本发明涉及吸收人或动物的尿及其它液体的吸水处理材。
背景技术
在专利文献1中记载了作为一种吸水处理材的动物用的排泄物处理材。该排泄物处理材中,使用烘焙咖啡豆的提取残渣等有机物作为材料。

发明内容
发明所要解决的问题
可是,使用后的吸水处理材需要废弃时,作为其废弃的方法,除作为所谓的家庭垃圾进行处理的方法以外,还考虑有流入冲水卫生间进行处理的方法。流入冲水卫生间的方法对于使用者来说是一种便利性高的废弃方法。
流入冲水卫生间的吸水处理材在与该卫生间连结的净化槽中被处理。净化槽具有通过微生物的净化作用来净化污水的功能。但是,吸水处理材中的有机物有时会对净化槽内的微生物带来不良影响。具体而言,吸水处理材中的有机物有时会引起特定微生物的异常增减。这样的话,有损净化槽的功能。
本发明是鉴于上述课题而完成的,其目的在于提供一种吸水处理材,其适合于流入冲水卫生间进行处理。
用于解决问题的手段
本发明人进行深入研究的结果发现,有机物中所含的营养素对净化槽内的微生物带来特别大的影响,从而完成了本发明。即,基于本发明的吸水处理材的特征在于,其仅由不含营养素的有机物构成。
该吸水处理材由有机物构成,但不含任何营养素。因此,即使是将其流入冲水卫生间的情况下,也能够减小对净化槽内的微生物的影响。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够实现一种适合于流入冲水卫生间进行处理的吸水处理材。

下面,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行详细地说明。
[构成]
图1是表示基于本发明的吸水处理材的一个实施方式的示意图。吸水处理材1是狗或猫等宠物用的排泄物处理材,其具备粒状芯部10和被覆层部20。被覆层部20被覆粒状芯部10。在本实施方式中,被覆层部20覆盖粒状芯部10的整个表面。
该吸水处理材1仅由不含营养素的有机物构成。即,构成粒状芯部10的材料(芯部材料)和构成被覆层部20材料(被覆材料)两者均被限定为不含营养素的有机物。
在此,所述营养素是指蛋白质、碳水化合物、食物纤维、脂质、饱和脂肪酸、n-6系脂肪酸、n-3系脂肪酸、胆固醇、糖类、维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸、维生素B6、维生素B12、叶酸、泛酸、生物素、维生素C、钾、钙、镁、磷、铁、锌、铜、锰、碘、硒、铬、钼和钠。
<粒状芯部10>
粒状芯部10形成为小块的形状即可,无需为完美的球形等。作为粒状芯部10的形状,考虑例如有柱状体(细长形)、扁平形等。另外,作为芯部材料,如上所述,使用有机物中不含营养素的物质。作为有机物,可以举出例如纸类、塑料类、CMC(羧基甲基纤维素)、PVA(聚乙烯醇)、聚丙烯酸钠。可以组合使用两种以上材料。
作为纸类,自然可以使用原浆,还可以使用各种废料等。可以举出例如薄纸废料、卫生用纸废料、手纸废料、面巾纸废料、装饰纸废料、垃圾纸废料、纸棉废料、纸巾废料、座便垫废料、报纸纸屑、杂志屑、碎纸粉(主要是在印刷公司装订的切断时或切削时所产生的微细纸粉)、机械纸浆废料、化学纸浆废料、钛白纸废料、半化学纸浆废料、棉状纸浆废料、木材纸浆废料、废纸纸浆的粉碎物、短纤纸浆、吸水性纤维废料、无纺布废料、无纺布制造时所产生的纸粉、在制纸工序中产生的纸粉、在卫生材料制造时所产生的纸粉、层压纸废料、层压纸的印刷屑、层压纸的端屑、瓦楞纸板屑、损纸(由卫生材料制造商产生的下脚料损耗、由造纸制造商产生的纸屑等)、包装纸、板纸、使用后的票据、打孔屑等。
作为塑料类,可以举出合成高分子化合物的固态物质(例如聚丙烯、氯乙烯、多氯联苯、聚苯乙烯、聚缩醛、聚碳酸酯、聚乙烯、聚酰胺、聚苯二甲酸乙二酯、偏氯乙烯、丙烯酸类树脂、聚氨酯(氨基甲酸酯发泡体)、生物降解性塑料等)。作为塑料类,可以使用各种废料。可以举出例如废塑料类、废聚氨酯、废苯乙烯(包括发泡苯乙烯)、废农业用膜、各种合成树脂系包装材料的碎屑、废胶卷、废塑料容器类、电线的被覆碎屑、衬材碎屑、废聚合物、涂料残渣、废胶木板(印刷基板等)等。
另外,还可以使用排泄物处理材的废料中富含塑料的分离产物、纸尿片废料(由卫生材制造商产生的非标准品的纸尿片的外包装体等)中富含塑料的分离产物、卫生巾废料中富含塑料的分离产物、乳垫废料中富含塑料的分离产物、汗垫废料中富含塑料的分离产物、失禁垫废料中富含塑料的分离产物、动物用垫片废料中富含塑料的分离产物、寝具用床单废料中富含塑料的经由分级等的分离产物、口罩废料中富含塑料的分离产物、眼罩废料中富含塑料的分离产物、座席用盖罩废料中富含塑料的分离产物、氯乙烯壁纸废料、枕罩废料中富含塑料的分离产物、合成树脂纤维废料等。
<被覆层部20>
被覆层部20具有在使用时使吸收了尿等液体的吸水处理材1彼此附着而形成块状的功能。作为被覆材料,可以使用例如粘接性材料和纸粉的混合物。但是,仅限于不含营养素的有机物。
作为粘接性材料,只要是不含营养素的有机物,就可以使用公知的各种材料。可以举出例如PVA、聚丙烯酸钠。可以组合使用两种以上材料。

