Description

电气安装通道的下部
发明涉及一种电气安装通道的下部,特别是墙上电气安装通道的下部,该下部由一块具有C形横断面的成型钢板构成,在成型钢板的内侧上设有一个沿成型钢板的长度伸展的、其横断面为C形的装配架,用以固定电气安装的器械。
譬如实用新型8704502或实用新型8708607公开了具有这种类型的下部的电气安装通道。实际上,其中规定的、设在通道的底上的装配架单独由槽形成型钢板制作,然后通过焊接、铆接、粘结或以其它方式固定在通道的底上。因此,为了形成通道的轮廓,必须在分离的部分上进行多道工序加工,费用很高。
本发明的任务在于,在加上技术上改进开头所述类型的电气安装通道下部,以便降低造价。
按照本发明,解决以上任务的技术方案在于,装配架由成对地相互面对的和分段地从成型钢板的底壁上裁切出的条状夹板构成,这些夹板分别被成形为装配架的C形轮廓的翼缘。
通过这种结构,可不必单独制作装配架,也可省去了固定装配架所需的费用。发明的构思在于,装配架是贯通结构,还是由分段串列的、相互被墙上通道的底壁部分隔开的各部构成,对装配架的功能并不重要。通过这种新结构,可在一道工序中把譬如用钢板制成的电气安装通道的下部冲裁出来并可在钢板被加工为通道形状的成形过程中使装配架一并成形,不再需要装配架的附加固定费用。
在发明的另一实施形式中,在夹板之间可设有一个横向于夹板伸展的加强桥接板。在从通道的下部底壁上分段地载切出装配架的翼缘的情况下,该桥接板仍可使通道下部的底壁的其余区域在总体上保持足够的刚性。该加强桥接板可简单地通过一个垂直于装配架的中心纵轴线的直切口和通过把与该切口相邻的料区变形为勺形来形成。这些加强桥接板也可通过较简单的冲裁和压制过程直接一并成形。
出于稳定性原因,该加强桥接板向装配架的中心轴线的两侧的伸展之度略长于因裁切出夹板形成的底上空档是很有利的。
下面借助附图所示的一个实施例详细说明本发明。附图所示为:

图1至3示出了墙上电气通道的下部,它是由一块其横断面为C形的成型钢板(1)构成,该成型钢板的底壁(2)有两个侧壁(3),从侧壁(3)延伸的端壁(4)又平行于底壁(2),端壁(4)的边缘上设有槽(5),用以嵌入图中未示出的盖板。
在底壁2里面,装有一个平行于侧壁3的伸展装配架6,该装配架6用于安装和固定电气器械的锚定件。该装配架6由长的夹板7构成。夹板7由从底壁2上裁切下来的料构成并且其边棱是向上和向内弯曲的。从图4和图1中可看出通过裁切出夹板7和夹板7上弯所形成的矩形空档8。
从图1和2中还可清楚看出,夹板7只是分段地裁切出并成形的,并且在两个沿成型钢板1的纵向间隔设置的夹板对之间分别有处于空档8两侧的其余底壁部分之间的桥接板9,桥接板9确保了成型钢板1的必要稳定性。在图示的实施例中,这些桥接板9还具有一附加的加强筋10。该加强筋10是这样形成的,即在部位11垂直于夹板7的纵棱并从而也垂直于空档8的纵棱地进行切断(见图5),并且使与该切口相邻的材料部分如向切口敞开的勺状向上弯成加强筋10。据此,桥接板9对准地过渡到成型钢板1的底壁2中。通过这种实施形式,在其余的桥接板范围内得到加强。从图1中可以看出,从装配架6的中心轴线12垂直量出的、加强筋10的长度略长于沿同一方向量出的、空档8的外缘的宽度b。因此,加强筋10伸展到底壁2的范围,底壁2通过切口皮被削弱。
肯定可以理解的是,在有合适工具的条件下能以很简单的方式、一次下料通过裁切、弯边和弯曲以及压制可制出墙上电气安装通道的新的下部。因此,可在没有一道附加工序的情况下由一块钢板成形加工到最终形状。

Claims (4)

1.电气安装通道的下部,特别是墙上电气安装通道的下部,该下部由一块具有C形横断面的成型钢板(1)构成,在成型钢板的里面有一个沿成型钢板的长度伸展的、其横断面为C形的装配架(6),用以固定电气安装的器械,其特征在于,装配架(6)由成对地相互面对的和分段地从成型钢板的底壁上裁切出的条状夹板(7)构成,这些夹板分别被成形为装配架(6)的C形轮廓的翼缘。
2.按照权利要求1所述的电气安装通道的下部,其特征在于,在包含夹板(7)的分段之间设有一个横向于夹板(7)伸展的、具有加强筋(10)的桥接板(9)。
3.按照权利要求2所述的电气安装通道的底部,其特征在于,加强是通过加强筋(10)形成的,加强筋(10)可简单地通过一个垂直于装配架(6)的中心纵轴线(12)的直切口(11)和通过把与该切口(11)相邻的料区变形为勺形来形成。
4.按照权利要求1至3所述的电气安装通道的下部,其特征在于,加强筋(10)向装配架(6)的中心轴线(12)的两侧的伸展长度略长于因裁切出夹板(7)形成的底上空档(8)的宽度(b)。
