本发明公开了一种改性阻燃PVC输送带胶料,其特征在于,胶料配方按重量份数配比如下:丁基再生橡胶20-30份、氯丁橡胶15-22份、聚氯乙烯胶15-18份、聚酯纤维布6-8份、纳米硅基氧化物3-4份、无卤阻燃剂4-6份、抑烟剂FZY-140.8-1.2份、氧化锌2-3份、硬脂酸1-2份、防老剂6PPD1.2-1.5份、硫磺2-3份、促进剂TBTS0.4-0.6份、蓖麻油2.2-2.5份。本发明在保证降低输送带胶料成本的基础上,能够有效地改善胶料的耐撕裂性能,热老化性得到了改善与提高,使用寿命延长。输送带具有难燃特性,阻燃氧指数在35-40%之间,保证了使用安全性能。

技术领域
本发明属于橡胶输送带技术领域,具体涉及一种改性阻燃PVC输送带胶料。
背景技术
PVC是一种乙烯基的聚合物质,其材料是一种非结晶性材料。PVC材料在实际使用中经常加入稳定剂、润滑剂、辅助加工剂、色料、抗冲击剂及其它添加剂。具有不易燃性、高强度、耐气侯变化性以及优良的几何稳定性。PVC对氧化剂、还原剂和强酸都有很强的抵抗力。
PVC输送带带体弹性好,不易变形。选用高强力优质全棉、尼龙、聚酯帆布作带芯,用纯天然橡胶无污染配合剂制成白色或浅色,无污染,不影响食品卫生异味覆盖层。PVC输送带产品配方设计合理,符合卫生指标,色泽适度,轻巧耐用。PVC输送带适用于食品工业或粮食部门运输散装、听装、包装成箱的粮食或食品到400的大粒度,输送量可从1立方米/小时到6000立方米/小时。
根据行业应用上分类,PVC输送带产品可分为烟草行业输送带,物流行业输送带,包装行业输送带,印刷行业输送带,食品行业输送带,木材行业输送带,食品加工行业输送带,娱乐行业输送带,水产行业输送带,石材行业输送带等。
随着PVC输送带市场的普及化发展日趋成熟,各个工业领域都在不同程度的研发和应用着其合理、科学、有保障的建设性方案。
输送带要求其胶料性能能够抗屈挠龟裂、耐撕裂、耐热。目前输送带生产厂家为降低垫带的制造成本,而在垫带胶料中使用了大量的由天然胶、顺丁胶、丁苯胶或其混合物的通用再生胶。由于添加了一定量的通用再生胶,会使垫带胶料整体的耐屈挠、抗撕裂性能下降,从而直接影响到输送带的质量。随着我国输送带的迅速普及,高性能的输送带制造对输送带的标准也提出了更高要求。如何制造出高性能、高品质、高阻燃、长寿命的输送带具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改性阻燃PVC输送带胶料,通过添加一定量的新的再生胶,以改善胶料的耐撕裂性能,利用纳米硅基氧化物改性,提高胶料的耐热老化性,从而提高输送带的使用寿命,制得的输送带具有良好的阻燃性能。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种改性阻燃PVC输送带胶料,其特征在于,胶料配方按重量份数配比如下:
丁基再生橡胶20-30份、氯丁橡胶15-22份、聚氯乙烯胶15-18份、聚酯纤维布6-8份、纳米硅基氧化物3-4份、无卤阻燃剂4-6份、抑烟剂FZY-14 0.8-1.2份、氧化锌2-3份、硬脂酸1-2份、防老剂6PPD 1.2-1.5份、硫磺2-3份、促进剂TBTS 0.4-0.6份、蓖麻油2.2-2.5份。
上述的纳米硅基氧化物是由N330 型碳黑与乙炔碳黑按照重量比1:1组成的混合物。
上述的无卤阻燃剂是活性氢氧化镁、阻燃润滑剂MB-202、无卤阻燃剂MRP或阻燃剂FR-S10I中的一种。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明通过添加一定量的丁基再生胶,在保证降低输送带胶料成本的基础上,能够有效地改善胶料的耐撕裂性能,加入纳米硅基氧化物胶料,热老化性得到了改善与提高,使用寿命延长。输送带具有难燃特性,阻燃氧指数在35-40%之间,保证了使用安全性能。

丁基再生橡胶25份、氯丁橡胶18份、聚氯乙烯胶16份、聚酯纤维布6份、由N330 型碳黑与乙炔碳黑按照重量比1:1组成的纳米硅基氧化物3份、活性氢氧化镁4份、抑烟剂FZY-14 1份、氧化锌2份、硬脂酸1份、防老剂6PPD 1.2份、硫磺2份、促进剂TBTS 0.5份、蓖麻油2.2份。
实施例2
一种改性阻燃PVC输送带胶料,其特征在于,胶料配方按重量份数配比如下:
丁基再生橡胶28份、氯丁橡胶20份、聚氯乙烯胶18份、聚酯纤维布8份、由N330 型碳黑与乙炔碳黑按照重量比1:1组成的纳米硅基氧化物4份、阻燃润滑剂MB-202 5份、抑烟剂FZY-14 1.2份、氧化锌3份、硬脂酸2份、防老剂6PPD 1.5份、硫磺3份、促进剂TBTS 0.6份、蓖麻油2.5份。

丁基再生橡胶20-30份、氯丁橡胶15-22份、聚氯乙烯胶15-18份、聚酯纤维布6-8份、纳米硅基氧化物3-4份、无卤阻燃剂4-6份、抑烟剂FZY-14 0.8-1.2份、氧化锌2-3份、硬脂酸1-2份、防老剂6PPD 1.2-1.5份、硫磺2-3份、促进剂TBTS 0.4-0.6份、蓖麻油2.2-2.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃PVC输送带胶料,其特征在于,所述的纳米硅基氧化物是由N330 型碳黑与乙炔碳黑按照重量比1:1组成的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃PVC输送带胶料,其特征在于,所述的无卤阻燃剂是活性氢氧化镁、阻燃润滑剂MB-202、无卤阻燃剂MRP或阻燃剂FR-S10I中的一种。
