Abstract

一种行车预警系统,其包括控制模块、探测模块、提醒模块、电源模块及压力传感模块。控制模块、探测模块、提醒模块及压力传感模块均与电源模块电性连接,且探测模块、提醒模块及压力传感模块均与控制模块电性连接。压力传感模块用于检测每个座位上的压力变化。压力传感模块分别与控制模块及电源模块电性连接,并将检测信息发送至控制模块。控制模块将检测信息与预设压力信息进行比较以判断座位上是否有人。探测模块用于探测车外是否有移动障碍物接近本车。探测模块发送探测信息至控制模块,控制模块控制提醒模块闪烁或发出提示音。上述行车预警系统具有主动预警的功能。本发明还提供上述预警系统采用的预警方法。

Description

行车预警系统及预警方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种行车安全防护系统及防护方法,尤其涉及一种行车预警系统及预警方法。
背景技术
行车预警系统一般包括控制模块,与控制模块电性连接的预警信号执行模块及超声波探测模块,超声波探测模块向本车周围发射超声波并接收返回的超声波信号,并将返回的超声波信号传送至控制模块,控制模块对该超声波信号进行处理,判断安全距离内是否有移动障碍物。车辆停驻后,当安全距离内有移动障碍物时,控制模块向预警信号执行模块发送预警信息,预警执行模块执行预警动作。蜂鸣器发出蜂鸣声,语音模块发出提醒语音,以提醒车内乘客;电控锁模块锁紧车门,以避免乘客下车与过往的车辆或行人相撞。然而,这种行车预警系统中,停驻的车辆不能提醒过往的车辆或行人,进而使过往的车辆或行人绕开停驻车辆的车门,不具有主动预警的功能。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种能够主动预警的行车预警系统及预警方法。
一种行车预警系统,用于提醒来往车辆或行人避开欲下车乘客,其包括控制模块、探测模块、提醒模块及电源模块,该控制模块、该探测模块及该提醒模块均与该电源模块电性连接,且该探测模块与该提醒模块均与该控制模块电性连接。该行车预警系统还包括压力传感模块,该压力传感模块用于检测每个座位上的压力变化,该压力传感模块分别与该控制模块及该电源模块电性连接,并将检测信息发送至控制模块,该控制模块将该检测信息与预设压力信息进行比较以判断座位上是否有人,该探测模块用于探测车外是否有移动障碍物接近本车,该探测模块发送探测信息至该控制模块,该控制模块控制该提醒模块闪烁或发出提示音。
一种行车预警方法,其包括以下步骤:车辆进入空档或停车档;压力传感模块检测每个座位上的压力变化,并将检测信息传送至控制模块;该控制模块分析比对该检测信息,当该控制模块判断至少一个座位上有人后,探测模块探测车辆周围的信息,并将探测信息传送至该控制模块;该控制模块分析比对该探测信息,当该控制模块判断有移动障碍物接近车辆时,该控制模块发送信息至该提醒模块,该提醒模块闪烁或发出提示音。
本发明的行车预警系统通过控制模块、压力传感模块、探测模块及提醒模块的配合,提醒车外来往车辆或行人,使行人可预先避开车辆,以防与车内欲下车的乘客相撞,因此具有主动预警的功能。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请一并参阅图1及图2,本实施方式的行车预警系统100装设于车辆(图未示)上,用于提醒来往的车辆或行人,防止其与车辆打开的车门或欲下车的乘客相撞。行车预警系统100包括控制模块10、压力传感模块30、探测模块40、提醒模块60以及电源模块80。控制模块10、压力传感模块30、探测模块40及提醒模块60均与电源模块80电性连接。压力传感模块30、探测模块40及提醒模块60均与控制模块10电性连接。控制模块10设置于车辆上。
压力传感模块30安装于车辆的每个座位上,并与控制模块10电性连接,用于检测每个座位上的压力变化。当座位上有人时,压力传感模块30受到人体重力的作用,并将检测到的压力信息传送至控制模块10,控制模块10将传送来的压力信息与预设压力信息进行比较,进而判断该座位上是否有人。本实施方式中,当车辆进入空档或停车档时,压力传感模块30启动。可以理解,压力传感模块30在车辆行进途中也可启动。
探测模块40装设于车辆上并与控制模块10电性连接,用于探测车辆四周的信息,并将探测信息传送至控制模块10。控制模块10对探测信息进行逻辑比较,进而判断是否有移动障碍物接近车辆,并作出相应动作。可以理解,探测模块40可于一预设安全距离内进行探测,并将与车辆直线距离为预设安全距离的区域内的信息传送至控制模块10,控制模块10对安全区域内的信息进行比较,并判断该安全区域中是否有障碍物接近车辆。例如,预先设置安全距离为5米,探测模块40探测距离车辆直线距离为5米的区域内的信息并将探测信息传送至控制模块10,控制模块10对探测信息进行比较,并判断该5米区域内是否有移动障碍物接近车辆。实际应用中,预设安全距离可根据实际需要进行调整。
