在本方法优选的实施例中,轮胎在横向平面内压缩,使得在颈部处连接绑扎材料的相对区域之前,能够获得减少轮胎的横截表面积。该装置提供压缩组件,该压缩组件在轮胎的横向平面内作用。这保证了当压缩被释放时,该围绕轮胎的包裹是张紧的。围绕轮胎的紧密配合阻止了该包裹不需要的滑动。
在本发明装置的另一个实施例中,提供绑扎材料到所述轮胎并围绕部分所述轮胎将所述绑扎材料包裹成环的组件包括用于所述绑扎材料的环形引导结构。
在本发明的装置的一个实施例中,引导结构适用于打开环,其具有的优点为:通过打开环,将轮胎的一部分带进环后,再关闭环,能够包裹轮胎的复杂的部件,打开和关闭可进行多次,以用于在一次操作中,包裹进一个或者多个标签。
本发明特别合适的装置中,引导结构包括至少两个可分开的部件,以打开环。
本发明的另一实施例涉及具有引导结构的装置,该引导结构包括形成环的至少两个部件,其中该环被一个缺口阻断,通过该缺口可将轮胎带入环中。随后,使用绑扎材料粘结引导结构的相对位置,该位置能够弥合环的缺口。例如,可通过(齿)带来提供传输绑扎材料的合适的装置。通过在带的表面与绑扎材料之间形成真空来粘结绑扎材料与(齿)带。
在本发明的另一实施例中,提供一种装置,其中,引导结构的环定义了平面,用于支撑轮胎的组件是平面的,环的平面沿垂直于支撑轮胎的组件的平面方向延伸。
本发明一实施例的装置允许对轮胎提供稳定的支持,该装置包括用于在侧面支撑轮胎的支撑轮胎的组件。合适的组件例如包括传送机,优选为辊式传送机。因为轮胎在其侧面被支撑,不需要提供其它的支撑组件,即使这些组件可用于支撑作用。
在本发明的装置的另一实施例中,该装置包括在标签被围绕轮胎的合适部分包裹后,对标签进行张紧的张紧装置。该张紧装置例如包括多个平移张紧器,其适用于捕获绑扎材料,进行平移以对抓紧的绑扎材料进行张紧。
本发明的另一实施例提供了一种装置,其中连接装置包括焊接装置,焊接装置包括热丝或热棒或者热束。在一个典型的实施例中,连接装置包括支撑元件,支撑元件承载绷紧的热丝或热束,热丝或热束设置在支撑元件的两个支柱之间并且同支撑元件有一定的距离。通过使用热丝或者热束允许包裹的绑扎材料的相对的部分之间有窄的且强壮的连接。还可以使用超声焊接进行连接。杆或者束的形状可以调节以获得焊接的特定的形状。该形状可以作为标志来使用,或者作用在于获得破坏的焊接。通过使焊接的中央部分未连接,能够获得该焊接,因此,手指能够很容易的引进到中央部分,焊接会被破坏。
本发明的装置和方法允许提供具有信息标签的轮胎,该轮胎包括围绕轮胎的部分包裹成环的绑扎材料,绑扎材料在该环的颈部相连以形成包裹。本发明的装置允许提供具有信息标签的不同尺寸的轮胎。
为了在该包裹上提供信息,一实施例中的装置还包括印刷单元。如果需要,轮胎的特定信息将印刷在包裹上。
一实施例中的装置还包括丢弃多于绑扎材料的装置,例如,切割装置及其类似的。
在本发明的一实施例中,提供轮胎,其中信息标签中没有粘结剂,其中,信息标签的正面包括印刷膜,优选的为印刷聚丙烯薄膜,和/或信息标签的正面包括用于收容印刷信息载体的口袋。
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细的描述,然而,本发明并不仅限于此。在图中:

图1和图2示出了提供具有信息标签3的轮胎2的装置1。装置1包括位于其一侧的支撑轮胎2的组件,支撑轮胎2的组件为辊式传送机4,辊式传送机4在方向5上前进。轮胎定义了轴向20和横向或者径向21。需要提供标签3的轮胎2在方向5上被送入辊式传送机4,当轮胎2到达供应绑扎材料8给轮胎2的组件的附近时,辊式传送机4暂停运行。可使用现有技术中的任何方式暂停传送机4的运行,例如通过光学装置。在本实施例中,用于提供绑扎材料8给图1和图2所示实施例的轮胎2的组件包括引导结构7,引导结构7在如图1、2和4所示的闭合的位置形成环,引导结构7引导绑扎材料8围绕轮胎2包裹。如图3所示,引导结构7包括两个部件(7a,7b)以打开引导结构7的环,两个部件(7a,7b)可以分离以打开环。通过沿沿垂直方向9向上平移可移动部件7来打开环,例如,连接可移动部件7到驱动转移装置10,允许轮胎2进入部件(7a,7b)形成的环。如图4所示,在闭合的位置,可移动部件7a被带到其最低位置以与固定部件7b形成大致闭合的环。引导结构7的环形成了一个沿垂直平面,其沿垂直于辊式传送机4所在的平面延伸,辊式传送机4所在的平面大致沿水平方向延伸。
