本发明公开了一种阻燃中密度纤维板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先将季戊四醇磷酸酯、三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐、硼酸锌和水依次加入搅拌罐中,高速分散20min,使物料充分混合,用砂磨机进行研磨;然后将木纤维加入搅拌机中预先搅拌10-15min,在搅拌下将阻燃剂和胶粘剂的混合物通过喷枪加入纤维中,继续搅拌30-50min;混合均匀后取出,干燥,预压,热压成型,即得阻燃中密度纤维板。本发明提供的制备方法,季戊四醇磷酸酯和三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐能够发挥协同作用,提高阻燃效率,硼酸锌属于无机阻燃剂,价格低,这三种阻燃剂混合可以得到具有良好水分散性的高效复合型阻燃剂,对原有中密度纤维板生产工艺影响较小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中密度纤维板,具体涉及一种阻燃中密度纤维板的制备方法。
 
背景技术
木材阻燃剂一般分为无机阻燃剂、有机阻燃剂、树脂型阻燃剂和反应型阻燃剂等。目前,应用较为广泛的主要是无机和有机类阻燃剂。一般来说,无机阻燃剂价格低,原材料来源广泛,但用量大,易吸湿,对中密度纤维板力学性能影响大,耐久性也不理想;有机阻燃剂用量小,耐水性好,但价格较高,燃烧时发烟量大,还可能造成环境污染。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种阻燃中密度纤维板的制备方法,以氮、磷、硼元素为主的有机、无机复合阻燃剂应用到中密度纤维板中,制得力学性能和阻燃性能都良好的阻燃中密度纤维板。
所述阻燃中密度纤维板的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
一、将季戊四醇磷酸酯、三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐、硼酸锌和水依次加入搅拌罐中,高速分散20min,使物料充分混合,用砂磨机进行研磨;
二、将木纤维加入搅拌机中预先搅拌10-15min;
三、在搅拌下将阻燃剂和胶粘剂的混合物通过喷枪加入纤维中,继续搅拌30-50min;
四、混合均匀后取出,干燥,预压,热压成型,即得阻燃中密度纤维板。
本发明提供的阻燃中密度纤维板的制备方法,其有益效果在于,季戊四醇磷酸酯和三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐同时含有磷、氮两种元素,能够发挥协同作用,提高阻燃效率,硼酸锌属于无机阻燃剂,价格低,既能阻燃,又能消烟,还具有防霉、防腐、防蛀的作用,这三种阻燃剂混合可以得到具有良好水分散性的高效复合型阻燃剂,体系中不含卤族元素,生产使用过程中对人体和环境没有危害,而且,对原有中密度纤维板生产工艺影响较小。
 
具体实施方式
下面结合一个实施例,对本发明提供的阻燃中密度纤维板的制备方法进行详细的说明。
 
实施例
一、将季戊四醇磷酸酯、三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐、硼酸锌和水依次加入搅拌罐中,高速分散20min,使物料充分混合,用砂磨机进行研磨至细度小于30微米;
二、将木纤维加入搅拌机中预先搅拌10-15min;
三、然后在搅拌下将阻燃剂和胶粘剂的混合物通过喷枪加入纤维中,继续搅拌30-50min;
四、混合均匀后取出,经过干燥、预压和热压成型等工序,即得阻燃中密度纤维板。

一、将季戊四醇磷酸酯、三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐、硼酸锌和水依次加入搅拌罐中,高速分散20min,使物料充分混合,用砂磨机进行研磨;
二、将木纤维加入搅拌机中预先搅拌10-15min;
三、在搅拌下将阻燃剂和胶粘剂的混合物通过喷枪加入纤维中,继续搅拌30-50min;四、混合均匀后取出,干燥,预压,热压成型,即得阻燃中密度纤维板。
