本发明涉及一种大型钢包吊轴焊接定位装置及其施工方法。
背景技术
钢包罐的吊装及倾倒,吊轴是必不可少的限制,其安装时钢包罐两侧的吊轴相对安装同轴误差要求严格,而大型钢包因体积庞大并不适用于使用加工中心进行精加工定位,现有技术通常将吊轴与钢包铸造为一体,并在随后的加工处理中切掉位于钢包罐内的那部分吊轴,这种做法不仅浪费了大量的材料,而且需要加工切断罐内的那部分吊轴,费工费时。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上不足之处,提供了一种大型钢包吊轴焊接定位装置及其施工方法。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是,一种大型钢包吊轴焊接定位装置,包括一根长定位轴及两个尺寸相同的定位圆盘,所述长定位轴其周侧圆柱度误差不大于0.05mm,所述定位圆盘与长定位轴同轴,定位圆盘与长定位轴的同轴度误差不大于0.03mm,两个定位圆盘相对平行并可拆卸的套设在长定位轴上。
进一步的,所述长定位轴为45号钢轴,其表面经过电镀或发黑处理。
一种大型钢包吊轴焊接定位装置的施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将长定位轴插入钢包罐两侧的吊轴焊接处的加工预留孔,并保证长定位轴两端贯穿加工预留孔;(2)向长定位轴两端套设定位圆盘,在长定位轴上移动定位圆盘使其与钢包罐贴合并固定;(3)以定位圆盘轴心为基准在钢包罐上设置焊接吊轴法兰盘;(4)法兰盘焊接好后,取下定位圆盘及长定位轴;(5)以法兰盘轴心为基准,焊接吊轴。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:操作简单,能实现钢包罐吊轴的精确定位安装,相比于现有吊轴与钢包罐制成一体大方法,节省了大量材料,并简化了工序,省工省时。

如图1~2所示,本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是,本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是,一种大型钢包吊轴焊接定位装置,包括一根长定位轴1及两个尺寸相同的定位圆盘2,所述长定位轴1其周侧圆柱度误差不大于0.05mm,所述定位圆盘2与长定位轴1同轴,定位圆盘2与长定位轴1的同轴度误差不大于0.03mm,两个定位圆盘2相对平行并可拆卸的套设在长定位轴1上。
在本实施例中,为了防止长定位轴1锈蚀,提高使用寿命,所述长定位轴1为45号钢轴,其表面经过电镀或发黑处理。
一种大型钢包吊轴焊接定位装置的施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将长定位轴1插入钢包罐3两侧的吊轴焊接处的加工预留孔,并保证长定位轴1两端贯穿加工预留孔;(2)向长定位轴1两端套设定位圆盘2,在长定位轴1上移动定位圆盘2使其与钢包罐3贴合并固定;(3)以定位圆盘2轴心为基准在钢包罐3上设置焊接吊轴法兰盘4;(4)法兰盘4焊接好后,取下定位圆盘2及长定位轴1;(5)以法兰盘轴心为基准,焊接吊轴。

1.一种大型钢包吊轴焊接定位装置的施工方法,其特征在于,大型钢包吊轴焊接定位装置包括一根长定位轴及两个尺寸相同的定位圆盘,所述长定位轴其周侧圆柱度误差不大于0.05mm,所述定位圆盘与长定位轴同轴,定位圆盘与长定位轴的同轴度误差不大于0.03mm,两个定位圆盘相对平行并可拆卸的套设在长定位轴上,所述长定位轴为45号钢轴,其表面经过电镀或发黑处理;
施工方法包括以下步骤:(1)将长定位轴插入钢包罐两侧的吊轴焊接处的加工预留孔,并保证长定位轴两端贯穿加工预留孔;(2)向长定位轴两端套设定位圆盘,在长定位轴上移动定位圆盘使其与钢包罐贴合并固定;(3)以定位圆盘轴心为基准在钢包罐上设置焊接吊轴法兰盘;(4)法兰盘焊接好后,取下定位圆盘及长定位轴;(5)以法兰盘轴心为基准,焊接吊轴。
