Abstract

一种蓄热式烧嘴,涉及加热炉、淬火炉、锻造炉、浇包预热装置和热处理炉上的燃烧技术领域。蓄热式烧嘴采用包覆式结构,蓄热室8为圆筒状,燃料通道4采用环形筒状,燃料通道4包覆在所述蓄热室8周围。蓄热室8外侧通过扇形区域连接空气管口6,内侧则通过扇形区域2连接烧嘴本体1,中央部位填充蓄热介质7。燃料通道4于侧面连接燃料管口5,尾部通过锥形区域段3连接烧嘴本体1。所述蓄热烧嘴在提高热量利用率的同时,实现了结构的简单化和小型化。

一种包覆式蓄热烧嘴
技术领域
本发明属于加热炉、淬火炉、锻造炉、浇包预热装置和热处理炉上的燃烧技术领域。特别涉及一种蓄热式烧嘴。
背景技术
蓄热式烧嘴是使两台具有蓄热介质的烧嘴成一对而交替地使炉内气体和燃烧空气流入,而作为高温空气来回收废热并实现提高燃烧效率的交替燃烧方式的烧嘴装置。现有的蓄热式烧嘴中,普遍结构较为复杂,体积较大,给设备的安装带来困难,后期不易维护并且带来安全隐患。现有蓄热式烧嘴主要采用蓄热室填充蓄热介质的方式对空气进行预热,一是由于燃料温度过高会过早燃烧;二是现有烧嘴的结构无法实现空气与燃料同时的单独的预热。通过结构的改进,实现更高热效率,整体结构紧凑化和小型化,维护简易化,是蓄热式烧嘴的发展趋势,也是工业生产的现实需求。本发明涉及一种蓄热式烧嘴,采用包覆式结构,在预热空气的同时,利用余热可以对燃料适度提高温度,提高热利用率。
发明内容
蓄热烧嘴需要两个烧嘴为一组、对炉内气体和燃烧空气进行切换的切换装置,所以,装备蓄热烧嘴的工业炉较为大型化。另外,为了防止对燃料供给部加热,需要投入冷却空气、隔热材料的内衬。由此,不可避免导致结构的大型化。当进入蓄热室的烟气较多,蓄热介质温度较高时,热量会通过辐射换热的方式散失,造成热量的浪费。
本发明主要解决提高蓄热式烧嘴热量利用率的问题,同时实现结构简易化和小型化。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:蓄热式烧嘴采用包覆式结构,蓄热室为圆筒状,燃料通道采用环形筒状,所述燃料通道包覆在所述蓄热室周围。所述蓄热室外侧通过扇形区域连接空气管口,内侧则通过扇形区域连接烧嘴本体,中央部位填充蓄热介质。所述燃料通道于侧面连接燃料管口,尾部通过锥形区域连接烧嘴本体。燃料通过所述燃料管口进入所述燃料通道,形成旋转风,经过尾部锥形段的环状口进入所述烧嘴本体与预热的空气混合,进入炉体后遇到高温而燃烧。烟气由所述烧嘴本体进入后,由于所述燃料通道尾部锥形段的口径较小,大部分气体会进入所述蓄热室,所述蓄热介质吸热温度升高,多余的热量会经过辐射换热进入周围的所述燃料通道,使燃料温度适度升高。所述燃料通道起到了保温层的作用,减少热量散失,从而提高了热量的利用效率。

具体实施方式
蓄热式烧嘴采用包覆式结构,如图1、图2所示,蓄热室8为圆筒状,燃料通道4采用环形筒状,燃料通道4包覆在所述蓄热室8周围。蓄热室8外侧通过扇形区域连接空气管口6,内侧则通过扇形区域2连接烧嘴本体1,中央部位填充蓄热介质7。燃料通道4于侧面连接燃料管口5,尾部通过锥形区域段3连接烧嘴本体1。

Claims (4)

1.本发明涉及一种蓄热式烧嘴,其特征在于采用包覆式结构,燃料通道包覆在蓄热室周围,提高热量利用率。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烧嘴,其特征在于燃料通道尾部锥形段,保证了烟气不会大量进入燃料通道,同时燃料可以通过环形口进入烧嘴本体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烧嘴,其特征在于燃料由燃料通道侧面进入,形成旋转风,一方面可以吸收蓄热室辐射的多余热量,另一方面保证了蓄热室温度不会过高。
4.根据权利要求1所述的烧嘴,其特征在燃料通道尾部锥形段形成的狭小的环形口,可以使燃料与空气充分混合,提高燃烧效率。
