂、乳化剂、氨水和去离子水制备纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液。最后由纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液、水性树脂液B、水性蜡乳液、茶皂素、去离子水、乙醇、消泡剂、流平剂和缓冲剂制备成具有抗菌功能的水性光油。本发明无毒无害、分散性好、抗菌效果强。

一种具有抗菌功能的水性光油
技术领域
本发明涉及水性光油技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有抗菌功能的水性光油。
背景技术
水性光油作为一种新兴的绿色环保印刷材料,广泛地应用于食品包装、医药包装、烟包、书刊、挂历等印刷,水性光油拥有出色的表面光泽度,因其溶剂主要为水,不会向大气排放有害的挥发性气体,比较环保,符合当今提倡环保健康的理念。因此水性光油在今后有着广阔的发展空间。
对于用于烟包、医药包装、食品包装印刷等卫生要求较高领域的水性光油来说,要求水性光油自身无毒无害。但是虽然水性光油自身对人体无毒害了,但是烟包、医药包装和食品包装袋上容易滋生病菌,如果水性光油具有抗菌功能,能够有效解决这一问题。
王灿才等在《包装工程》发表的“水松纸抗菌水性油墨研究”中公开了一种抗菌水性油墨,其配方为:联苯胺黄5%,二氧化钛25%,水性丙烯酸树脂液45%,乙醇15%以及去离子水10%。该水性油墨在水松纸上具有良好的印刷适性,并且具有良好的抗菌效果。
中国发明专利CN 102477238B公开了一种水性光油,其配方包括水、丙烯酸聚合物、钛白粉、重金石粉、重质碳酸钙、高岭土、玉墓坟、润湿分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、增稠剂、多功能助剂、成膜助剂和杀菌防霉剂,该水性光油环保无毒、抗碱防霉、防潮。
以上两种产品的但不足之处在于:抗菌成分与其他成分仅仅是物理混合,虽然起到了抗菌作用,但是分散性和效果均一般。
中国发明专利CN 102952431A公开了一种烟用水松纸水性油墨及其制作方法,包括水性乳化树脂油50-60份+氧化铁颜料10-20份+去离子水10-20份+消泡剂、防沉降剂、流平剂、润湿剂、抗菌剂、润湿分散剂、表面张力剂助剂中的一种或一种以上0.5-1份。该发明的烟用水松纸水性油墨具有细度小,干燥速度快,稠度高,粘度低,分散稳定性好,无硬结性沉淀,无凝聚,无残留异味等优点,但是该发明将杀菌剂直接配入水性油墨中,该杀菌剂虽然能够起到杀菌作用,但是可能也会对人体有害,造成副作用。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种具有抗菌功能的水性光油,该水性光油自身无毒无害、分散性好、抗菌效果强。
本发明的具体技术方案为:一种具有抗菌功能的水性光油,按重量百分比计,其各组分含量如下:
40-50wt%水性树脂液A;
15-25 wt%水性树脂液B;
5-10%水性蜡乳液;
1-2wt%茶皂素;
5-15 wt%去离子水;
5-15 wt%乙醇;
1-3wt%消泡剂;
1-3 wt%流平剂;
1-3wt%缓冲剂;
所述水性树脂液A为纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液,所述水性树脂液B选自水性氨基树脂液、马来酸树脂液、水性聚氨酯树脂液中的一种。
上述的具有抗菌功能的水性光油按如下方法制备:
(1)将纳米二氧化钛、乙醇、去离子水和硅烷偶联剂混合均匀后在60℃水浴回流反应8-16h,然后降至室温,产物经过离心分离和洗涤,得到硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子,所述纳米二氧化钛、乙醇、去离子水和硅烷偶联剂的重量用量比为1:30-50:5-15:1-3;
(2)将30-60份去离子水和1-3份乳化剂放入反应器加热至80℃,再将20-40份丙烯酸类单体、15-25份步骤(1)所得的硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子,3-5份聚乙二醇和0.25-0.5份水溶性引发剂放入反应器后搅拌均匀,保温0.5-1小时后,在2小时内匀速加入0.25-0.5份水溶性引发剂,然后再保温4-8小时,之后一边搅拌一边加入氨水进行中和,使溶液pH维持在7.5-8.5之间,再抽真空去除游离的氨水,最后过滤得到纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液,以上物质份数均为重量份数;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液与水性树脂液B、水性蜡乳液、茶皂素、去离子水、乙醇、消泡剂、流平剂、缓冲剂按配比混合均匀,再通过研磨分散得到具有抗菌功能的水性光油。
作为优选,所述的纳米二氧化钛的粒径在10-20nm。
作为优选,所述的丙烯酸类单体选自甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酰胺中的至少两种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明方法通过聚乙二醇对丙烯酸树脂引入了亲水结构,提高了丙烯酸树脂的亲水性,将水性丙烯酸树脂与水性氨基树脂液、马来酸树脂液或水性聚氨酯树脂液进行复配,融合了各种树脂的优点。
