Abstract
本发明公开了一种处治沥青路面病害的创可贴,隔离膜覆盖在高分子聚合物的外表面,所述的高分子聚合材料的内面上依次覆有聚酯胎体、高分子聚合材料和玻璃纤维布通过一定温度和压力聚合构成。本发明具有良好的抗高、低温性能,良好的抗裂能力,卓越的防水性能,创可贴式的施工不仅能延长养护周期,降低成本,又能保证处治过的沥青路面清洁、美观。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种处治沥青路面病害的创可贴,特别适用于沥青路面的面层,对已经产生病害的处治。
背景技术:
目前,对于沥青路面的裂缝病害的处治,主要采用沥青或者用灌缝胶通过灌缝设备对裂缝进行处治,这种病害处治方式有如下缺点:一是过分依赖设备的先进层度,一但设备出现故障或者设备熔化物料的时间过长,将会直接影响到施工的效率,二是溶化物料里增加的沥青等材料在路面温度过高时易流淌,而温度过低时又易变脆,当有车辆通过时候出现开裂进而使雨水渗透对路面基层进行破坏,三是如上所述的缺点和病害处治时,只能在裂缝病害发生后进行处治,而不能在病害还没有发生时侯进行有效的预防,从而增加了公路养护的成本。
发明内容:
本发明的任务是提出一种对沥青路面裂缝病害进行预防,又能对已经产生的裂缝病害进行高效的一种处治沥青路面病害的创可贴。
本发明的任务是这样完成的,一种处治沥青路面病害的创可贴,其特征在于:隔离膜覆盖在高分子聚合物的外表面,所述的高分子聚合材料的内面上依次覆有聚酯胎体、高分子聚合材料和玻璃纤维布通过一定温度和压力聚合构成。所述的玻璃纤维布为网状结构的这一层上的外层面暴露在路面,玻璃纤维布上的外层面为网状结构。所述的温度为160-180℃,所述的压力为5000牛。
本发明具有以下效果:本发明具有良好的抗高、低温性能,良好的抗裂能力,卓越的防水性能,创可贴式的施工不仅能延长养护周期,降低成本,又能保证处治过的沥青路面清洁、美观。

具体实施方式:
本技术方案是采用隔离膜1、高分子聚合材料2、聚酯胎体3、高分子聚合材料4和玻璃纤维布5构成,具体实施例如图1所示,隔离膜1覆盖在高分子聚合物2的外表面,所述的高分子聚合材料2的内面上依次覆有聚酯胎体4、高分子聚合材料4和玻璃纤维布5通过一定温度和压力聚合构成一个整体,所述的温度为 160-180℃,所述的压力为5000牛,所述的玻璃纤维布为网状结构的这一层上的外层面暴露在路面,玻璃纤维布上的外层面为网状结构,能有效起到防水作用,经过一段时间汽车的碾压,高分子聚合材料将通过玻璃纤维布上的网状透析到最外层,所述的隔离膜1主要作用是使高分子聚合材料等于外界隔离开,施工时,类似创可贴的使用方法,将隔离膜撕开即可,高分子聚合材料主要由沥青进行改性,通过SBS及滑石粉等按比例添加,从而得到良好的粘接性,抗裂性及防水性;聚酯胎体3的主要作用在于其卓越的抗拉及抗裂能力,以上几种材料在适当的温度和压力下聚合后形成一种处治沥青路面病害的创可贴。

1. 一种处治沥青路面病害的创可贴,其特征在于:隔离膜覆盖在高分子聚合物的外表面,所述的高分子聚合材料的内面上依次覆有聚酯胎体、高分子聚合材料和玻璃纤维布通过一定温度和压力聚合构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种处治沥青路面病害的创可贴,其特征在于:所述的玻璃纤维布为网状结构的这一层上的外层面暴露在路面,玻璃纤维布上的外层面为网状结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种处治沥青路面病害的创可贴,其特征在于:所述的温度为160-180℃,所述的压力为5000牛。
