Abstract

本发明公开了一种漆包线自动上料移动放线装置,包括输送带和放线架,所述输送带张紧在两个传动辊上,两个传动辊的两端分别铰接在其对应的支撑腿上,其中一个支撑腿上固定有伺服电机,此支撑腿的传送辊的一端伸出支撑腿并通过联轴器与伺服电机的输出轴相固定;输送带上固定有多个橡胶放物块,所有橡胶放物块呈两列、分别固定在输送带的左右两侧边部上,两列橡胶放物块一一对应;放线架的中部具有中间横梁,中间横梁上固定有放线装置。它可以自动将缠绕有漆包线铜线的待放线滚筒进行夹持固定进行放线,并自动下料,无需人工控制夹持待放线滚筒,而且其放线架上具有的导轮可以根据放线时铜线对导轮的压力而进行调节,保证漆包线的铜线的质量。

一种漆包线自动上料移动放线装置
技术领域:
本发明涉及漆包线加工设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种漆包线自动上料移动放线装置。
背景技术:
在漆包线生产加工过程中,其漆包线铜线需要进行二次盘绕等步骤,现有的方式其需要人工将漆包线的铜线卷绕筒手动安装在卷绕机构上进行放线卷绕,其效果差,效率低,而且需要人工安装控制夹持装置将漆包线的铜线卷绕筒夹持住,其非常麻烦。
而且现有的放线架其具有的导轮是固定连接的,其无法根据放线的力度而调节,使得导轮与漆包线上的铜线产生摩擦而磨损甚至损坏,影响漆包线的质量。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种漆包线自动上料移动放线装置,它可以自动将缠绕有漆包线铜线的待放线滚筒进行夹持固定进行放线,并自动下料,其效率高,无需人工控制夹持待放线滚筒,降低人工成本,而且其放线架上具有的导轮可以根据放线时漆包线铜线对导轮的压力而进行调节,其大大减少了导轮与铜线之间的磨损,保证漆包线的铜线的质量。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种漆包线自动上料移动放线装置,包括输送带和放线架,所述输送带张紧在两个传动辊上,两个传动辊的两端分别铰接在其对应的支撑腿上,其中一个支撑腿上固定有伺服电机,与固定有伺服电机的支撑腿相对应的传动辊的一端伸出支撑腿,并通过联轴器与伺服电机的输出轴相固定;
输送带上固定有多个橡胶放物块,所有橡胶放物块呈两列、分别固定在输送带的左右两侧边部上,两列橡胶放物块一一对应;
橡胶放物块的上平面上成型有弧形通槽,待放线滚筒的两端放置在弧形通槽中,输送带穿过放线架,输送带的左右两侧的地面上固定有放线架的支撑柱,支撑柱上固定有推动气缸,推动气缸的推杆伸出支撑柱并插套在其对应的待放线滚筒的中心轴的两端具有的中心凹槽中;
放线架的中部具有中间横梁,中间横梁上固定有放线装置。
所述输送带的左侧边部或者右侧边部上的橡胶放物块上固定有感应凸起,与固定有感应凸起的橡胶放物块相对应的一侧的支撑柱上固定有接近开关,接近开关的感应头对着其对应的感应凸起。
所述橡胶放物块上的弧形通槽的侧壁上具有弧形凹槽,待放线滚筒的两端的外壁具有环形凸起,环形凸起插套在其对应的弧形凹槽中。
所述放线装置包括螺柱,螺柱上螺接有调节螺杆,调节螺杆的顶部螺接有保护套,保护套的上部螺接有上支撑板,上支撑板上成型有阶梯通孔,阶梯通孔的上阶梯段的直径小于下阶梯段的直径,伸缩杆插套在阶梯通孔中,伸缩杆的下端成型有径向延伸的凸起边,凸起边在阶梯通孔的下阶梯段中,凸起边压靠在下阶梯段的顶端面上,弹簧插套在保护套中,弹簧的上端着力于伸缩杆的下端、弹簧的下端着力于调节螺杆的顶端面上;
伸缩杆的顶端伸出上支撑板并固定有导轮架,导轮架上铰接有导轮。
所述伸缩杆的下端中部具有的凸起插套在弹簧的上端,调节螺杆的顶端中部具有凸起插套在弹簧的下端。
本发明的突出效果是:
与现有技术相比,它可以自动将缠绕有漆包线铜线的待放线滚筒进行夹持固定进行放线,并自动下料,其效率高,无需人工控制夹持待放线滚筒,降低人工成本,而且其放线架上具有的导轮可以根据放线时漆包线铜线对导轮的压力而进行调节,其大大减少了导轮与铜线之间的磨损,保证漆包线的铜线的质量。

