在香味和芳香行业中,一直需要并需求具有如下特征的化合物,该化合物会增强、修饰、改善或者以其他方式对气味特征(odor note)具有正面影响,因此会赋予香料商或其他人创造用于香水、古龙水、个人护理产品、家用产品或其他任何产品(其包含香味和芳香材料)的新香味的能力。
令人惊奇的是,发现了式(I)的化合物作为香味和芳香材料是非常有用的。
因此,本发明涉及式(I)的化合物作为香味和芳香材料的用途,
可以使用式(I)的化合物本身或者将其与被公认为香味和芳香材料的其他化合物组合使用。
这种被公认为香味和芳香材料的其他化合物包括所有已知的带气味的分子,带气味的分子选自范围广泛的天然产物和目前能够获得的合成分子,例如精油、醇、醛和酮、醚和缩醛、酯和内酯、大环化合物和杂环化合物,和/或与通常与香料芳香配制物中带气味的物质结合使用的一种或多种成分或赋形剂(例如载体材料)和本领域中常用的其他辅助剂混合。
本发明的香味和芳香材料用于香味和芳香配制物中。这种香味和芳香配制物包含其他成分。根据本发明的香味和芳香配制物可以是任意形式。通常,其是固体、胶状或液体(或者它们的组合)形式。其也可以是被包囊的形式(即被合适的基质材料包囊的液体配制物)。
因此,本发明还涉及香味和芳香配制物,其包含:
(i)式(I)的化合物
当式(I)的化合物用于香味和芳香配制物时,则其用量相对于香味和芳香配制物的总重量在0.0001-10重量%(wt-%)的范围内。优选的是在0.01-5重量%范围内的量。
因此,本发明涉及液体香味和芳香配制物,其包含:
(i)相对于香味和芳香配制物的总重量,0.0001-10重量%(优选地0.01-5重量%)的式(I)的化合物。
根据本发明的香味和芳香配制物可以包含其他成分(=辅助化合物),例如任何其他香味化合物溶剂、佐剂、增稠剂、表面活性剂、色素、增量剂、流变改性剂、染料、抗氧化剂、填料等。
许多香味和芳香配制物是液体形式(例如香水、古龙水等)。因此,对于这种液体配制物来说,存在(稀释)溶剂。这种常见的稀释剂是二丙二醇、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、柠檬酸三乙酯和醇(例如乙醇)。
精细香料(fine perfumery)的其他例子是Eau de perfume、Eau de Toilette、Eau de Cologne和Splash Cologne。精细香料产品通常基于作为稀释剂的醇溶液。然而,使用油或蜡作为稀释剂的精细香料产品也被包含在本发明的含义之内。根据具体的应用和其他带气味的成分的性质和数量,可以采用各种不同量的化合物。

式(I)的化合物可以用于宽范围的香味和芳香配制物中,例如在任何领域的精细和功能香料中,例如香水、空气护理产品、家用产品、洗衣用品、身体护理产品和化妆品。
上文所描述的化合物可以通过如下简单地应用于香味和芳香配制物中:将式(I)的化合物、其混合物、或芳香组合物与最终产品中使用的其他成分直接混合;或者它们可以在较早的步骤中被包封在包封材料(例如聚合物、胶囊、微胶囊和纳米胶囊、脂质体、成膜剂、吸收剂诸如碳或沸石、环状低聚糖及其混合物)中;或者其可以与基材进行化学成键,然后与最终产品中使用的其他成分混合,该基材适用于在施加外部刺激(例如光、酶等等)后释放芳香分子。

在本发明的上下文中,“嗅觉有效量”被理解为香味和芳香配制物中的式(I)的化合物的量将有助于其具体的嗅觉特征,但香味和芳香配制物的嗅觉效果将是每一种香水或芳香成分的效果的总和。因此,本发明的化合物可用于改变香味和芳香配制物的香味特征,或者通过修饰组合物中其他成分所贡献的嗅觉反应。该量可以根据许多因素而改变,包括其他成分、它们的相对量以及所期望的效果。
