Abstract
注塑式高强度容器拼装盖板,按国际专利分类表(IPC)划分属于作业,运输部分,开启或封闭瓶子、罐或类似的容器技术领域。本发明公开一种天津天和环能科技有限公司的“GRP容器罐”拼装盖板的生产工艺及其制配方法。该注塑式高强度容器盖板为玻璃纤维增强热塑性塑料材质,由聚氯乙烯树脂、铅盐系稳定剂、抗氧剂、分散剂、聚乙烯蜡类润滑剂、颜料、氯化聚乙烯增韧剂、辅料、邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂、活性碳酸钙填充剂、玻璃纤维补强剂、专用改性抗冲剂一系列材料,经过捏合、制粒、注塑三阶段工艺制造而成。不但具有高效的耐腐蚀性,而且安装方便、成本低廉、可回收等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种注塑式容器拼装盖板技术领域,尤其配套于天和环能科技有限公司生产的GRP容器产品的封闭盖板使用。
背景技术
目前,天津天和环能科技有限公司“GRP容器罐”专利产品是一种多功能罐,它适用于沼气池、模块化污水处理池、高位水箱、水窖等。发明名称:污水处理容器专用板材及其生产方法,专利号:ZL 201110037757.4。在容器拼装盖板的选材方面,推出的主要有混凝土浇铸、玻璃钢盖板与塑料盖板等产品,对于容器盖板类产品人们更多的是关注其强度、使用寿命、耐腐蚀性能等,而对盖板产品的灵活安装性能重视不够。特别在安装过程中,由于盖板自身的体积与质量较大,给工程施工带来诸多不便。针对以上施工与运输方面问题考虑,设计研发了一种专用于GRP容器罐的注塑式高强度容器拼装盖板。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供一种注塑式高强度容器拼装盖板及其配制方法,该产品特别配套于“GRP容器罐”使用,具有高效实用、经济环保、安装方便等特点。
提供一种注塑式高强度容器拼装盖板及其配制方法,由聚氯乙烯树脂、铅盐系稳定剂、抗氧剂、分散剂、聚乙烯蜡类润滑剂、颜料、氯化聚乙烯类增韧剂、辅料、邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂、活性碳酸钙填充剂、玻璃纤维补强剂、专用改性抗冲剂复配而成。该配方无任何污染,制造成本低廉,不合格产品以及废旧容器盖板可以粉碎、回收、再利用。
上述的注塑式高强度容器拼装盖,所述组分及质量分数比为:(组分1)聚氯乙烯树脂98~103份;(组分2)铅盐系稳定剂6~9份;(组分3)抗氧剂1~4份;(组分4)分散剂0.6~1份;(组分5)聚乙烯蜡类润滑剂1.4~2份;(组分6)颜料0.6~1份;(组分7)氯化聚乙烯类增韧剂5~8份;(组分8)辅料1~4份;(组分9)邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂10~15份;(组分10)活性碳酸钙填充剂14~18份;(组分11)玻璃纤维补强剂3~7份;(组分12)专用改性抗冲剂2~4份。

具体实施方法
共聚物捏合工艺步骤:
将组分1~8投入捏合机内低速捏合2分钟,充分混合均匀;在低速捏合过程中,一次性加入组分9增塑剂;开启高速运转;高速捏合均匀后加人组分10和11,继续高速捏合;当捏合温度达到105℃时,加入组分12改性抗冲剂后再捏合2~3分钟放料冷却备用。
制粒工艺要求:
制粒挤出机预热,预热温度范围:压缩段150~160℃,混炼段160~175℃,挤出段170~175℃,根据不同的挤出机螺缸、螺杆结构和速度差异,温度可以在±5℃范围内自行适当调整。然后将共聚物粉末挤出制出2~4mm的颗粒物备用。
注塑工艺要求:
成型模具(如附图1所示)。
