Abstract

一种测试转台,包括一基板、一设于该基板上的环形的导轨及一支撑台,该支撑台的底部设有若干能沿该导轨滚动的滚轮,该基板上于该导轨的中部设一激光发射器,该支撑台的底部设有一正对该激光发射器的激光接收器,该支撑台设有一与该激光接收器电连接的网口插座,该激光发射器连接于一网络通信装置。该测试转台的网口插座通过激光发射器及激光接收器获得网络信号给待测试的电子设备提供网络连接,而无需通过网线使测试转台与外部的网络通信装置直接相连,不会出现测试转台转动过程中网口插座的网线绞线的情况。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种转台,特别涉及一种用于电子设备的EMI(电磁干扰)测试的测试转台。
背景技术
在进行诸如电脑等电子设备的EMI测试时,要求电子设备转动360度,以找到电子设备的最大辐射量的发射位置。目前,业内的通用做法就是把电子设备及其测试桌放在一个测试转台上,该测试转台带动电子设备及其测试桌转动360度。该测试转台上设置有网口插座给电子设备提供网络连接,网口插座的网线要与测试转台外的相关装置相连,如与测试转台外的网口插座相连。这样在测试转台转动多圈时网口插座和电源插座的网线均容易出现绞线的情况,有时甚至会导致网线绞断。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种防绞线的测试转台。
一种测试转台,包括一基板、一设于该基板上的环形的导轨及一支撑台,该支撑台的底部设有若干能沿该导轨滚动的滚轮,该基板上于该导轨的中部设一激光发射器,该支撑台的底部设有一正对该激光发射器的激光接收器,该支撑台设有一与该激光接收器电连接的网口插座,该激光发射器连接于一网络通信装置。
相较现有技术,该测试转台的网口插座通过激光发射器及激光接收器获得网络信号给待测试的电子设备提供网络连接,而无需通过网线使测试转台与外部的网络通信装置直接相连,不会出现测试转台转动过程中网口插座的网线绞线的情况。

具体实施方式
请参照图1和图2,本发明测试转台100能360度转动并承载需要进行EMI测试的一电子设备。该测试转台100包括承载该电子设备的一圆盘状的支撑台10、一基板20、一设于该基板20上的环形的导轨30、一激光发射器50及一激光接收器60。
该支撑台10的底部靠近周缘设有若干呈环形排列的滚轮11。每一滚轮11通过两平行的连杆12连接于该支撑台10。这些滚轮11可沿该导轨30滚动。该支撑台10通过一驱动马达(图中未示)转动。该支撑台10的顶部装设有一网口插座15。
该激光发射器50设于该基板20上,且该激光发射器50位于该导轨30的中部。该激光发射器50通过一光纤52连接于外部的一网络通信装置,且该激光发射器50通过一电线(图中未示)电性连接于市电。该激光发射器50包括一激光发射头53。该激光发射器50除激光发射头53外被一金属外壳55包裹。该激光发射器50的电源输入端安装电源滤波器以隔离电源的噪声。
该激光接收器60设于该支撑台10的底面的中部,该激光接收器60电连接于该网口插座15以给该电子设备提供网络连接。该激光接收器60包括一激光接收头61。
使用时,将该支撑台10放置于该基板20上,使该支撑台10的滚轮11滚动地收容于该导轨30内,且该激光发射头53正对该激光接收头61。该网络通信装置的网络信号通过激光发射器50传输给激光接收器60,再由该激光接收器60传送至该网口插座15,而无需通过网线将该测试转台100的网口插座15与网络通信装置直接相连。这样便不会出现测试转台转动过程中网口插座15的网线绞线的情况。由于该电子设备发出的电磁波的频率与激光发射器50的激光的信号频率不同,故激光发射器50不会干扰该电子设备的EMI测试。

Claims (5)

1.一种测试转台,包括一基板、一设于该基板上的环形的导轨及一支撑台,该支撑台的底部设有若干能沿该导轨滚动的滚轮,该基板上于该导轨的中部设一激光发射器,该支撑台的底部设有一正对该激光发射器的激光接收器,该支撑台设有一与该激光接收器电连接的网口插座,该激光发射器连接于一网络通信装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的转台,其特征在于:该激光接收器通过一电线电性连接于市电。
3.如权利要求2所述的转台,其特征在于:该激光接收器的电源输入端安装一电源滤波器以滤除电源的干扰信号。
4.如权利要求2所述的转台,其特征在于:该激光发射器包括一激光发射头,该激光接收器包括一正对该激光发射头的激光接收头,该激光发射器除激光发射头外被一金属外壳包裹。
5.如权利要求1所述的转台,其特征在于:该激光接收器通过光纤连接于网络通信装置。
