Abstract

本发明主要涉及空气净化杀菌的技术领域,尤其是具有太阳能杀菌功能的空气净化机。本发明主要由聚光透镜,支撑架,紫外透射可见吸收玻璃,散光透镜,光纤,光发射头部,空气净化机箱,第一过滤件,第二过滤件,风机,透明玻璃隔板和漫反射玻璃组成。空气由空气净化机箱的空气入口经过两道过滤件过滤后,进入空气净化机箱。并沿着蜿蜒的隔板侧面空气通道流动。紫外线被从阳光中过滤出,沿光纤传播至位于空气净化机箱内部的光发射头部,射向漫反射玻璃,形成紫外杀菌光幕。有益效果是,从太阳光中提取紫外光成分,通过光纤导入到室内的空气净化机箱中,对经过了空气过滤的空气进行杀菌操作。具有节约电能,杀菌效果好,结构简单的优点。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及空气净化杀菌的技术领域,尤其是具有太阳能杀菌功能的空气净化机。
背景技术
阳光中包含有紫外线成分和可见光成分。紫外线成分具有杀菌的功能,可见光部分自身携带了大量的光能,这部分光能是可以转化成热量的。在进行室内空气净化,尤其是医院中进行空气灭菌时,仅需要利用阳光中的紫外线成分,而对于可见光部分则需要有选择性的过滤掉,以防止光污染。
现有技术中,有利用聚光器将阳光进行聚焦,并将聚焦后的阳光通过光纤引入室内进行照明的技术。在这项技术中,一般是将阳光中的紫外线成分过滤掉,放置对人体带来的伤害。这样的话,阳光仅能用于照明,不再具有杀菌功能。
目前医院的紫外消毒灭菌和室内空气过滤净化是分别进行的,很少有将二者进行结合使用,或者即使是同时进行的也主要是依赖以电力供应的紫外灯来进行杀菌操作。
在太阳能资源取之无尽的情况下,探索利用太阳能进行紫外杀菌,又不至于带来光污染,并同步辅助以空气净化,是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述背景技术中提到的技术问题,提供具有太阳能杀菌功能的空气净化机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
具有太阳能杀菌功能的空气净化机,主要由聚光透镜,支撑架,紫外透射可见吸收玻璃,散光透镜,光纤过渡头,光纤,光发射头部,空气净化机箱,第一过滤件,第二过滤件,风机,透明玻璃隔板和漫反射玻璃组成。
散光透镜为凹透镜,位于聚光透镜的聚光焦点位置;紫外透射可见吸收玻璃位于散光透镜和聚光透镜之间,或位于聚光透镜入射光一侧,其表面积大于穿透过其透射部分的光线的截面积;光纤一端连接透明的光纤过渡头,另一端连接光发射头部;空气净化机箱的空气入口处装有用于过滤空气的第一过滤件和第二过滤件;透明玻璃隔板自上而下交叉排列,与空气净化机箱内壁形成蜿蜒的隔板侧面空气通道。
空气由空气净化机箱的空气入口经过两道过滤件过滤后,进入空气净化机箱。并沿着蜿蜒的隔板侧面空气通道流动。
阳光经聚光透镜聚焦后,穿透紫外透射可见吸收玻璃,紫外线透过,可见光被阻挡。散光透镜将入射而来的紫外线散射为平行光,平行光进入光纤过渡头,并沿光纤传播至位于空气净化机箱内部的光发射头部。紫外线通过反射或散射的方式,射向漫反射玻璃,从而在空气净化机箱内部形成紫外光光幕,使得流经的空气在光幕的照射下,其中的细菌病毒无处遁形。
本发明的有益效果是,从太阳光中提取紫外光成分,通过光纤导入到室内的空气净化机箱中,对经过了空气过滤的空气进行杀菌操作。本发明具有节约电能,杀菌效果好,结构简单的优点。