探测模块40包括超声波探测单元42及摄像单元44。超声波探测单元42向车辆四周发射超声波,并接收反馈回的超声波。超声波探测单元42将反馈回的超声波信息经探测模块40传送至控制模块10,控制模块10对该超声波信息进行逻辑判断。摄像单元44摄像监测车辆四周的图像信息,并将摄取的图像信息经探测模块40传送至控制模块10。控制模块10将接收的图像信息与预设图像信息进行分析比对,并判断车辆四周是否有移动障碍物接近。
提醒模块60装设于车外并与控制模块10电性连接,其包括警示单元62及语音单元64。当控制模块10判断有移动障碍物接近车辆200时,控制模块10发送信息至提醒模块60,提醒模块60控制警示单元62闪烁,且控制语音单元64发出提示音,以提醒来往车辆或行人。
电源模块80对车内直流电压进行变压,进而向压力传感模块30、探测模块40及提醒模块60提供工作电压。
可以理解,探测模块40中的超声波探测单元42及摄像单元44可任选其一,只要能探测车辆四周的移动障碍物信息即可。提醒模块60中的警示单元62及语音单元64也可任选其一。
当车辆进入空档或停车档时,车内乘客欲下车,此时,启动行车预警系统100,使来往的行人或车辆避开下车的乘客。
请一并参阅图2,一种行车预警方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1:车辆进入空档或停车档;
S2:压力传感模块30检测每个座位上的压力变化,并将检测信息传送至控制模块10;
S3:控制模块10分析比对检测信息,当控制模块10判断座位上有人后,探测模块40探测车辆四周的信息,并将探测信息传送至控制模块10;
本实施方式中,控制模块10将每个座位上的压力信息分别跟预设压力信息进行比对,并分别判断每个座位上是否有人。只要控制模块10判断出一个座位上有人,则探测模块40启动并探测与车辆相距预设安全距离区域内的信息。可以理解,当控制模块10判断每个座位上都无人时,探测模块40不启动。
S4:控制模块10分析比对探测信息,当控制模块10判断有移动障碍物接近车辆时,控制模块10发送信息至提醒模块60,提醒模块60控制警示单元62闪烁,且控制语音单元64发出提示音。
可以理解,当控制模块10判断没有移动障碍物接近车辆时,提醒模块60不启动。
本实施方式的行车预警系统100通过控制模块10、压力传感模块30、探测模块40及提醒模块60的配合,来提醒车外来往车辆或行人,使行人可预先避开车辆,以防与车内欲下车的乘客相撞。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种行车预警系统,用于提醒来往车辆或行人避开欲下车乘客,其包括控制模块、探测模块、提醒模块及电源模块,该控制模块、该探测模块及该提醒模块均与该电源模块电性连接,且该探测模块与该提醒模块均与该控制模块电性连接,其特征在于:该行车预警系统还包括压力传感模块,该压力传感模块用于检测每个座位上的压力变化,该压力传感模块分别与该控制模块及该电源模块电性连接,并将检测信息发送至控制模块,该控制模块将该检测信息与预设压力信息进行比较以判断座位上是否有人,该探测模块用于探测车外是否有移动障碍物接近本车,该探测模块发送探测信息至该控制模块,该控制模块控制该提醒模块闪烁或发出提示音。
2.如权利要求1所述的行车预警系统,其特征在于:该探测模块包括超声波探测单元,该超声波探测单元用于发射并接收超声波,该超声波探测单元将接收的超声波信息经该探测模块传送至该控制模块,该控制模块对该接收的超声波信息进行分析比对,并判断是否有移动障碍物接近本车。
3.如权利要求1所述的行车预警系统,其特征在于:该探测模块包括摄像单元,该摄像单元用于摄取本车周围的图像,并将摄取的图像信息经该探测模块发送至该控制模块,该控制模块对该接收图像信息进行分析比对,并判断是否有移动障碍物接近本车。
4.如权利要求1所述的行车预警系统,其特征在于:该提醒模块包括警示单元,该控制模块发送信息至该提醒模块,该提醒模块控制该警示单元闪烁。
5.如权利要求1所述的行车预警系统,其特征在于:该提醒模块包括语音单元,该控制模块发送信息至该提醒模块,该提醒模块控制该语音单元发出提示音。
6.一种行车预警方法,其包括以下步骤:
车辆进入空档或停车档;
压力传感模块检测每个座位上的压力变化,并将检测信息传送至控制模块;
该控制模块分析比对该检测信息,当该控制模块判断至少一个座位上有人后,探测模块探测车辆周围的信息,并将探测信息传送至该控制模块;
该控制模块分析比对该探测信息,当该控制模块判断有移动障碍物接近车辆时,该控制模块发送信息至该提醒模块,该提醒模块闪烁或发出提示音。
7.如权利要求6所述的行车预警方法,其特征在于:当该探测模块探测车辆周围的信息时,该探测模块探测与车辆相距预设安全距离的区域内的信息。
