一种高精度的定位销,包括圆柱体,圆柱体的顶端面上成型有贯穿圆柱体底面的螺纹孔,圆柱体的下端螺接有螺柱,螺柱成型在小检测柱上,所述的螺柱的上端面成型有六边形的凹槽,螺柱上插套有圆形的橡胶垫块,橡胶垫块的上下端面分别靠在圆柱体和小检测柱上;所述圆柱体上端螺接有螺杆,螺杆成型在大检测柱上,大检测柱的上端面上成型有六边形的凸台;所述小检测柱的直径为圆柱体的最小极限尺寸与圆柱体公差的差值,大检测柱的直径为圆柱体的最大极限尺寸和圆柱体公差的和值。它在定位销上增设有检测柱,从而检测其定位销能否与其安装孔高精密配合,而高精密配合的定位销能够具有较强的抗振动性能,防止定位销从安装孔振动脱离。

技术领域:
本发明涉及销轴的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种高精度的定位销。
背景技术:
定位销是模具和机械设备中常见的连接件,其作用主要是限制物品之间的自由运动度;其安置于需要紧固或者连接的零件的孔中。但是,现有机械设备运作过程中,不可避免的会发生振动,而现有的定位销又常为普通的圆柱销,其只能限制其径向方形的运动,而不能限制其轴向方形的运动,从而机械振动加大,振动时间加长时,定位销就会缓慢地振出物品上的定位孔直至完全脱离定位孔,从而会致使机械设备产生故障,影响机械设备的功能,而通过提高定位销和其安装孔的配合精度能够有效的提高抗振动的性能。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种高精度的定位销,其能提高定位销和定位销安装孔的配合精度,同时能加强与安装孔的摩擦力,从而具有较高的抗振动性能。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种高精度的定位销,包括圆柱体,圆柱体的顶端面上成型有贯穿圆柱体底面的螺纹孔,圆柱体的下端螺接有螺柱,螺柱成型在小检测柱上,所述的螺柱的上端面成型有六边形的凹槽,螺柱上插套有圆形的橡胶垫块,橡胶垫块的上下端面分别靠在圆柱体和小检测柱上;所述圆柱体上端螺接有螺杆,螺杆成型在大检测柱上,大检测柱的上端面上成型有六边形的凸台;
所述小检测柱的直径为圆柱体的最小极限尺寸与圆柱体公差的差值,大检测柱的直径为圆柱体的最大极限尺寸和圆柱体公差的和值。
所述的橡胶垫块的直径小于圆柱体的直径。
所述的小检测柱的下端面的外边上成型有倒角。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、它在定位销上增设有检测柱,从而检测其定位销能否与其安装孔高精密配合,而高精密配合的定位销能够具有较强的抗振动性能,防止定位销从安装孔振动脱离。
2、它在定位销上增设橡胶垫块,橡胶垫块受压膨胀能够增加与安装孔内壁的摩擦力,从而提高了其抗振动性能。

具体实施方式:
实施例:见图1至3所示,一种高精度的定位销,包括圆柱体1,圆柱体1的顶端面上成型有贯穿圆柱体1底面的螺纹孔11,圆柱体1的下端螺接有螺柱31,螺柱31成型在小检测柱3上,所述的螺柱31的上端面成型有六边形的凹槽32,螺柱31上插套有圆形的橡胶垫块2,橡胶垫块2的上下端面分别靠在圆柱体1和小检测柱3上;所述圆柱体1上端螺接有螺杆41,螺杆41成型在大检测柱4上,大检测柱4的上端面上成型有六边形的凸台42;
所述小检测柱3的直径为圆柱体1的最小极限尺寸与圆柱体1公差的差值,大检测柱4的直径为圆柱体1的最大极限尺寸和圆柱体1公差的和值。
所述的橡胶垫块2的直径小于圆柱体1的直径。
所述的小检测柱3的下端面的外边上成型有倒角33。
工作原理:本定位销在其本体的圆柱体1的上下端分别连接小检测柱3和大检测柱4,通过小检测柱3和大检测柱4检测其定位销的安装孔是否满足其配合要求(工作原理同圆柱塞规相同),从而满足安装要求的定位销和安装孔具有高精密配合,从而具有较强的抗振动性能,防止定位销从安装孔振动脱离。
而且在安装完成后,通过扳手转动小检测柱3使其上升,从而橡胶垫块2受压膨胀,橡胶垫块2压靠于定位销安装孔的内壁上,从而增大定位销对安装孔之间的压强,间接增大摩擦力,提高了抗振动性能。

1.一种高精度的定位销,包括圆柱体(1),圆柱体(1)的顶端面上成型有贯穿圆柱体(1)底面的螺纹孔(11),其特征在于:圆柱体(1)的下端螺接有螺柱(31),螺柱(31)成型在小检测柱(3)上,所述的螺柱(31)的上端面成型有六边形的凹槽(32),螺柱(31)上插套有圆形的橡胶垫块(2),橡胶垫块(2)的上下端面分别靠在圆柱体(1)和小检测柱(3)上;所述圆柱体(1)上端螺接有螺杆(41),螺杆(41)成型在大检测柱(4)上,大检测柱(4)的上端面上成型有六边形的凸台(42);
所述小检测柱(3)的直径为圆柱体(1)的最小极限尺寸与圆柱体(1)公差的差值,大检测柱(4)的直径为圆柱体(1)的最大极限尺寸和圆柱体(1)公差的和值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度的定位销,其特征在于:所述的橡胶垫块(2)的直径小于圆柱体(1)的直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度的定位销,其特征在于:所述的小检测柱(3)的下端面的外边上成型有倒角(33)。
