技术领域
    本发明涉及一种机械部件,尤其是一种盘面螺旋槽加工装置。
背景技术
   螺纹加工是一种较为复杂的车削加工方式。其中又以螺纹切削最为常见。螺纹切削一般指用成形刀具或磨具在工件上加工螺纹的方法,主要有车削、铣削、攻丝套丝磨削、研磨和旋风切削等。加工螺纹的过程复杂,对人工操作的要求较高。尤其在盘面上加工螺纹,由于不能使用丝杆传动,需要人工手动控制手柄,利用光杆传动进行加工,人工操作复杂。
发明内容
   为了解决上述技术问题,本发明包括:卡盘1和螺杆3,卡盘1上通过其中心孔固定一个锥齿轮,螺杆3上套接固定有锥齿轮,卡盘1与螺杆3上的锥齿轮相咬合;螺杆3一端套接有刀杆7,刀杆7上设有螺纹孔并与螺杆3套接配合,刀杆7上设有光孔,并以光孔套接在光杆4上,杆3和4平行,都固定在“C”形架5上,“C”形架5固定在小刀架6上。
车床开动时,将圆盘状工件固定在卡盘1上,随着卡盘转动,锥齿轮将转动传递给螺杆3,刀杆7上的车刀在转动的螺杆3带动下沿杆4向盘2中央移动,在工件上车出螺旋槽。
采用这种盘面螺旋槽加工装置,使得加工过程中的人工控制进行的光杆传动变为由卡盘旋转自动进行的传动,提升了装置的自动化水平,避免了复杂的人工操作。

具体实施方式
   如图1所示,本发明包括:卡盘1和螺杆3,卡盘1上通过其中心孔固定一个锥齿轮,螺杆3上套接固定有锥齿轮,卡盘1与螺杆3上的锥齿轮相咬合;螺杆3一端套接有刀杆7,刀杆7上设有螺纹孔并与螺杆3套接配合,刀杆7上设有光孔,并以光孔套接在光杆4上,杆3和4平行,都固定在“C”形架5上,“C”形架5固定在小刀架6上。
车床开动时,将圆盘状工件固定在卡盘1上,随着卡盘转动,锥齿轮将转动传递给螺杆3,刀杆7上的车刀在转动的螺杆3带动下沿杆4向盘2中央移动,在工件上车出螺旋槽。
采用这种盘面螺旋槽加工装置,使得加工过程中的人工控制进行的光杆传动变为由卡盘旋转自动进行的传动,提升了装置的自动化水平,避免了复杂的人工操作。

1.一种自动盘面螺旋槽加工装置,其特征是:包括卡盘(1)和螺杆(3),该卡盘(1)上通过其中心孔固定一个锥齿轮,该螺杆(3)上套接固定有锥齿轮,该卡盘(1)与该螺杆(3)上的锥齿轮相咬合;该螺杆(3)一端套接有刀杆(7),该刀杆(7)上设有螺纹孔并与该螺杆(3)套接配合,该刀杆(7)上设有光孔,并以该光孔套接在该光杆(4)上,该螺杆(3)和该光杆(4)平行,都固定在“C”形架(5)上,该“C”形架(5)固定在该小刀架(6)上。
