技术领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的插入式连接器的绝缘体。
绝缘体插入到为此设置的插入式连接器的腔室中。一般而言,绝缘体包括用于接触元件的插孔,待连接到插入式连接器的线缆的导体连接到接触元件。可选地,接触元件也可以与电路板的导电轨进行电接触。
背景技术
DE 102010051954 B3示出一种圆形插入式连接器,其接触构件在其整个长度上穿过(penetrate)插入式连接器,以一方面形成插入面以及另一方面形成插入式连接器的连接区域。这些接触构件通常弯曲并且不能够简单地插入到绝缘体中。因此,绝缘体经常必须设计成可枢转的、可折叠的或多个部件。
在数据传输技术中,使用具有所谓的屏蔽元件的绝缘体。屏蔽元件用于将待连接的线缆的至少两个导体和/或相关联的接触元件相对于彼此电磁屏蔽。
需要这样的绝缘体,以提供用于模拟或数字数据传输的多孔插入式连接器,其可以用于在高达600MHZ甚至更高的频率下的屏蔽应用。
在DE102010051954 B3的绝缘体中,屏蔽十字架被设计为必须插入到插入式连接器中的单一金属部件。绝缘体必须存在这样的开口。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种绝缘体,其可以比上述变化形式更成本有效以及简单的方式制造。
此目的通过权利要求1的特征部分实现。
在从属权利要求中阐明了本发明的优选实施例。
这里提出的绝缘体由插入体和连接体构成。在插入体中,接触元件布置成形成插入式连接器的所谓插入面。
在连接体中,设置连接元件。连接元件具有连接区域,该连接区域例如可以与电路板的导电轨进行电接触。优选地,连接区域然后形成所谓的焊脚21a(也称为焊针)。但是,这里也可以使用SMD(表面贴装器件)或穿孔焊(pin-in-hole)技术。也可以将连接区域和待连接的电缆的导体进行电接触。
在公知的绝缘体中,插入体和连接体一起形成为一个部件。在根据本发明的绝缘体的情况下,插入体和连接体是分开的部件。当这些部件彼此配合时,插入体的接触元件与连接体的连接元件进行电接触。
为了允许插入体和连接体锁扣在一起,优选设置合适的锁扣装置。这些锁扣装置优选允许插入体和连接体的可逆连接。
由于插入体和连接体是两个部件,使得可以将同一个插入体可逆地与不同连接体进行连接。结果,具有相同插入面的插入式连接器一方面可以用于电路板连接并且另一方面可以用于线缆连接。连接体可以最佳适合于各个使用范围并且可以例如以弯的或直的方式实施。由于上述的连接区域的模组化,插入式连接器可以通用方式使用。
还可以优选地设计插入体和连接体,使得它们可以通过锁扣装置不可逆地锁扣在一起。这有利于避免多重(multiple)插入以及由此引起过渡阻力的增大。
优选地,接触元件形成为细长的并且在插入体中彼此平行地布置。接触元件的一端设置在插入式连接器的插入区域并且可以连接到匹配插头和/或插座的接触元件。接触元件的另一端形成接触区域,连接体的连接元件可以与其进行电接触。
优选地,连接元件设计为沿插入体的方向提供用于其接触元件的连接区域的导电轨。沿电路板或线缆连接方向,用于待连接的电路板的导电轨和/或线缆的导体的连接区域位于导电轨上。
优选地,连接元件的导电轨使用MID技术生产。MID技术在DE102006041610 B3中已经充分描述。因此,不存在对自由设计导电轨的限制。导电轨可以如此方式形成,使得它们尤其适于高频数据传输。从导电轨随后的端侧连接区域(例如,在一侧用于接触元件的连接插座以及在另一侧用于电路板的焊脚)可以持续实施为金属元件。
在本发明的优选实施例中,插入体具有将至少两个接触元件相对于彼此电磁屏蔽的屏蔽元件。因此,防止了通过接触元件传输的信号的所谓的串扰。
在本发明的另一个优选实施例中,连接体也设置有屏蔽元件,其将至少两个连接元件相对于彼此电磁屏蔽。
在本发明的更优选实施例中,插入体和连接体每个具有屏蔽元件。在插入体和连接体的匹配状态下,屏蔽元件彼此处于电接触。可选地,屏蔽元件沿绝缘体的轴向取向重叠。由于上述措施,显著提高了成品插入式连接器的信号完整性。
优选地,上述屏蔽元件使用MID技术生产。因此,插入体和连接体可以紧凑和成本有效的方式一体生产。

图1示出插入体10的立体图并且图2示出关联的连接体20的立体图。插入体10和连接体20一起形成插入式连接器的绝缘体1。为了将插入体10和连接体20锁定在一起,锁扣臂13设置在插入体10上,锁扣臂的锁扣鼻部(nose)14接合在连接体20的底切部22上。
在插入体10中,设置接触元件11。接触元件11的一端可以与连接体20的关联连接元件21进行电接触。为此,截头圆锥部分11a插入到连接体20的接触开口部23中。接触开口部23包括导电材料,其接着电连接到导电轨21。另一端实施为分叉接触端子11b并且设置用于接触匹配插头和/或插座(未示出)的接触元件。在其他实施例中,可以在插入面中设置单个接触针,而非分叉接触端子。
在插入体10中,设置十字形屏蔽元件15,其在不同情况下以成对方式相对于以成对方式布置的其他接触元件11b电磁屏蔽两个接触元件11b。金属屏蔽弹簧16与屏蔽元件15和插入式连接器壳体(未示出)处于导电接触。
在连接体20中,也设置十字形屏蔽元件24,其在不同情况下以成对方式相对于其他连接元件对电磁屏蔽两个连接元件21。
以导电方式连接到屏蔽元件15的导电轨17附接到插入体10的锁扣臂13。在连接体20的底切部22的区域中,也应用连接到屏蔽元件24的导电轨25。通过导电轨17、25,屏蔽元件15、24也以导电方式接触。这里使用MID技术生产导电轨17、25。
