本发明公开了一种子午线轮胎子口护胶配方,其组分按质量份配比如下:天然橡胶SMR20:28—32份,低顺式顺丁橡胶68—72份,对叔丁基苯酚甲醛树脂1.8—2.2份,氧化锌3—4份,硬脂酸1.8—2.2份,增塑剂A2.8—3.2份,防老剂4020:2.8—3.2份,防老剂RD0.8—1.2份,芳烃油1.8—2.2份,微晶蜡0.45—0.55份,不溶性硫磺IS6033:1—1.5份,促进剂DZ1.5—2份,炭黑N375:28—32份,炭黑N234:38—42份。采用天然橡胶SMR20和低顺式顺丁橡胶制得的子口护胶具有较高的硬度、回弹性、耐磨性、耐老化性和耐屈挠性,使用炭黑N375和炭黑N234并用填充的胶料具有较好的硫化特性,硫化胶具有较高的拉伸强度、高定伸应力、高耐磨性。

技术领域
本发明属于轮胎制造技术领域,具体涉及一种子午线轮胎子口护胶配方。
 
背景技术
子口护胶代替斜交胎的子口包布,作为胎圈外表面的保护层,防止胎圈与轮辋接触部分因经受反复伸张与压缩应变而磨损胎圈外部,所以又称耐磨胶,具有高硬度和高耐磨性、高耐热老化性及较好的耐屈挠龟裂性能,其未硫化胶应具有良好的定型性,以保证成品需要的厚度和形状。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种子午线轮胎子口护胶配方,采用天然橡胶SMR20和低顺式顺丁橡胶制得的子口护胶具有较高的硬度、回弹性、耐磨性、耐老化性和耐屈挠性。
本发明提供的子午线轮胎子口护胶配方,其组分按质量份配比如下:
天然橡胶SMR20              28—32份,
低顺式顺丁橡胶              68—72份,
对叔丁基苯酚甲醛树脂        1.8—2.2份,
氧化锌                      3—4份,
硬脂酸                      1.8—2.2份,
增塑剂A                     2.8—3.2份,
防老剂4020                  2.8—3.2份,
防老剂RD                    0.8—1.2份,
芳烃油                      1.8—2.2份,
微晶蜡                      0.45—0.55份,

本发明提供的子午线轮胎子口护胶配方,其有益效果在于:采用天然橡胶SMR20和低顺式顺丁橡胶制得的子口护胶具有较高的硬度、回弹性、耐磨性、耐老化性和耐屈挠性,使用炭黑N375和炭黑N234并用填充的胶料具有较好的硫化特性,硫化胶具有较高的拉伸强度、高定伸应力、高耐磨性。
