本发明涉及生态板,具体涉及一种新型九层人造生态板及其制备方法。该新型九层人造生态板的制备方法,其特殊之处在于:包括以下步骤:将第一层三聚氰胺面纸,第二层模纸或三聚氰胺纸,第三层木皮,第四层板筋,第五层芯板,第六层板筋,第七层木皮,第八层模纸或三聚氰胺纸,第九层三聚氰胺面纸经热压机压合生成生态板。本新型生态板有传统的7层作为9层生态板有两张三聚氰胺纸,三聚氰胺纸下面放两张两张模或两张三聚氰胺纸,下面在放两张木皮,木皮下面放一套杨木皮板芯压合而成。本新型生态板抗弯曲性强,表面平整光滑,无鼓包,解决了生态板板面不平整、碳化、工艺复杂等问题,值得推广。

新型九层人造生态板及其制备方法
(一)        技术领域
本发明涉及生态板,具体涉及一种新型九层人造生态板及其制备方法。
(二)        背景技术
生态板,分狭义和广义两种概念。广义上生态板等同于三聚氰胺贴面板,其全称是三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板,是将带有不同颜色或纹理的纸放入生态板树脂胶粘剂中浸泡,然后干燥到一定固化程度,将其铺装在刨花板、防潮板、中密度纤维板、胶合板、细木工板或其他硬质纤维板表面,经热压而成的装饰板。板面一般分为浮雕、柔光、高光、幻影四大类,常规生态板有两层三聚氰胺纸、两张面皮、两套杨木皮、板芯共7层合成。易鼓包,板面不平整,容易出现碳化。
(三)        发明内容
    本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种新型九层人造生态板及其制备方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种新型九层人造生态板的制备方法,其特殊之处在于:包括以下步骤:将第一层三聚氰胺面纸,第二层模纸或三聚氰胺纸,第三层木皮,第四层板筋,第五层芯板,第六层板筋,第七层木皮,第八层模纸或三聚氰胺纸,第九层三聚氰胺面纸经热压机压合生成生态板。
一种新型九层人造生态板,其特殊之处在于:生态板共9层,第一层三聚氰胺面纸,第二层模纸或三聚氰胺纸,第三层木皮,第四层板筋,第五层芯板,第六层板筋,第七层木皮,第八层模纸或三聚氰胺纸,第九层三聚氰胺面纸。
本发明的新型九层人造生态板,板筋为杨木、桦木、桉木中一种,三聚氰胺纸为经过三聚氰胺胶水浸渍胶的膜纸,模纸为经过经酚醛胶水浸渍胶的膜纸。
本发明的新型九层人造生态板的制备方法,第一层至第九层的厚度为1:1-2:1-2:1-4:1-5:1-4:1-4:1-2:1-2。
本发明的有益效果:本新型生态板有传统的7层作为9层生态板  有两张三聚氰胺纸 三聚氰胺纸下面放两张两张模或两张三聚氰胺纸,下面在放两张木皮 木皮下面放一套杨木皮板芯压合而成。本新型生态板抗弯曲性强,表面平整光滑,无鼓包,解决了生态板板面不平整、碳化、工艺复杂等问题,值得推广。

实施例1
本实施例的生态板共9层,第一层三聚氰胺面纸1,第二层模纸2,第三层木皮3,第四层板筋4,第五层芯板5,第六层板筋4,第七层木皮3,第八层模纸2,第九层三聚氰胺面纸1。
其中,板筋4为杨木,三聚氰胺纸1为经过三聚氰胺胶水浸渍胶的膜纸,模纸2为经过经酚醛胶水浸渍胶的膜纸。
第一层至第九层的厚度为1:1:1:1:1:1:1:1:2。
实施例2
本实施例的生态板共9层,第一层三聚氰胺面纸1,第二层模纸2,第三层木皮3,第四层板筋4,第五层芯板5,第六层板筋4,第七层木皮3,第八层三聚氰胺纸1,第九层三聚氰胺面纸1。

第一层至第九层的厚度为1:2:2:3:4:2:4:2:1。

本实施例的生态板共9层,第一层三聚氰胺面纸1,第二层三聚氰胺纸1,第三层木皮3,第四层板筋4,第五层芯板5,第六层板筋4,第七层木皮3,第八层模纸2,第九层三聚氰胺面纸1。
其中,板筋4为桉木,三聚氰胺纸1为经过三聚氰胺胶水浸渍胶的膜纸,模纸2为经过经酚醛胶水浸渍胶的膜纸。
第一层至第九层的厚度为1:1.5:1.5: 4: 5: 4:3:1.5:1.5。

本实施例的生态板共9层,第一层三聚氰胺面纸1,第二层三聚氰胺纸1,第三层木皮3,第四层板筋4,第五层芯板5,第六层板筋4,第七层木皮3,第八层三聚氰胺纸1,第九层三聚氰胺面纸1。

1.一种新型九层人造生态板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:将第一层三聚氰胺面纸,第二层模纸或三聚氰胺纸,第三层木皮,第四层板筋,第五层芯板,第六层板筋,第七层木皮,第八层模纸或三聚氰胺纸,第九层三聚氰胺面纸经热压机压合生成生态板。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的新型九层人造生态板,其特征在于:复合纸生态板共9层,第一层三聚氰胺面纸,第二层模纸或三聚氰胺纸,第三层木皮,第四层板筋,第五层芯板,第六层板筋,第七层木皮,第八层模纸或三聚氰胺纸,第九层三聚氰胺面纸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型九层人造生态板,其特征在于:板筋为杨木、桦木、桉木中一种,三聚氰胺纸为经过三聚氰胺胶水浸渍胶的膜纸,模纸为经过经酚醛胶水浸渍胶的膜纸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型九层人造生态板的制备方法,其特征在于:第一层至第九层的厚度为1:1-2:1-2:1-4:1-5:1-4:1-4:1-2:1-2。
