Abstract
本发明公开了一种车间干燥烟尘除尘器,包括:除尘器本体,除尘器本体采用长方体结构形式,在除尘器本体下端设置了支撑腿,并且在支撑腿下端设置了支撑底脚,在除尘器本体下端的侧壁上左右两个方向分别设置了空气入口,空气入口通过空气入口软管连接到进风口,工作中,车间的空气从进风口内进入,在除尘器内完成空气的清洁工作,本发明一种车间干燥烟尘除尘器,能够有效降低车间工作环境中的尘埃浓度,提高办公的无尘效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及室内空气干燥净化领域,特别是涉及一种车间干燥烟尘除尘器。
背景技术
在食品加工行业,纺织行业和医药中药饮片加工制作行业,对室内环境要求很高,防止产品被环境中的颗粒污染物污染,不但制作室内要保持除菌功能,并且在整个车间内部要保持干燥,无尘或者微尘环境,除去工作环境中的颗粒非常重要,采用传统的吸尘器设置不方便,并且噪音大,形成二次污染,大型工程吸尘设备功率又高,吸收精度要求低,为此,本发明提供了一种车间干燥烟尘除尘器,对车间内的颗粒浮尘进行吸收,使得车间内环境有效净化,并且噪音低。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种车间干燥烟尘除尘器,能够有效降低室内颗粒浓度,有效净化空气。
所述的一种车间干燥烟尘除尘器,包括:除尘器本体,除尘器本体采用长方体结构形式,除尘器采用合金钢材料制作,在除尘器本体下端设置了支撑腿,并且在支撑腿下端设置了支撑底脚,为了移动方便,在除尘器本体下端设置了滚轮。
在除尘器本体下端的侧壁上左右两个方向分别设置了空气入口,空气入口通过空气入口软管连接到进风口,工作中,车间的空气从进风口内进入,在除尘器内完成空气的清洁工作。
一种优选技术方案,在空气入口软管上设置了手柄结构,手柄结构便于进风口方向的调整,避免车间清洁出现死角。
在除尘器本体的顶端设置了左右两个吸尘风机,并且在吸尘风机上设置了排风口,依靠吸尘风机的动力实现除尘器的排风工作。
在除尘器本体内部自上向下依次设置了活性炭吸附层,在活性碳吸附层下端设置了粗纱过滤器,在粗纱过滤器下端设置了过滤板,并且在过滤板下端连接了两个集尘过滤筒,集尘过滤筒与空气入口连接,经过集尘过滤筒,粗纱过滤器,活性炭吸附层的过滤完成空气的净化。
一种优选技术方案,在除尘器本体内还设置了紫外灯,紫外灯放射紫外线,起到杀毒灭菌的效果。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种车间干燥烟尘除尘器,能够有效降低车间工作环境中的尘埃浓度,提高办公的无尘效果,特别适用于制药,食品,纺织行业对环境要求较高的领域。
