Abstract

一种转台,包括一基台、一位于该基台下方的环形的第一导轨和一位于该第一导轨下方的环形的第二导轨,该基台的底部设有若干能沿该第一导轨滚动的第一滚轮,该基台的底部安装一不间断电源,该基台装设有一与该不间断电源电连接的电源插座,该不间断电源的底部设有若干能沿该第二导轨滚动的第二滚轮,该第二导轨及第二滚轮由导体制成并电连接于市电。不间断电源通过第二滚轮和第二导轨电连接于市电而获得电能并通过电源插座给电子设备供电,而无需通过线缆电连接于市电,避免了出现线缆绞线而导致电源短路的情况。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种转台,特别涉及一种用于电子设备的EMI(电磁干扰)测试的转台。
背景技术
在进行电子设备的EMI测试时,要求电子设备转动360度,以找到电子设备的最大辐射量的发射位置。目前,业内的通用做法就是把电子设备及其测试桌放在一个转台上,转台带动电子设备及其测试桌转动360度。转台上会放置电源插座给电子设备供电,电源插座的线缆要与市电相连。这样在转台转动多圈时电源插座的线缆容易出现绞线的情况,有时甚至会导致电源短路。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种防绞线的转台。
一种转台,包括一基台、一位于该基台下方的环形的第一导轨和一位于该第一导轨下方的环形的第二导轨,该基台的底部设有若干能沿该第一导轨滚动的第一滚轮,该基台的底部安装一不间断电源,该基台装设有一与该不间断电源电连接的电源插座,该不间断电源的底部设有若干能沿该第二导轨滚动的第二滚轮,该第二导轨及第二滚轮由导体制成并电连接于市电。
不间断电源通过第二滚轮和第二导轨电连接于市电而获得电能并通过电源插座给电子设备供电,而无需通过线缆电连接于市电,避免了出现线缆绞线而导致电源短路的情况。

具体实施方式
请参照图1和图2,本发明转台360度转动并承载需要进行EMI测试的一电子设备。该转台包括承载该电子设备的一圆盘状的基台10、一位于该基台10下方的环形的第一导轨20和一位于该第一导轨20下方的环形的第二导轨30。该第一导轨20与该第二导轨30同轴,且该第一导轨20的外径大于该第二导轨30的外径。
该基台10的底部靠近周缘设有若干呈环形排列的滚轮11。每一滚轮11通过两平行的连杆12连接于该基台10。这些滚轮11可沿该第一导轨20滚动并带动该基台10转动。该基台10的底部安装一不间断电源18。该基台10的顶部装设一与该不间断电源18电连接的电源插座13,以给该电子设备供电。该不间断电源18的底面的前侧和后侧均设有两滚轮15。每一滚轮15通过一连杆16连接于该不间断电源18。这些滚轮15可沿该第二导轨30滚动。连杆16、滚轮15和第二导轨30均为导体。该第二导轨30置于一平面并电连接于市电。在该平面放置支撑物以支撑该第一导轨20。
当该基台10转动时,该不间断电源18随之转动并带动滚轮15沿第二导轨30滚动。该不间断电源18通过连杆16、滚轮15和第二导轨30与市电相连通并获得电能,从而无需通过线缆与市电相连通。这样便不会出现转台转动过程中线缆绞线的情况。且不间断电源18本身能储存电能,即使出现意外情况不间断电源18暂时无法连通市电,不间断电源18也能给该电子设备供电一定时间,十分利于该电子设备EMI测试的稳定。

Claims (2)

1.一种转台,包括一基台、一位于该基台下方的环形的第一导轨和一位于该第一导轨下方的环形的第二导轨,该基台的底部设有若干能沿该第一导轨滚动的第一滚轮,该基台的底部安装一不间断电源,该基台装设有一与该不间断电源电连接的电源插座,该不间断电源的底部设有若干能沿该第二导轨滚动的第二滚轮,该第二导轨及第二滚轮由导体制成,每一第二滚轮通过一第一连杆连接于该不间断电源,该连杆为导体;该第二导轨电连接于市电。
2.如权利要求1所述的转台,其特征在于:每一第一滚轮通过两平行的第二连杆连接于该基台。