具有太阳能杀菌功能的空气净化机,主要由聚光透镜(1),支撑架(2),紫外透射可见吸收玻璃(3),散光透镜(4),光纤过渡头(5),光纤(6),光发射头部(7),空气净化机箱(8),第一过滤件(11),第二过滤件(12),风机(13),透明玻璃隔板(14)和漫反射玻璃(16)组成。
散光透镜(4)为凹透镜,位于聚光透镜(1)的聚光焦点位置;紫外透射可见吸收玻璃(3)位于散光透镜(4)和聚光透镜(1)之间,或位于聚光透镜(1)入射光一侧,其表面积大于穿透过其透射部分的光线的截面积;光纤(6)一端连接透明的光纤过渡头(5),另一端连接光发射头部(7);空气净化机箱(8)的空气入口(10)处装有用于过滤空气的第一过滤件(11)和第二过滤件(12);透明玻璃隔板(14)自上而下交叉排列,与空气净化机箱(8)内壁形成蜿蜒的隔板侧面空气通道(15)。
光发射头部(7)是与光纤(6)外径尺寸相当的圆柱形透明体,光发射头部(7)投射的光线与方形的空气净化机箱(8)上下板面平行。还包括透明玻璃反射板(9),透明玻璃反射板(9)与空气净化机箱(8)上下板面呈45°角;透明玻璃反射板(9)的紫外线透射率在60%至80%之间;两两相邻的透明玻璃反射板(9)在空气净化机箱(8)上下任一板面上的正投影相紧邻或相部分覆盖。
聚光透镜(1)是菲涅尔透镜或者是凸透镜,其光透射率>80%。第一过滤件(11)为用以过滤PM2.5以上灰尘颗粒物的防尘过滤网,可以是尼龙网初效空气过滤器、空气纤维过滤棉、生化高温灰尘过滤棉。第二过滤件(12)是PM2.5过滤膜。第二过滤件(12)是活性炭吸收层。光发射头部(7)为长条形的光纤,该光纤中掺杂面积不超过1mm2的反射薄片。
空气由空气净化机箱(8)的空气入口(10)经过两道过滤件过滤后,进入空气净化机箱(8)。并沿着蜿蜒的隔板侧面空气通道(15)流动。
阳光经聚光透镜(1)聚焦后,穿透紫外透射可见吸收玻璃(3),紫外线透过,可见光被阻挡。散光透镜(4)将入射而来的紫外线散射为平行光,平行光进入光纤过渡头(5),并沿光纤(6)传播至位于空气净化机箱(8)内部的光发射头部(7)。紫外线通过反射或散射的方式,射向漫反射玻璃(16),从而在空气净化机箱(8)内部形成紫外光光幕,使得流经的空气在光幕的照射下,其中的细菌病毒无处遁形。

1.具有太阳能杀菌功能的空气净化机,其特征在于,由聚光透镜(1)、支撑架(2)、紫外透射可见吸收玻璃(3)、散光透镜(4)、光纤过渡头(5)、光纤(6)、光发射头部(7)、空气净化机箱(8)、第一过滤件(11)、第二过滤件(12)、风机(13)、透明玻璃隔板(14)和漫反射玻璃(16)组成,所述散光透镜(4)为凹透镜,位于聚光透镜(1)的聚光焦点位置;所述紫外透射可见吸收玻璃(3)位于散光透镜(4)和聚光透镜(1)之间,或位于聚光透镜(1)入射光一侧,其表面积大于穿透过其透射部分的光线的截面积;所述光纤(6)一端连接透明的光纤过渡头(5),另一端连接光发射头部(7);空气净化机箱(8)的空气入口(10)处装有用于过滤空气的第一过滤件(11)和第二过滤件(12);所述透明玻璃隔板(14)自上而下交叉排列,与空气净化机箱(8)内壁形成蜿蜒的隔板侧面空气通道(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有太阳能杀菌功能的空气净化机,其特征在于,光发射头部(7)是与光纤(6)外径尺寸相当的圆柱形透明体,光发射头部(7)投射的光线与方形的空气净化机箱(8)上下板面平行。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有太阳能杀菌功能的空气净化机,其特征在于,还包括透明玻璃反射板(9),透明玻璃反射板(9)与空气净化机箱(8)上下板面呈45°角;透明玻璃反射板(9)的紫外线透射率在60%至80%之间;两两相邻的透明玻璃反射板(9)在空气净化机箱(8)上下任一板面上的正投影相紧邻或相部分覆盖。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有太阳能杀菌功能的空气净化机,其特征在于,聚光透镜(1)是菲涅尔透镜或者是凸透镜,其光透射率大于80%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有太阳能杀菌功能的空气净化机,其特征在于,第一过滤件(11)为用以过滤PM2.5以上灰尘颗粒物的防尘过滤网。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有太阳能杀菌功能的空气净化机,其特征在于,第二过滤件(12)是PM2.5过滤膜。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有太阳能杀菌功能的空气净化机,其特征在于,第二过滤件(12)是活性炭吸收层。
