本发明公开了一种吸热炼油锅,包括煤气炉鼓风机、煤气炉、锅体,煤气炉鼓风机与煤气炉相连接,煤气炉通过煤气管与煤气燃烧头相连接,所述煤气管上设置有控制煤气进出的煤气控制阀,所述煤气燃烧头上方设置有锅体,所述锅体外围设置有隔热外筒,所述隔热外筒顶部设置有集气环,所述锅体底部均匀设置有若干花瓣状吸热翅片,所述锅体侧壁设置有螺旋状吸热翅片。本发明能够高效均匀实现强热吸收;增加了换热面积,有足够面积和流动时间对余热实现步步不断吸收,能对环绕旋流产生局部扰流,可以有效降低换热气流滞留层热阻,能对火焰产生的热能进行高效较彻底热吸收实现节能也使炼油时间更短工效更高。

技术领域
本发明属于炼油技术领域,具体涉及一种吸热炼油锅。
背景技术
油辣调味制品是中国饮食文化的重要组成部分,由于口味独特、食用方便深受人们喜爱。这类食品加工工艺中都有炼制配料油的步骤,即将食用油及辅料进行炼制、灭菌、熟化、融合,再添加进榨菜、腐乳、辣子鸡、豆豉辣椒等进行调制。这类食品由于受到消费者的亲睐消费量很大,因此生产过程中产生的能耗也很大。目前这类食品的传统炼油设备有很大一部分都是采用煤气炉产生煤气,然后燃烧煤气来获得热源,还存在热效率很低、能耗高等不足。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于对炼油系统进行高效吸热节能设计,以期获得大幅度提高热能利用率实现节能增效,而提供一种高效吸热炼油锅。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种高效吸热炼油锅,包括煤气炉鼓风机、煤气炉、锅体,煤气炉鼓风机与煤气炉相连接,煤气炉通过煤气管与煤气燃烧头相连接,所述煤气管上设置有控制煤气进出的煤气控制阀,所述煤气燃烧头上方设置有锅体,所述锅体外围设置有隔热外筒,所述隔热外筒顶部设置有集气环,所述锅体底部均匀设置有若干花瓣状吸热翅片,所述锅体侧壁设置有螺旋状吸热翅片。
进一步,所述集气环通过尾气管与外筒相连接,所述外筒顶部通过排气管与废气排放口相连接,所述外筒内设置有穿透外筒的空气进管,空气进管下端通过热空气管与燃烧鼓风机相连接。
进一步,所述螺旋状吸热翅片密集设置有拔孔。
进一步,所述燃烧鼓风机设置有调气风门。
本发明所采用的技术方案具有以下有益效果:本发明通过在锅体外壁设置花瓣状吸热翅片和螺旋状吸热翅片,由于燃烧火焰中心温度最高向边缘扩散上升温度迅速传热下降,所以花瓣状吸热翅片能够高效均匀实现强热吸收;燃烧火焰进入螺旋状吸热翅片时,温度随燃气流动由下而上越来越低,这时螺旋流道与翅片有足够面积和流动时间对余热实现步步不断吸收,并且螺旋状吸热翅片下方密布的拔孔可以成倍增加换热面积,同时突出的拔孔能对环绕旋流产生局部扰流,可以有效降低换热气流滞留层热阻,进一步提高换热促进油的热吸收,所以本发明能对火焰产生的热能进行高效较彻底热吸收实现节能也使炼油时间更短工效更高;同时本发明通过设置有空气进管、外筒、燃烧鼓风机可使高温尾气与新进冷空气进行换热实现热回收并促进燃烧。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示,一种高效吸热炼油锅,包括煤气炉鼓风机1、煤气炉2、锅体11,煤气炉鼓风机1与煤气炉2相连接,煤气炉2通过煤气管3与煤气燃烧头7相连接,所述煤气管3上设置有控制煤气进出的煤气控制阀4,所述煤气燃烧头7上方设置有锅体11,所述锅体11外围设置有隔热外筒9,所述隔热外筒9顶部设置有集气环10,所述集气环10通过尾气管12与外筒16相连接,所述外筒16顶部通过排气管15与废气排放口14相连接,所述外筒16内设置有穿透外筒16的空气进管13,空气进管13下端通过热空气管17与燃烧鼓风机6相连接,燃烧鼓风机6的出风口通过管道与煤气管3相连接,所述燃烧鼓风机6设置有调气风门5。
如图2、图3所示,所述锅体11底部均匀设置有若干花瓣状吸热翅片44,所述锅体11侧壁设置有螺旋状吸热翅片42,所述螺旋状吸热翅片42密集设置有拔孔43。
本发明的工作原理如下:来自煤气炉2的煤气经煤气管3、煤气控制阀4进入煤气燃烧头7与来自燃烧鼓风机6受调气风门5控制的加热后空气混合燃烧,燃烧火焰8受隔热外筒9限制对锅体11进行螺旋环绕加热,高温尾气在集气环10通过尾气管12进入空气进管13与外筒16的空隙,新鲜空气在空气进管13内由上而下被预热并从空气进管13下端经热空气管17导入燃烧鼓风机6,燃烧鼓风机6的出风口通过管道与煤气管3相连接,所述外筒16顶部通过排气管15与废气排放口14相连接,使高温尾气与新进冷空气进行换热实现热回收并促进燃烧。

1.一种吸热炼油锅,包括煤气炉鼓风机(1)、煤气炉(2)、锅体(11),煤气炉鼓风机(1)与煤气炉(2)相连接,煤气炉(2)通过煤气管(3)与煤气燃烧头(7)相连接,所述煤气管(3)上设置有控制煤气进出的煤气控制阀(4),所述煤气燃烧头(7)上方设置有锅体(11),其特征在于:所述锅体(11)外围设置有隔热外筒(9),所述隔热外筒(9)顶部设置有集气环(10),所述锅体(11)底部均匀设置有若干花瓣状吸热翅片(44),所述锅体(11)侧壁设置有螺旋状吸热翅片(42);所述螺旋状吸热翅片(42)密集设置有拔孔(43)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸热炼油锅,其特征在于:所述集气环(10)通过尾气管(12)与外筒(16)相连接,所述外筒(16)顶部通过排气管(15)与废气排放口(14)相连接,所述外筒(16)内设置有穿透外筒(16)的空气进管(13),空气进管(13)下端通过热空气管(17)与燃烧鼓风机(6)相连接。
