本发明涉及家禽饲养技术领域,具体涉及一种黄梨肉鸡的饲养方法。
背景技术
黄梨果糖含量高达16.8,比一般梨要高出很多;它还富含钙、铁、锌、钾等多种微量元素及维生素B和C、胡萝卜素以及苹果酸、柠檬酸等有机酸和果酸。这些成分对于人类等非常有益,特别是其所含的天门冬素,对人体健康尤其是肾脏具有特殊的医疗保健功效。味浓,味香,香甜适口,各种维生素、矿物质含量高。后来明、清时期曾为皇帝专用贡品。迄今为止已有300多年的历史。
大黄梨不仅营养丰富,中医学认为梨性为甘寒,有润肺,清心,止咳,消痰,解肺热、火盛、酒毒、胸闷及气短等;据《本草纲目》记载润肺凉心,消痰降火,解疮毒、解毒,可用于感冒、支气管炎、咳嗽、(在当地,大黄梨常作为药引入药,特别是对消痰降火,解疮毒、感冒、支气管炎、咳嗽有特殊疗效。)烦渴失音、便秘、解酒毒等。
现代医学研究发现大黄梨含糖类、脂肪、蛋白质、维生素C和有机酸等。大黄梨性平味甘微涩,有清暑解渴、消食止泻的作用。大黄梨的果汁中因含有一种与胃液相类似的酵素,能分解蛋白质,帮助消化,所以饭后,特别是吃肉类和油腻食物后,吃上几片黄梨,确实有益。此外黄梨中的糖、盐和酶有利尿作用,对肾炎、高血压、浮黄梨肿、支气管炎咳嗽也有一定的辅助食疗作用。
目前,用黄梨果实作为食料来饲养肉鸡未见相关报导。
