本发明涉及一种空气净化装置,具体涉及一种新型家用空气净化器。
背景技术
众所周知,全球环境恶化,尤其是经济高速发展的中国,世界卫生组织的统计表明,每年有近1700万人因感染各种疾病而死亡,其中最严重的是呼吸道感染,长期生活在浑浊的空气中,会对人体的神经系统、呼吸系统、免疫系统造成危害,导致免疫力下降和相关疾病的产生,与此同时,随着人们生活质量的不断提高,人们也越来越关心自己所在的生活环境,对生活环境力求舒适、安逸的同时也要求具有养生、保健的功能,从现阶段来看综合调查研究表明炉灶与采暖锅炉,其中工业是空气污染的一个重要来源,工业排放到大气中的污染物种类繁多,有烟尘、硫的氧化物、氮的氧化物、有机化合物、卤化物、碳化合物等,其中有的是烟尘,有的是气体,从污染方式来看有室外污染和室内污染,其中室内污染是近年来人们关心的话题,据世界卫生组织可靠资料显示,全球每年死于室内空气污染的人数达到280万,所以如何有效减少空气污染已成为急需研究解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的问题,提供一种新型家用空气净化器,该空气净化器净化效果好,适宜于家用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种新型家用空气净化器,包括壳体,分别位于壳体内外两侧的进风口和出风口,以及设置在壳体内的空气净化结构,所述进风口与出风口之间形成气流通道,所述空气净化结构垂直设置在气流通道上;所述空气净化结构包括顺着气流通道依次设置的预过滤器、静电集尘装置、光触媒滤坝和负离子发生器;所述预过滤器包括两层活性炭过滤层和设置在该两层活性炭过滤网之间的纸蜂窝层;所述光触媒绿坝包括相对设置的两块侧板,设置在两块侧板之间并与气流通道相垂直的多块光催化剂板,以及分别纵向设置在两块侧板中间、可照射到所有光催化剂板的紫光杠灯;所述多块光催化剂板相互平行、整体呈百叶窗结构,且每块光催化剂板外表面均涂有纳米二氧化钛及硅藻涂层。
具体的说,所述纸蜂窝层中包含高碘值活性炭和除甲醛颗粒。
具体的说,所述预过滤器还包括设置在两层活性炭过滤层后方的HEPA过滤网。
作为优选方案,所述出风口设置为百叶窗结构。
作为优选方案,所述壳体内、靠近出风口的位置设有增香盒;所述增香盒呈抽屉状、可从壳体侧面拉出或推入壳体,且增香盒上、与气流通道相垂直的两面均设有多个通孔。
作为优选方案,所述增香盒下表面的内外两边沿各设有一个导轨,所述壳体内、与增香盒的导轨相对应的位置设有滑轨,供增香盒拉出或推入壳体内。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明静电集尘装置吸附空气中的微小颗粒物,当空气中的微小颗粒物、花粉、病毒和细菌通过静电吸附区域时,带上静电荷,被牢固的吸附在集尘片上,同时被6000-7000V的静电杀死炭化,避免了细菌的再次滋生。
(2)本发明的光触媒绿坝中的光催化剂板设置为百叶窗结构,可使空气与光催化剂板接触面积增大,接触时间加长,并且紫外灯设置为紫外杠灯,可照射到所有的光催化剂板,大大增强了空气净化效果;此外,光催化剂板表面设置有纳米二氧化钛及硅藻涂层,该纳米二氧化钛及硅藻涂层比单一的纳米二氧化钛净化效果更好。
(3)本发明的预过滤器过滤效果好,可有效去除空气中的大颗粒及微小颗粒杂质,净化空气。
(4)本发明还设置了增香盒,且增香盒为抽屉状,可根据需要在增香盒中放入中草药、花草精油等等,使净化后的空气具有保健或益气安神等功效,且该增香盒的安装取出均十分简便。
(5)本发明结构简单,设计合理,适于家用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和实施例对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的方式包括但不仅限于以下实施例。
本实施例的目的是为了提供一种新型家用空气净化器,如图1和图2所示,该空气净化器包括壳体1,分别位于壳体内外两侧的进风口和出风口,以及设置在壳体内的空气净化结构,所述出风口设置为百叶窗结构;所述进风口与出风口之间形成气流通道,所述空气净化结构垂直设置在气流通道上。
所述空气净化结构包括顺着气流通道依次设置的预过滤器2、静电集尘装置3、光触媒滤坝和负离子发生器4;所述预过滤器2包括两层活性炭过滤层和设置在该两层活性炭过滤网之间的纸蜂窝层,所述纸蜂窝层中包含高碘值活性炭和除甲醛颗粒;所述光触媒绿坝包括相对设置的两块侧板5,设置在两块侧板之间并与气流通道相垂直的多块光催化剂板6,以及分别纵向设置在两块侧板中间、可照射到所有光催化剂板的紫光杠灯7;所述多块光催化剂板6相互平行、整体呈百叶窗结构,且每块光催化剂板外表面均涂有纳米二氧化钛及硅藻涂层。
所述预过滤器2还包括设置在两层活性炭过滤层后方的HEPA过滤网。
并且,所述壳体1内、靠近出风口的位置设有增香盒8;所述增香盒8呈抽屉状、可从壳体侧面拉出或推入壳体,且增香盒上、与气流通道相垂直的两面均设有多个通孔。所述增香盒8下表面的内外两边沿各设有一个导轨,所述壳体内、与增香盒的导轨相对应的位置设有滑轨,供增香盒拉出或推入壳体内。

Claims (6)
1.一种新型家用空气净化器,包括壳体(1),分别位于壳体内外两侧的进风口和出风口,以及设置在壳体内的空气净化结构,其特征在于,所述进风口与出风口之间形成气流通道,所述空气净化结构垂直设置在气流通道上;所述空气净化结构包括顺着气流通道依次设置的预过滤器(2)、静电集尘装置(3)、光触媒滤坝和负离子发生器(4);所述预过滤器(2)包括两层活性炭过滤层和设置在该两层活性炭过滤网之间的纸蜂窝层;所述光触媒绿坝包括相对设置的两块侧板(5),设置在两块侧板之间并与气流通道相垂直的多块光催化剂板(6),以及分别纵向设置在两块侧板中间、可照射到所有光催化剂板的紫光杠灯(7);所述多块光催化剂板(6)相互平行、整体呈百叶窗结构,且每块光催化剂板外表面均涂有纳米二氧化钛及硅藻涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型家用空气净化器,其特征在于,所述纸蜂窝层中包含高碘值活性炭和除甲醛颗粒。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型家用空气净化器,其特征在于,所述预过滤器(2)还包括设置在两层活性炭过滤层后方的HEPA过滤网。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型家用空气净化器,其特征在于,所述出风口设置为百叶窗结构。
5.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的一种新型家用空气净化器,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)内、靠近出风口的位置设有增香盒(8);所述增香盒(8)呈抽屉状、可从壳体侧面拉出或推入壳体,且增香盒上、与气流通道相垂直的两面均设有多个通孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型家用空气净化器,其特征在于,所述增香盒(8)下表面的内外两边沿各设有一个导轨,所述壳体内、与增香盒的导轨相对应的位置设有滑轨,供增香盒拉出或推入壳体内。