装置1还具有组件11,用于在某一张力下提供绑扎材料8。装置11通常包括用于提供绑扎材料8(图1和图2未示出)的供带卷轴12,以及用于引导绑扎材料8的多个小的滚轴(13a,13b),其中一些滚轴13b可在垂直方向9上平移以调节绑扎材料8的张力。
如图3和图4所示,引导装置7包括多个推进传送机14,推进传送机14用于引导进入的绑扎材料8以围绕环,所述环由引导部件(7a,7b)在闭合的位置形成。当围绕轮胎2的一部分,特别是轮胎2的径向部分(图5)形成一整圈绑扎材料环,绑扎材料8形成的环的相对两端受到夹紧和焊接装置15(细节未示)的作用而在颈部被固定。焊接装置15优选包括热丝或热束,当其接触绑扎材料8时,熔化或者软化绑扎材料而将绑扎材料环相对的两端融合。焊接后,围绕轮胎的径向部分形成标签3,标签13的形式为闭合的绑扎材料环。通过向前移动辊式传输机4和向上移动引导装置7的部件7a来开环,从而将轮胎移到环外。
如图7和图8所示,另一实施例中的引导装置7只包括引导部件7a,在引导部件7a的下边缘与传送机4的上表面之间有固定间隙6。齿带形式的推进传送机14传输绑扎材料8,通过在齿带的表面与绑扎材料之间形成真空压来使得绑扎材料8与齿带相粘。如图8所示,在通过间隙6引进轮胎后,通过绑扎材料8来闭合间隙6。需要注意的是,为清楚起见,轮胎在图8中未示出。为了独立地闭合间隙6,绑扎材料8的硬度应当足够的高。当绑扎材料围绕部分轮胎2形成一个完整的环时,如上述对图3和图4中描述的那样进行其它的步骤。
在标签围绕并包裹部分轮胎后,在其焊接之前,可以张紧标签,例如通过供应装置11的滚轴(13a,13b)来张紧或者通过其它的张紧装置来张紧。在一个优选的实施例中,在绑扎材料8围绕并包裹轮胎2之前,在横向平面(与引导装置7的平面相垂直的平面)内压缩轮胎。在焊接绑扎材料8后释放该压缩,在横向平面内将围绕轮胎2的绑扎材料8张紧。
图5示出了上述发明设有信息标签3的轮胎2。信息标签3包括绑扎材料8,绑扎材料8围绕轮胎2的径向部分包裹成环,并且在环的颈部30处被焊接。如图5所示,为了便于处理和更好的可见,标签3可从颈部30延伸出以包括突出部31。信息标签3基本上不含粘合剂,信息标签的前(可见)面包括了信息,该信息例如为显示于印刷薄膜32上。如图5中的最右边的图所示,标签3与轮胎2相对松散地配合,使得标签3可以很容易地围绕轮胎2的径向部分旋转,以将隐藏部分带到轮胎2的正面。
如图6所示,信息标签3的正面还包括口袋33,口袋33用于收容印刷信息载体34,信息载体34可以很容易地从标签3中去除,或者与其它的承载不同信息的信息载体34交换。

Claims (23)

1.一种为轮胎装设信息标签的方法,其特征在于,包括:
支撑一轮胎;
给所述轮胎提供绑扎材料,并将所述绑扎材料包裹成围绕所述轮胎的一部分的一个环;
在所述环的颈部固定所述绑扎材料;以及
在所述颈部连接所述绑扎材料的相对区域。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过沿一环形引导结构引导所述绑扎材料围绕所述轮胎的所述部分。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,通过打开所述引导结构的所述环并再次闭合所述环,待包裹的所述轮胎的所述部分被带入到所述环形引导结构的边界内。
4.如上述任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述引导结构的所述环具有固定的开口,所述轮胎可通过所述开口被引入。
