技术领域
本发明涉及一种改善动脉粥样硬化的中药保健品。
背景技术
动脉粥样硬化是一组称为动脉硬化的血管病中最常见、最重要的一种。其特点是动脉管壁增厚变硬、失去弹性和管腔缩小,由于在动脉内膜上积聚的脂质外观呈黄色粥样,因此称为动脉粥样硬化。主要累及大中型动脉,其临床表现主要以受累器官的病象为主。
现代医学治疗动脉粥样硬化主要包括对狭窄或闭塞的血管,特别是冠状动脉、肾动脉和四肢动脉施行再通或重建或旁路移植等外科手术,以恢复动脉的供血。用带球囊的导管进行经皮腔内血管成形术,将突入动脉管腔的粥样物质压向动脉壁而使血管畅通;在此基础上发展了经皮腔内血管旋切术、旋磨术、激光成形术等多种介入治疗,将粥样物质切下、磨碎、气化吸出而使血管再通。目前应用最多的还是经皮腔内血管成形术和支架包括药物洗脱支架植入术。
这种治疗方法对病患来说不仅痛苦较多,而且容易复发。因此,我们提供一种改善动脉粥样硬化的保健品,以配合医学治疗,更加有效的改善动脉粥样硬化,提高免疫力。
发明内容
本发明提供一种改善动脉粥样硬化的中药保健品,利用传统中药和现代制剂技术,提高免疫力,补中益气,有效软化血管,疏通血管垃圾,改善血管弹性,能有效预防心脑血管疾病的发生。
为此,本发明提供了如下中药:包括黄芪10~60份、丹参10~30份、川芎10~30份、山楂10~30份、青葙子10~30份、大枣10~60份、玉竹10~30份、枸杞10~40份、灵芝10~30份、绞股蓝10~30份。
上述中药由下述重量份中药原料药合制而成:黄芪45份、丹参25份、川芎25份、山楂25份、青葙子20份、大枣45份、玉竹25份、枸杞30份、灵芝20份、绞股蓝20份。
本发明所选药材及药理如下:
黄芪:黄芪有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。能消除实验性肾炎蛋白尿,增强心肌收缩力,调节血糖含量。不仅能扩张冠状动脉,改善心肌供血,提高免疫功能,而且能够延缓细胞衰老的进程。
丹参:归心、肝经。能祛瘀止痛、活血调经、降脂减肥、清心除烦。是治疗心、脑、血管疾病、肥胖及高脂血症的有效药物。
川芎:川芎煎剂对离体蟾蜍和蛙心脏,在浓度在1O-5-10-4时使收缩振幅增大、心率稍慢。
山楂:酸、甘,微温。归脾、胃、肝经。消食化积,活血散瘀。现代研究山楂含糖类、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素C、胡萝卜素、淀粉、苹果酸、枸橼酸、钙和铁等物质,具有降血脂、血压、强心和抗心律不齐等作用。
青葙子:性微寒,味苦。归肝经。用于肝热目赤、眼生翳膜、视物昏花、肝火眩晕。
大枣:所含有的环磷酸腺苷,是人体细胞能量代谢的必需成分,能够增强肌力、消除疲劳、扩张血管、增加心肌收缩力、改善心肌营养,对防治心血管系统疾病有良好的作用。
玉竹:甘,平。滋阴润肺,生津养胃。玉竹能提高机体免疫功能,抑制癌瘤的生长,此外,本品还有强心、调节血压、增加冠脉流量、降血脂,抗动脉粥样硬化以及抗菌等作用。
枸杞:甘,平。养肝,滋肾,润肺。枸杞多糖具有促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、抗疲劳、抗辐射、保肝、生殖功能保护和改善等作用。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
将黄芪45份、丹参25份、川芎25份、山楂25份、青葙子20份、大枣45份、玉竹25份、枸杞30份、灵芝20份、绞股蓝20份,置于干净容器中,用蒸馏水浸泡1小时,备用。
运用回流法将浸泡后的黄芪、丹参、川芎、山楂、青葙子、大枣、玉竹、枸杞、灵芝、绞股蓝。在90℃的温度下进行提取,蒸馏水的用量为提取原料药材总重量的8倍,提取时间为2小时,提取次数2次;滤过,合并滤液,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.70(70℃)的浸膏,收集浸膏,备用。
将适量VE、叶酸、牛黄酸、淀粉、糊精加入至浸膏中制软材,过18目筛制粒,60℃干燥1小时,过16目筛整粒。
将上述颗粒装入袋中并封口即为本保健品的颗粒剂。
实施例2:
将黄芪、丹参、川芎、山楂、青葙子、大枣、玉竹、枸杞、灵芝、绞股蓝,干燥粉碎后过120目筛,放入提取罐内,用水提醇沉法提取后干燥成粉,然后加10倍水溶解,除菌装瓶,即得口服液。
