本发明涉及织物柔软剂。本发明的组合物被浓缩成在稀释时仍保持粘度的水性织物柔软组合物。
浓缩水性织物柔软剂在现有技术中被广泛地描述,经常讨论的一个主题是这些浓缩组合物的粘度,实际上这些浓缩组合物是极其粘稠的,现有技术经常讨论的是控制或降低这些浓缩组合物粘度的方法。很少考虑的一个问题是这些浓缩组合物稀释后的粘度;实际上,已经发现此类浓缩组合物的粘度在稀释时显著下降,而这种粘度损失从消费者来看是明显不希望的。

现在已经发现上述目的可通过配制浓编水性织物柔软组合物来实现,该组合物,包括10~35%重量的阳离子织物柔软活性物或它们的混合物,上述组合物还包括:
一全部组合物重量0.3~3%的式为RO(Etox)n的直链脂肪醇乙氧基化物,其中R是C8-C18的直链烷基,n代表的重均乙氧基化度是3~35,或它们的混合物;

上述描述的柔软胺适用于本发明的目的,它们以质子化形式存在于浓缩柔软组合物中;EP199383描述了一种适宜的用来质子化这些胺的方法。
这里所用的优选柔软活性混合物是一种混合物,含20-70%重量的二牛脂基二甲基氯化铵(DTDMAC)柔软活性物,30-80%的二牛脂基咪唑啉。优选地,本发明浓缩组合物包括15-25%重量的这类混合物的整理产品。
本发明各种优选实施例中,柔软活性物包括二牛脂基咪唑啉酯,如前述描述的那样(即,当前述表达式T是O,R1和R2都是牛脂基时)。该实施例由于环境理由而尤其优选。
本发明组合物还包括,全部组合物0.3~3%重量的直链脂肪醇按表达式RO(Etox)n乙氧基化物,其中R是直链C3-13烷基,n代表乙氧基化程度的重均值,在3~35之间,或它们的混合物。优选的是乙氧基化直链脂肪醇,其中R有10~13个直链碳原子,n为5~10,优选8。优选地,这些化合物,或它们的混合物以全部组合物重量的1~1.5%的量存在。这些化合物可从BASF购得,商品名LUTENSOLTO
本发明组合物还包括组合物重量的0.5~6%,优选1.5~2.5%的非离子亲水聚合物,或它们的混合物。这些适当的聚合物包括聚乙二醇,聚丙二醇,聚乙烯醇及类似物。尤其优选的是分子量在30O~50000的聚乙二醇,优选分子量2000~10000。在此优选的实施例中,柔软活性物是DTDMAC和二牛脂基咪唑啉的混合物,优选采用分子量4000的聚乙二醇。在各种优选的实例中,柔软活性物包括二牛脂基咪唑啉酯,优选采用分子量8000的聚乙二醇。
本发明组合物还包括全部组合物重量0-2%,优选0~0.1%的高支链化C3-13的脂肪醇、优选C12-14,或它们的混合物,最好是C13。类似于上述高支链化脂肪醇的支链化化合物经常存在于香料中;因而,加到组合物中的上述高支链化脂肪醇的任何加入量必须按所用的香料来调节,适用于本发明组合物的此类高支链化脂肪醇可从EXXON购得,商品名EXXAL
本发明组合物还包括全部组合物重量0~0.5%的直链或环状聚二烷基硅氧烷,表达式如下:
其中R是C1-C5的烷基,m是1-500的整数,或它们的混合物。上述聚二烷基硅氧烷组份不是本发明组合物的基本成份,当组合物要在稀释时保持粘度时甚至缺乏这类聚二烷基硅氧烷。但是,能从这些聚二烷基硅氧烷中得到几方面好处,包括改善了整理产品的稳定性,改进处理织物的吸水性。上述聚二烷基硅氧烷也有助于避免在洗涤机的分散器中形成织物柔软剂残余物。因而,本发明优选组合物包括0.05~0.5%,量好是全部组合物重量0.1~0.3%的上述聚二烷基硅氧烷,或它们的混合物。本发明组合物中,柔软活性物包括前面描述的二牛脂咪唑啉酯,优选采用聚二烷基硅氧烷,R是甲基,m约是200。在其它组合物中,优选采用的聚二烷基硅氧烷,R是甲基而m是7。适宜的聚二烷基硅氧烷可从DOWCORNING购得,商品名200液体,在所采用的优选聚二烷基硅氧烷是DOW CORNING′S200液体350CS(R是甲基m是203),和5CS(R是甲基和m是7)。
本发明组合物另外还包括常规组份如香料,防腐剂,杀菌剂,着色剂,防霉剂,稳定剂,增白剂,遮光剂及其类似物,采用常量,即最多达组合重量的5%。
浓缩形式的组合物在60RPM剪切速率下粘度40~400CPS。本发明组合物可直接采用浓缩形式,或优选在使用前进行稀释。本发明组合物是指在水中稀释,优选在它们重量的2-3倍的水中。稀释形式,组合物在60RPM剪切速率下粘度为20~60CPS,优选60RPM剪切速率下30~50CPS。
本发明还提供一种用于柔软织物的方法,其中,在上述浓缩的柔软组合物接触织物之前将其用水稀释。在上述方法的优选实施例中,上述浓缩的柔软组合物在60RPM剪切速率下有40~400CPS的粘度,用2倍于它重量的水稀释,以得到一种在60RPM剪切速率下粘度为20~60,优选30~50CPS的稀释织物柔软组合物,上述稀释的织物柔软组合物在漂洗水中与上述织物接触。
本发明组合物用下列例子说明。
           例  1
制备本发明的组合物,包括:
-二牛脂基二甲基氯化铵          7.60%
-二牛脂基二甲基咪唑啉          14.20%
-HCL                          0.82%
-聚乙二醇4000分子量             2.00%
-硅油5CS                       0.19%
-LutensolTO8                1.30%
-Exxal13                    0.08%
-Cacl2                   0.20%
-香料                      0.70%
-水和其它成分              至100%
5CS的硅油是聚二烷基硅氧烷,正如描述的那样。LutensolTO8是乙氧基化直链脂肪醇;EXXAL3是高支链化脂肪醇,它们都如前述。
上述组合物可通过向60~65℃的水中加入HCl,并在80~85℃下搅拌,10分钟内向溶液加入熔融的二牛脂二甲基氯化铵,二牛脂基咪唑啉和Lutensol T08预混合物。然后将CaCl2的水溶液在约5分钟内注入。然后加入香料和硅油的混合物。然后将组合物冷却到室温。最后将分子量4000的50%的聚乙二醇溶液加入。
最后得到的稀释前的组合物粘度约65CPS,用其2倍重量的水稀释后粘度50CPS。

