空压机连杆螺栓开口销孔钻夹具
技术领域
本发明涉及工装夹具技术领域,尤其是一种用于加工空压机连杆螺栓开口销孔的钻夹具。
背景技术
连杆是活塞式空压机的重要件,是活塞与曲轴之间的连接件,工作时连杆呈往复加摇摆的复合运动。如图4所示的空压机连杆包括有连杆体15,连杆体15一侧开设有一条竖直裂槽c,其上下两端各穿装一个与连杆体15方向一致的用于夹紧裂槽c的连杆螺栓14,这两个连杆螺栓14 之间的连杆体15上开设有通过开有裂槽的连轩轴承13与曲轴连接的第一轴承孔a,在连杆体15的另一侧开设有通过铜套轴承16与活塞杆连接的第二轴承孔b;在连杆螺栓14一端均套装有连杆螺母12,靠近连杆螺母12外侧的连杆螺栓14上开设有开口销孔11。由于轴承孔、连轩轴承和曲轴是活动配合,其连杆螺母的预紧力过大或过松,会产生连轩轴承13的松动或变形卡滞,造成轴承损坏,因此连杆螺母只能用140至180牛顿米的力矩拧紧,拧紧后的连杆螺母用插入开口销孔中的开口销来定位及紧固,以防止连杆螺母在连杆运动的过程中松动或脱落,造成空压机的损坏,所以空压机连杆螺栓开口销孔的加工尤其重要,其要在空压机连杆上装配连杆螺栓和连杆螺母完成后才能进行。现有的加工方法,是将装配完成的空压机连杆放在钻床上加工,会产生:1、连杆螺母开口槽与连杆平面之间的垂直度难调正;2、当调试好垂直度的空压机连杆放在工作台上压紧钻孔时,容易把连杆螺母碰伤;的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种空压机连杆螺栓开口销孔钻夹具,这种空压机连杆螺栓开口销孔钻夹具可以解决空压机连杆螺栓开口销孔难加工的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种空压机连杆螺栓开口销孔钻夹具,有一个工作平板,所述工作平板上一端设有工件螺母定位块)和第一工件定位柱,所述工作平板上另一端设有第二工件定位柱,所述工作平板下压接一支撑-架,所述支撑架中部具有一开设有轴孔的横杆,所述支撑架底部设置有至少3个通过调节螺母调节其高度的支撑脚,所述横杆底部通过所述轴孔穿插有立轴。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述支撑脚包括有固定于所述支撑架底部的圆筒部,所述圆筒部中插装有支脚部,所述调节螺母穿过所述支脚部上端与所述圆筒部的下端相抵接。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、由于工作平板上设置有工件螺母定位块、第一工件定位柱和第二工件定位柱并且工作平板可通过其下支撑架的支撑脚调节水平,只需按力度要求扭紧连杆螺母,就能方便的找正连杆螺母开口槽方向,方便可靠、精度高。
2、由于支撑架的横杆底部通过轴孔穿插有立轴,当加工完一侧的开口销孔后,可在钻床工作台上将支撑架连同工作平板旋转180度加工另一侧的开口销孔即得,不需上下搬动空压机连杆,减轻了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
图4所示的空压机连杆包括有连杆体15,连杆体15的上下两端各穿装一个与连杆体15方向一致的连杆螺栓14,这2个连杆螺栓14 之间的连杆体15上开设有通过连轩轴承13与曲轴连接的第一轴承孔a,在连杆体15的另一侧开设有通过铜套轴承16与活塞杆连接的第二轴承孔b;在2个连杆螺栓14一端均套装有连杆螺母12,靠近连杆螺母12外侧的连杆螺栓14上开设有开口销孔11;
图1、图2、图3所示的空压机连杆螺栓开口销孔钻夹具,有一个工作平板2,工作平板2上一端分别设有对应于连杆螺栓14及螺母12的工件螺母定位块8,穿插于连杆第一轴承孔a内的其外壁与连杆第一轴承孔a内壁相抵接的第一工件定位柱1,工作平板2上另一端设置有穿插于连杆第二轴承孔b内的其外壁与连杆第二轴承孔b内壁相抵接的第二工件定位柱3,工作平板2通过4个连接螺钉7压接一支撑架6,支撑架6中部具有一开设有轴孔的横杆6-1,支撑架6底部设置有4个通过调节螺母4-3调节其高度的支撑脚4,支撑脚4包括有固定于支撑架6底部的圆筒部4-1,圆筒部中插装有支脚部4-2,调节螺母4-3穿过支脚部4-2上端与圆筒部4-1的下端相抵接,支脚部4-2下端均设置有与钻床工作台固定连接的紧固螺钉4-4;横杆6-1底部通过轴孔穿插有立轴5;
如图5所示,加工时,A、将连杆螺母12套装在连杆螺栓14上并用180牛顿米的力矩拧紧;B、将空压机连杆的两轴承孔分别套装在工作平板2上的第一工件定位柱1和第二工件定位柱3上,同时使连杆螺母12外壁与螺母定位块8内壁相抵接;C、旋转工作平板2上的连接螺钉7使工作平板2与支撑架6固定连接;D、旋转支撑脚4上的紧固螺钉4-4将支撑架6固定在钻床的工作台上,旋转调节螺母4-3,将工作平板2调至水平后,采用钻头在空压机连杆一端的连杆螺栓上进行开口销孔的钻削加工;E、松开支撑脚4上的紧固螺钉4-4,再旋转调节螺母4-3,使支撑脚4与钻床的工作台分离;F、将支撑架6旋转180度后,重复步骤D完成另一端的连杆螺栓开口销孔的加工; G、取出空压机连杆即完成本空压机连杆螺栓开口销孔的加工。

1.一种空压机连杆螺栓开口销孔钻夹具,其特征在于:有一个工作平板(2),所述工作平板(2)上一端设有工件螺母定位块(8)和第一工件定位柱(1),所述工作平板(2)上另一端设有第二工件定位柱(3),所述工作平板(2)下压接一支撑架(6),所述支撑架(6)中部具有一开设有轴孔的横杆(6-1),所述支撑架(6)底部设置有至少3个通过调节螺母(4-3)调节其高度的支撑脚(4),所述横杆(6-1)底部通过所述轴孔穿插有立轴(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空压机连杆螺栓开口销孔钻夹具,其特征在于:所述支撑脚(4)包括有固定于所述支撑架(6)底部的圆筒部(4-1),所述圆筒部中插装有支脚部(4-2),所述调节螺母(4-3)穿过所述支脚部(4-2)上端与所述圆筒部(4-1)的下端相抵接。
