本发明涉及一种防冲击用蜗轮减速机,包括设置于箱体内相互啮合的蜗轮和蜗杆,所述蜗杆的两端均经圆柱滚子轴承支撑且均穿接端盖封装于箱体内,蜗杆的任意一端与该端的端盖之间、或两端与各自一端的端盖之间设有双列圆锥滚子轴承,蜗杆支撑于双列圆锥滚子轴承上,所述双列圆锥滚子轴承的两圆锥滚子轴承之间弹性压合有一圈均布的多只弹簧。蜗杆支撑的双列圆锥滚子轴承中两个圆锥滚子轴承之间加设一圈均布的多个弹簧,可以缓冲由蜗轮传递蜗杆上的轴向冲击力,能有效确保蜗杆的性能稳定,延长减速机的寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种减速机,具体说是一种防冲击用蜗轮减速机。
背景技术
     在蜗轮减速机的使用过程中,蜗轮会受到较大的冲击力,此冲击力会传递到蜗杆上,对蜗杆产生一个轴向的冲击力,轴向冲击力过大易损伤蜗杆的支撑轴承,影响减速机使用性能和寿命。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单,能有效缓冲蜗轮、蜗杆传动产生的轴向力,延长整体性能和使用寿命的防冲击用蜗轮减速机。
本发明的技术方案是:一种防冲击用蜗轮减速机,包括设置于箱体内相互啮合的蜗轮和蜗杆,所述蜗杆的两端均经圆柱滚子轴承支撑且均穿接端盖封装于箱体内,蜗杆的任意一端与该端的端盖之间、或两端与各自一端的端盖之间设有双列圆锥滚子轴承,蜗杆支撑于双列圆锥滚子轴承上,所述双列圆锥滚子轴承的两圆锥滚子轴承之间弹性压合有一圈均布的多只弹簧。
进一步地,所述弹簧设置于双列圆锥滚子轴承中两圆锥滚子轴承的外圈之间。
   与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:在蜗杆支撑的双列圆锥滚子轴承中两个圆锥滚子轴承之间加设一圈均布的多个弹簧,可以缓冲由蜗轮传递蜗杆上的轴向冲击力,能有效确保蜗杆的性能稳定,延长减速机的寿命。

图1所示,一种防冲击用蜗轮减速机包括箱体1、蜗轮2、蜗杆3、端盖4、圆柱滚子轴承5、双列圆锥滚子轴承6、轴套7、限位挡圈8、缓冲板9和弹簧10。箱体1内设置相互啮合的蜗轮2和蜗杆3,蜗杆3的两端均经圆柱滚子轴承5支撑且均穿接端盖3封装于箱体1内,蜗杆3输出端的圆柱滚子轴承与端盖之间设有双列圆锥滚子轴承6,双列圆锥滚子轴承6经轴套7套接于蜗杆3上,轴套7的两端由圆柱滚子轴承和限位挡圈8限位,双列圆锥滚子轴承6中的两圆锥滚子轴承之间设有缓冲板9,缓冲板9外侧抵靠端盖4的内沿,缓冲板9上均布由多个通孔,通孔内设有弹簧10,弹簧10的两端抵紧双列圆锥滚子轴承6中的两圆锥滚子轴承的外圈。

1.一种防冲击用蜗轮减速机,包括设置于箱体内相互啮合的蜗轮和蜗杆,其特征在于:所述蜗杆的两端均经圆柱滚子轴承支撑且均穿接端盖封装于箱体内,蜗杆的任意一端与该端的端盖之间、或两端与各自一端的端盖之间设有双列圆锥滚子轴承,蜗杆支撑于双列圆锥滚子轴承上,所述双列圆锥滚子轴承的两圆锥滚子轴承之间弹性压合有一圈均布的多只弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防冲击用蜗轮减速机,其特征是:所述弹簧设置于双列圆锥滚子轴承中两圆锥滚子轴承的外圈之间。