成型设备:一次性注射量达到10000g的卧式注塑机;注塑专用模具;温度设定(可以根据不同型号的注塑机自行调整):射嘴170±5℃、一段175±5℃、二段175±5℃、三段170±5℃、四段165±5℃;注射压力(可以根据不同型号的注塑机自行调整):锁模压力1500~2000T、背压15~30MPa、射一压155±15MPa、射二压125±15MPa、保压50~90 MPa;注塑时间可以根据不同型号的注塑机自行调整,定型冷却时间约15~30秒。
由于GRP容器盖板的整体板面较大,因此,在盖板的构造方面采用了拼装式设计,并将整个板块设计成8个小模块,为了便于安装,模块两侧设计有公母隼边,具体模块如附图1所示。
装配要求:
在制件两个直线的公母隼边刷专用粘合剂;然后按照隼扣方向插接,依次将8块拼装成直径1752mm的圆盘;将圆盘圆周面及卡沟槽面刷专用粘合剂,与GRP容器上下底面拼接安装,干燥24小时即可以正常使用;根据使用需求,可以在圆盘各个预留位置开DN40、75、100管孔及DN600人孔。
Claims (8)
1.本发明提供一种注塑式高强度容器拼装盖板,其配制特征在于:由聚氯乙烯树脂、铅盐系稳定剂、抗氧剂、分散剂、聚乙烯蜡类润滑剂、颜料、氯化聚乙烯类增韧剂、辅料、邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂、活性碳酸钙填充剂、玻璃纤维补强剂、专用改性抗冲剂复配而成。
2.本发明所述的注塑式高强度拼装盖板,材料以聚氯乙烯树脂为主,活性碳酸钙填充剂为辅,玻璃纤维补强剂为强度补强剂,具有安全环保、施工方便等特点。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的注塑式高强度容器拼装盖板,其特征在于,组分及质量分数比为:(组分1)聚氯乙烯树脂98~103份;(组分2)铅盐系稳定剂6~9份;(组分3)抗氧剂1~4份;(组分4)分散剂0.6~1份;(组分5)聚乙烯蜡类润滑剂1.4~2份;(组分6)颜料0.6~1份;(组分7)氯化聚乙烯类增韧剂5~8份;(组分8)辅料1~4份;(组分9)邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂10~15份;(组分10)活性碳酸钙填充剂14~18份;(组分11)玻璃纤维补强剂3~7份;(组分12)专用改性抗冲剂2~4份。
4.根据权利1或2所述的注塑式高强度容器拼装盖板的制备方法,其特征在于,具体工艺步骤为:将组分1~8投入捏合机内低速捏合2分钟,充分混合均匀;在低速捏合过程中,一次性加入组分9增塑剂;开启高速运转;高速捏合均匀后加人组分10和11,继续高速捏合;当捏合温度达到105℃时,加入组分12改性抗冲剂后再捏合2~3分钟放料冷却备用。
5.根据权利1或2所述的注塑式高强度容器拼装盖板的制备方法,其具体制粒工艺步骤为:制粒挤出机预热,预热温度范围,压缩段150~160℃,混炼段160~175℃,挤出段170~175℃,根据不同的挤出机螺缸、螺杆结构和速度差异,温度可以在±5℃范围内自行适当调整。
6.然后将共聚物粉末挤出制出2~4mm的颗粒物备用。
7.根据权利1或2所述的注塑式高强度容器拼装盖板的制备方法,其具体注塑工艺步骤为:一次性注射量达到10000g的卧式注塑机;注塑专用模具;温度设定(可以根据不同型号的注塑机自行调整):射嘴170±5℃、一段175±5℃、二段175±5℃、三段170±5℃、四段165±5℃;注射压力(可以根据不同型号的注塑机自行调整):锁模原来200T、背压15~30MPa、射一压155±15MPa、射二压125±15MPa、保压50~90 MPa;注塑时间可以根据不同型号的注塑机自行调整,定型冷却时间约15秒。
8.根据权利1或2所述的注塑式高强度容器拼装盖板的装配要求,其特征在于,具体装配要求为:在制件两个直线的公母隼边刷专用粘合剂;然后按照隼扣方向插接,依次将8块拼装成直径1752mm的圆盘;将圆盘圆周面及卡沟槽面刷专用粘合剂,与GRP容器上下底面熔接,干燥24小时即可以正常使用;根据使用需求,可以在圆盘各个预留位置开DN40、75、100及DN600人孔。