5.如上述任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述引导结构的所述环定义了一个平面,用于支撑所述轮胎的组件是平面的,所述环的所述平面沿垂直于所述支撑轮胎的组件的平面的方向延伸。
6.如上述任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述轮胎设置在所述支撑所述轮胎的组件的一侧。
7.如上述任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,当一标签包裹围绕所述轮胎的所述部分后,所述标签被张紧围绕所述轮胎的所述部分。
8.如上述任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,通过在横向方向上压缩所述轮胎,在所述轮胎的压缩状态中围绕所述轮胎包裹所述标签,连接所述绑扎材料的所述相对区域,并去除压缩力,以使所述标签被张紧围绕所述轮胎的所述部分。
9.如上述任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,通过将所述绑扎材料与热丝或热束接触来实现所述连接。
10.如上述任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述轮胎的所述部分包括所述轮胎的径向部分。
11.一种为轮胎装设信息标签的装置,其特征在于,包括:
用于支撑轮胎的组件;
用于给所述轮胎提供绑扎材料并将所述绑扎材料包裹成围绕所述轮胎的一部分的一个环的组件;
用于在所述环的颈部固定所述绑扎材料的复数夹子;以及
用于在所述颈部连接所述绑扎材料的相对区域的装置。
12.如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,用于给所述轮胎提供绑扎材料并将所述绑扎材料包裹成围绕所述轮胎的一部分的一个环的组件包括用于所述绑扎材料的环形引导结构。
13.如权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述引导结构适用于将所述引导结构的环打开。
14.如权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述引导结构包括至少两个可以分离以打开所述环的部件。
15.如权利要求11至14中的任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述引导结构的所述环定义了一个平面,所述支撑轮胎的组件是平面的,所述环的平面沿垂直所述支撑轮胎的组件的平面的方向延伸。
16.如权利要求11至15中的任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述支撑轮胎的组件适用于在所述轮胎的侧面支撑所述轮胎。
17.如权利要求11至16中的任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括标签张紧组件,在所述标签被围绕并包裹部分所述轮胎后,所述标签张紧组件用于张紧标签。
18.如权利要求11至16中的任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括压缩组件,所述压缩组件用于从径向压缩所述轮胎,以获得较小的横截面面积。
19.如权利要求11至18中的任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括热丝或者热束。
20.一种具有信息标签的轮胎,包括一绑扎材料,所述绑扎材料围绕轮胎的部分包裹成环,并在所述环的颈部连接。
21.如权利要求20所述的轮胎,其特征在于,所述信息标签不含粘结剂。
22.如权利要求20或21所述的轮胎,其特征在于,所述信息标签的正面包括印刷薄膜,优选为印刷的聚丙烯薄膜。
23.如权利要求20至22中的任一项所述的轮胎,其特征在于,所述信息标签的正面包括用于收容印刷的信息承载物的口袋。