同时,采用硅烷偶联剂对纳米二氧化钛进行改性,使其能与丙烯酸类单体共聚,将纳米二氧化钛和羟烷基引入到水性丙烯酸树脂上,经修饰后的纳米二氧化钛直接参与聚合,在树脂中的分布均匀,对水性丙烯酸树脂的改性效果更佳。
纳米二氧化钛具有出色的耐光老化性能和抗菌防霉性能,此外,在水性光油的配方中添加了茶皂素,茶皂素拥有出色的乳化、润湿、分散性能,在水性光油中能够起到分散剂的作用,不仅如此,茶皂素还具有一定的杀菌功能,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等具有良好的抑制能力,茶皂素在醇水溶液中溶解性好,作为水性光油的分散剂和抗菌剂具有广阔前景,虽然茶皂素会有在振荡情况下起泡的问题,但是通过消泡剂便可解决。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
(1)硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子的制备
将重量用量比为1:40:10:2的纳米二氧化钛、乙醇、去离子水和硅烷偶联剂混合均匀后在60℃水浴回流反应12h,然后降至室温,产物经过离心分离和洗涤,得到硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子。所述纳米二氧化钛的粒径为10nm。
(2)纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液的制备
将45份去离子水和2份乳化剂放入反应器加热至80℃,再将10份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、10份甲基丙烯酸乙酯、10份苯乙烯、20份步骤(1)所得的硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子,4份聚乙二醇和0.4份水溶性引发剂放入反应器后搅拌均匀,保温0.75小时后,在2小时内匀速加入0.4份水溶性引发剂,然后再保温6小时,之后一边搅拌一边加入氨水进行中和,使溶液pH维持在7.5-8.5之间,再抽真空去除游离的氨水,最后过滤得到纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液,以上物质份数均为重量份数。
(3)纳米二氧化钛改性的复合型水性光油的制备
具有抗菌功能的水性光油各组分含量如下:
45wt%纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液;
20 wt%水性氨基树脂液;
7.5wt%水性蜡乳液;
1.5wt%茶皂素;
10 wt%去离子水;
10 wt%乙醇;
2wt%消泡剂;
2 wt%流平剂;
2 wt%缓冲剂。
将步骤(2)所得的纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液与水性氨基树脂液、水性蜡乳液、茶皂素、去离子水、乙醇、消泡剂、流平剂、缓冲剂按配比混合均匀,再通过研磨分散得到具有抗菌功能的水性光油。
实施例2
(1)硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子的制备
将重量用量比为1:30:5:1的纳米二氧化钛、乙醇、去离子水和硅烷偶联剂混合均匀后在60℃水浴回流反应8h,然后降至室温,产物经过离心分离和洗涤,得到硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子。所述纳米二氧化钛的粒径为20nm。
(2)纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液的制备
将30份去离子水和1份乳化剂放入反应器加热至80℃,再将10份甲基丙烯酸乙酯、10份丙烯酸甲酯、15份步骤(1)所得的硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子,3份聚乙二醇和0.25份水溶性引发剂放入反应器后搅拌均匀,保温0.5小时后,在2小时内匀速加入0.25份水溶性引发剂,然后再保温4小时,之后一边搅拌一边加入氨水进行中和,使溶液pH维持在7.5-8.5之间,再抽真空去除游离的氨水,最后过滤得到纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液,以上物质份数均为重量份数。
(3)纳米二氧化钛改性的复合型水性光油的制备
具有抗菌功能的水性光油各组分含量如下:
40wt%纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液;
25 wt%水性聚氨酯树脂液;
5wt%水性蜡乳液;
2wt%茶皂素;
15 wt%去离子水;
10wt%乙醇;
1wt%消泡剂;
1wt%流平剂;
1 wt%缓冲剂。
将步骤(2)所得的纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液与水性聚氨酯树脂液、水性蜡乳液、茶皂素、去离子水、乙醇、消泡剂、流平剂、缓冲剂按配比混合均匀,再通过研磨分散得到具有抗菌功能的水性光油。
实施例3
(1)硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子的制备
将重量用量比为1:50:15:3的纳米二氧化钛、乙醇、去离子水和硅烷偶联剂混合均匀后在60℃水浴回流反应16h,然后降至室温,产物经过离心分离和洗涤,得到硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子。所述纳米二氧化钛的粒径为15nm。
