一种办公用品用抗菌塑料的制备方法,将高密度聚乙烯、酚醛树脂、二氧化钛粉末、氧化锌粉末、氧化银粉末、色料、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物置于反应釜中180~240℃下保温0.1~0.5h,后加入表面活性剂和聚合引发剂,混匀后280~350℃下保温6~48h,冷却既得。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述办公用品用抗菌塑料由下述材料制得:高密度聚乙烯、酚醛树脂、表面活性剂、聚合引发剂、二氧化钛粉末、氧化锌粉末、氧化银粉末、色料、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物。本发明所述办公塑料具有环保自洁功能,能够有效祛除多种细菌。

实施例1
一种办公用品用抗菌塑料的制备方法,将高密度聚乙烯、酚醛树脂、二氧化钛粉末、氧化锌粉末、氧化银粉末、色料、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物置于反应釜中180℃下保温0.1,后加入表面活性剂和聚合引发剂,混匀后350℃下保温24h,冷却既得。
实施例2
一种办公用品用抗菌塑料的制备方法,将高密度聚乙烯、酚醛树脂、二氧化钛粉末、氧化锌粉末、氧化银粉末、色料、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物置于反应釜中220℃下保温0.3,后加入表面活性剂和聚合引发剂,混匀后320℃下保温36h,冷却既得。