[作用效果]
吸水处理材1由有机物构成,但不含任何营养素。因此,即使在将吸水处理材1流入冲水卫生间的情况下,也能够减小对净化槽内的微生物的影响。因此,实现了适合于流入冲水卫生间进行处理的吸水处理材1。
对此,作为减小对净化槽内的微生物的影响的方法,还认为有不使用有机物作为吸水处理材的材料。但是,这样的话,存在材料的选择范围会明显变窄的问题。
这一点,在本实施方式中,从公知的有机物之中仅选择使用不含营养素的物质,由此在不使得材料选择的范围变得过窄的情况下,实现了适合于流入冲水卫生间进行处理的吸水处理材1。这基于本发明人如下的见解:对净化槽内的微生物带来特别大影响的是有机物中所含的营养素。
[制造方法]
对吸水处理材1的制造方法的一例进行说明。该制造方法包括造粒工序、被覆工序、分粒工序和干燥工序。
在造粒工序中,利用破碎机将芯部材料粉碎成规定尺寸,以规定的比例将该粉碎的芯部材料投入混合器中混合。并且,加水后,通过造粒机将该芯部材料挤出造粒,由此形成粒状芯部10。
在被覆工序中,使用涂敷装置等,对粒状芯部10的周围散布或喷雾被覆材料,由此形成被覆层部20。
在分粒工序中,通过使前工序中制造的吸水处理材穿过具有规定尺寸的筛孔,由此只提取出满足规定标准的吸水处理材。
在干燥工序中,利用干燥机使前工序中提取出的吸水处理材干燥。如果粒状芯部10的含水率过高,则成为在吸水处理材1保存时产生霉菌等的原因。通过干燥,对其含水率进行适当调整,由此能够防止霉菌等的产生。
需要说明的是,干燥工序之后,可以实施香料添加工序。在该工序中,在吸水处理材1的装袋中所使用的包装袋内放入香料。但是,香料限于不含营养素的有机物。香料例如与空气一起喷射至包装袋内。该空气的喷射是为了扩展开包装袋而进行的。该工序优选在将吸水处理材1装入包装袋的工序(装袋工序)之前进行。
上述香料在包装袋内附着于吸水处理材1,因此可以得到具有芳香性的吸水处理材1。如此通过在包装袋内放入香料,可以防止香料在之前的工序中附着于制造装置上。因此,制造后的装置的清扫变得容易。
香料与空气一起向包装袋内喷射的情况下,无需与用于向包装袋内喷射空气的装置分开设置用于将香料放入包装袋内的装置。因此,可以避免制造设备的复杂化,同时可以得到具有芳香性的吸水处理材1。
香料添加工序在装袋工序之前进行的情况下,可以在香料遍布整个包装袋内的状态下装入吸水处理材1。因此,容易使香料彻底地附着于包装袋内的两个以上的吸水处理材1上。
另外,由于是向包装袋内喷射香料,因此与在包装袋外喷射香料的情况(例如对装入包装袋之前的吸水处理材1进行喷射的情况)相比,可以减少浪费的香料的量。
[本发明的其它实施方式]
本发明的吸水处理材并非限定于上述实施方式,可以进行各种变形。例如,在上述实施方式中,显示出了吸水处理材1是由粒状芯部10和被覆层部20构成的多层结构的示例。但是,设置被覆层部20不是必须的。即,吸水处理材1也可以为单层结构。

Claims (3)

1.一种吸水处理材的制造方法,其特征在于,所述制造方法包括:
形成仅由不含营养素的有机物构成的吸水处理材的工序;
将所述吸水处理材装入包装袋的工序;
在所述包装袋内放入由不含营养素的有机物构成的香料的工序;
以将所述包装袋扩展开的方式向该包装袋内喷射空气的工序;
所述香料与所述空气一起喷射到所述包装袋内,由此将所述香料装入该包装袋内。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸水处理材的制造方法,其中,所述吸水处理材具备粒状芯部和覆盖所述粒状芯部的被覆层部。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的吸水处理材的制造方法,其中,所述吸水处理材上附着有所述由不含营养素的有机物构成的香料。