(2)纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液的制备
将60份去离子水和3份乳化剂放入反应器加热至80℃,再将20份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、10份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、10份苯乙烯、25份步骤(1)所得的硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子,5份聚乙二醇和0.5份水溶性引发剂放入反应器后搅拌均匀,保温1小时后,在2小时内匀速加入0.5份水溶性引发剂,然后再保温8小时,之后一边搅拌一边加入氨水进行中和,使溶液pH维持在7.5-8.5之间,再抽真空去除游离的氨水,最后过滤得到纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液,以上物质份数均为重量份数。
(3)纳米二氧化钛改性的复合型水性光油的制备
具有抗菌功能的水性光油各组分含量如下:
50wt%纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液;
20wt%马来酸树脂液;
10wt%水性蜡乳液;
1.5wt%茶皂素;
10 wt%去离子水;
5wt%乙醇;
1.5wt%消泡剂;
1 wt%流平剂;
1wt%缓冲剂。
将步骤(2)所得的纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液与马来酸树脂液、水性蜡乳液、茶皂素、去离子水、乙醇、消泡剂、流平剂、缓冲剂按配比混合均匀,再通过研磨分散得到具有抗菌功能的水性光油。
实施例4
(1)硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子的制备
将重量用量比为1:35:8:1的纳米二氧化钛、乙醇、去离子水和硅烷偶联剂混合均匀后在60℃水浴回流反应10h,然后降至室温,产物经过离心分离和洗涤,得到硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子。所述纳米二氧化钛的粒径为10nm。
(2)纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液的制备
将40份去离子水和2份乳化剂放入反应器加热至80℃,再将9份甲基丙烯酸乙酯、9份丙烯酸甲酯、9份丙烯酰胺、18份步骤(1)所得的硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子,3份聚乙二醇和0.3份水溶性引发剂放入反应器后搅拌均匀,保温0.5小时后,在2小时内匀速加入0.3份水溶性引发剂,然后再保温5小时,之后一边搅拌一边加入氨水进行中和,使溶液pH维持在7.5-8.5之间,再抽真空去除游离的氨水,最后过滤得到纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液,以上物质份数均为重量份数。
(3)纳米二氧化钛改性的复合型水性光油的制备
具有抗菌功能的水性光油各组分含量如下:
50wt%纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液;
25 wt%水性氨基树脂液;
5wt%水性蜡乳液;
1wt%茶皂素;
6wt%去离子水;
10wt%乙醇;
1wt%消泡剂;
1wt%流平剂;
1 wt%缓冲剂。
将步骤(2)所得的纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液与水性氨基树脂液、水性蜡乳液、茶皂素、去离子水、乙醇、消泡剂、流平剂、缓冲剂按配比混合均匀,再通过研磨分散得到具有抗菌功能的水性光油。

(2)将30-60份去离子水和1-3份乳化剂放入反应器加热至80℃,再将20-40份丙烯酸类单体、15-25份步骤(1)所得的硅烷偶联剂改性无机纳米粒子,3-5份聚乙二醇和0.25-0.5份水溶性引发剂放入反应器后搅拌均匀,保温0.5-1小时后,在2小时内匀速加入0.25-0.5份水溶性引发剂,然后再保温4-8小时,之后一边搅拌一边加入氨水进行中和,使溶液pH维持在7.5-8.5之间,再抽真空去除游离的氨水,最后过滤得到纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液,以上物质份数均为重量份数;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的纳米二氧化钛改性水性丙烯酸树脂液与水性树脂液B、水性蜡乳液、茶皂素、去离子水、乙醇、消泡剂、流平剂、缓冲剂按配比混合均匀,再通过研磨分散得到具有抗菌功能的水性光油。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有抗菌功能的水性光油,其特征在于,所述的纳米二氧化钛的粒径在10-20nm。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有抗菌功能的水性光油,其特征在于,所述的丙烯酸类单体选自甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酰胺中的至少两种。