Claims (15)

1.浓缩水性织物柔软组合物包括10~35%重量的阳离子织物柔软活性物或它们的混合物,上述组合物特征在于:
一含全部组合物重量0.3~3%的乙氧基化直链脂肪醇,表达式为RO(Etox)n,其中R是直链C8-C18烷基,n表示重均乙氧基化程度,为3~35,或它们的混合物;
一全部组合物重量的0.5~6%的非离子亲水聚合物,或它们的混合物;
一全部组合物重量的0~2%的高支链化C8-C18的脂肪醇,或它们的混合物;
一全部组合重量的0~0.5%的直链或环状聚二烷基硅氧烷,表达式:
其中R是C1-C5链烷基,m是1~500的整数,或它们的混合物。
-余量的水和其它成分
2.权利要求1的组合物,包括全部组合物重量15~25%的上述阳离子织物柔软活性物,或它们的混合物。
3.权利要求1的浓缩织物柔软组合物,其中,上述阳离子柔软活性物是二牛脂二甲基氯化铵和二牛脂咪唑啉的混合物。
4.权利要求3的浓缩织物柔软组合物,含有上述柔软活性物重量的20~70%的二牛脂二甲基氯化铵和上述柔软活性物重量的30~80%的二牛脂咪唑啉。
5.权利要求3的浓缩织物柔软组合物,包括全部组合物重量的1.5~2.5%的分子量4000的聚乙二醇。
6.权利要求3的浓缩织物柔软组合物,包括全部组合物重量0.05~0.5%,优选为0.1~0.3%的直链或环状聚二烷基硅氧烷,表达式为:
其中R是甲基,m是7。
7.权利要求1的浓缩织物柔软组合物,其中柔软活性物包括二牛脂咪唑啉酯。
8.权利要求7的浓缩织物柔软组合物,包括分子量8000的聚乙二醇。
9.权利要求7的浓缩织物柔软组合物,包括组合物总重的0.05~0.5%,优选为0.1~0.3%的上述直链或环状聚二烷基硅氧烷,表达式为:
其中R是甲基,m是203。
10.权利要求1的浓缩织物柔软组合物,包括组合物总重1-1.5%的上述乙氧基化脂肪醇,表达式RO(Etox)n,其中R是直链C10-C13烷基,n代表重均乙氧基化程度,为5~10。
11.权利要求1的浓缩织物柔软组合物,包括组合物总重0~0.1%的高支链化脂肪醇,上述高支链化脂肪醇有12-14个碳原子。
12.权利要求1的浓缩织物柔软组合物,稀释前在60RPM剪切速率下有40~400CPS的粘度,上述组合物用其2倍重量的水稀释后在60RPM剪切速率下有20-60CPS的粘度。
13.权利要求12的浓缩织物柔软组合物,用2倍重量的水稀释后在60RPM剪切速率下有30~50CPS的粘度。
14.用于柔软织物的方法,其中,按权利要求1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,或10的浓缩织物柔软组合物在60RPM剪切速率下粘度为40~400CPS,在用其重量二倍的水稀释后以得到60RPM剪切速率下粘度20~60CPS的稀释的织物柔软组合物,其中,上述稀织物柔软组合物在漂洗水中与上述织物接触。
15.权利要求14的方法,其中浓缩织物柔软组合物在60RPM剪切速率下有40~400CPS的粘度,用其重量2倍的水稀释以得到在60RPM剪切速率下有30~50CPS的粘度的稀释的织物柔软组合物。
