技术领域
本发明涉及焊接加工领域,具体来说涉及一种镀锌钢板凸焊工艺优化方法。
背景技术
镀锌钢板凸焊(如:螺母,螺纹板,螺钉等加工凸点的焊接)工艺中,包括两次焊接步骤,分别为:一次预热熔锌,焊接温度为400℃,将镀锌钢板表面的镀锌层熔化,二次采用焊接的软规范焊接方法,焊接温度为1450℃,将螺纹板与镀锌钢板焊接在一起。预期熔深为0.2 mm。
但是由于凸焊工艺中,凸点与零件接触面积小,电流密度大,软规范焊接中凸点首先融化压溃,很难达到熔深效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种镀锌钢板凸焊工艺优化方法,以解决现有技术中的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
镀锌钢板凸焊工艺优化方法,其特征在于,采用一次硬规范焊接,焊接温度为1450℃。
本发明的有益效果为:1、能有效并且稳定的生产出满足客户标准的产品; 2、采用硬规范减少焊接时间,提高了生产效率;3、减少电极修模次数,降低生产成本。