具体实施方式:
实施例,见如图1至图4所示,一种漆包线自动上料移动放线装置,包括输送带1和放线架20,所述输送带1张紧在两个传动辊2上,两个传动辊2的两端分别铰接在其对应的支撑腿3上,其中一个支撑腿3上固定有伺服电机4,与固定有伺服电机4的支撑腿3相对应的传动辊2的一端伸出支撑腿3,并通过联轴器与伺服电机4的输出轴相固定;
输送带1上固定有多个橡胶放物块5,所有橡胶放物块5呈两列、分别固定在输送带1的左右两侧边部上,两列橡胶放物块5一一对应;
橡胶放物块5的上平面上成型有弧形通槽51,待放线滚筒10的两端放置在弧形通槽51中,输送带1穿过放线架20,输送带1的左右两侧的地面上固定有放线架20的支撑柱6,支撑柱6上固定有推动气缸7,推动气缸7的推杆71伸出支撑柱6并插套在其对应的待放线滚筒10的中心轴的两端具有的中心凹槽11中;
放线架20的中部具有中间横梁61,中间横梁61上固定有放线装置30。
所述输送带1的左侧边部或者右侧边部上的橡胶放物块5上固定有感应凸起52,与固定有感应凸起52的橡胶放物块5相对应的一侧的支撑柱6上固定有接近开关8,接近开关8的感应头对着其对应的感应凸起52。
所述橡胶放物块5上的弧形通槽51的侧壁上具有弧形凹槽53,待放线滚筒10的两端的外壁具有环形凸起101,环形凸起101插套在其对应的弧形凹槽53中。
所述放线装置30包括螺柱31,螺柱31上螺接有调节螺杆32,调节螺杆32的顶部螺接有保护套33,保护套33的上部螺接有上支撑板34,上支撑板34上成型有阶梯通孔35,阶梯通孔35的上阶梯段的直径小于下阶梯段的直径,伸缩杆36插套在阶梯通孔35中,伸缩杆36的下端成型有径向延伸的凸起边37,凸起边37在阶梯通孔35的下阶梯段中,凸起边37压靠在下阶梯段的顶端面上,弹簧38插套在保护套33中,弹簧38的上端着力于伸缩杆36的下端、弹簧的下端着力于调节螺杆32的顶端面上;
伸缩杆36的顶端伸出上支撑板34并固定有导轮架39,导轮架39上铰接有导轮40。
所述伸缩杆36的下端中部具有的凸起插套在弹簧38的上端,调节螺杆32的顶端中部具有凸起插套在弹簧38的下端。
工作原理:人工将缠绕有漆包线铜线的待放线滚筒10依次放置在输送带1上的橡胶放物块5上,随着伺服电机4驱动,使得输送带1进行传送,当橡胶放物块5上固定有的感应凸起52与此橡胶放物块5相对应的一侧的支撑柱6上固定有接近开关8相靠近后,接近开关8得到信号,并将信号输送给控制主机,控制主机控制伺服电机4停止运行,同时控制推动气缸7的推杆71推出来,使得推杆71插套在其对应的待放线滚筒10的中心轴的两端具有的中心凹槽11中完成夹持,然后进行放线,放线时,可以通过转动调节螺杆32螺接在螺柱31中的长度和螺接的角度可以调节导轮40的高度,通过漆包线铜线放置在导轮40上进行放线时,其压力的大小可以压靠导轮40,使得伸缩杆36伸入保护套33中,从而降低铜线对导轮40的压力,使得放线时不会使铜线与导轮40之间产生摩擦而损坏,保证漆包线的质量。
放线完成后,推杆71回缩,然后伺服电机4运行,使得输送带1继续转动,然后就使得放线后的滚筒从中掉落进入底面上放置有的放物槽中进行收集,以便下次使用。

Claims (5)

1.一种漆包线自动上料移动放线装置,包括输送带(1)和放线架(20),其特征在于:所述输送带(1)张紧在两个传动辊(2)上,两个传动辊(2)的两端分别铰接在其对应的支撑腿(3)上,其中一个支撑腿(3)上固定有伺服电机(4),与固定有伺服电机(4)的支撑腿(3)相对应的传动辊(2)的一端伸出支撑腿(3),并通过联轴器与伺服电机(4)的输出轴相固定;
输送带(1)上固定有多个橡胶放物块(5),所有橡胶放物块(5)呈两列、分别固定在输送带(1)的左右两侧边部上,两列橡胶放物块(5)一一对应;
橡胶放物块(5)的上平面上成型有弧形通槽(51),待放线滚筒(10)的两端放置在弧形通槽(51)中,输送带(1)穿过放线架(20),输送带(1)的左右两侧的地面上固定有放线架(20)的支撑柱(6),支撑柱(6)上固定有推动气缸(7),推动气缸(7)的推杆(71)伸出支撑柱(6)并插套在其对应的待放线滚筒(10)的中心轴的两端具有的中心凹槽(11)中;
放线架(20)的中部具有中间横梁(61),中间横梁(61)上固定有放线装置(30)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种漆包线自动上料移动放线装置,其特征在于:所述输送带(1)的左侧边部或者右侧边部上的橡胶放物块(5)上固定有感应凸起(52),与固定有感应凸起(52)的橡胶放物块(5)相对应的一侧的支撑柱(6)上固定有接近开关(8),接近开关(8)的感应头对着其对应的感应凸起(52)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种漆包线自动上料移动放线装置,其特征在于:所述橡胶放物块(5)上的弧形通槽(51)的侧壁上具有弧形凹槽(53),待放线滚筒(10)的两端的外壁具有环形凸起(101),环形凸起(101)插套在其对应的弧形凹槽(53)中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种漆包线自动上料移动放线装置,其特征在于:所述放线装置(30)包括螺柱(31),螺柱(31)上螺接有调节螺杆(32),调节螺杆(32)的顶部螺接有保护套(33),保护套(33)的上部螺接有上支撑板(34),上支撑板(34)上成型有阶梯通孔(35),阶梯通孔(35)的上阶梯段的直径小于下阶梯段的直径,伸缩杆(36)插套在阶梯通孔(35)中,伸缩杆(36)的下端成型有径向延伸的凸起边(37),凸起边(37)在阶梯通孔(35)的下阶梯段中,凸起边(37)压靠在下阶梯段的顶端面上,弹簧(38)插套在保护套(33)中,弹簧(38)的上端着力于伸缩杆(36)的下端、弹簧的下端着力于调节螺杆(32)的顶端面上;
伸缩杆(36)的顶端伸出上支撑板(34)并固定有导轮架(39),导轮架(39)上铰接有导轮(40)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种漆包线自动上料移动放线装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆(36)的下端中部具有的凸起插套在弹簧(38)的上端,调节螺杆(32)的顶端中部具有凸起插套在弹簧(38)的下端。
