本发明公开了一种铝合金彩板底漆及其制备方法,旨在提供一种产品附着力强,柔韧性能好,漆膜平整光滑的铝合金彩板底漆;其技术要点,该底漆由下述质量百分比的组分制成:聚酯树脂20-27%,防沉助剂0.4-0.6%,溶剂4-6%,四甲苯15-25%,钛白粉3-7%,填料20-30%,环氧树脂4-6%,氨基树脂4-6%,流平剂0.4-0.6%,硬干剂0.4-0.6%;属于油漆技术领域。

铝合金彩板底漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油漆配方,具体地说,是一种铝合金彩板底漆,本发明还涉及该铝合金彩板底漆的制备方法;属于油漆技术领域。
背景技术
彩板底漆一种用于铝合金板表面涂装,起到装饰和保护作用的油漆。它即要求与底漆有优良的附着力,又能美化产品视觉效果还能保护底材不受环境等因素影响使用时间。目前卷材涂料所使用的面漆,其配方一般采用以下几种原料:普通饱和聚酯、普通氨基树脂、颜料、助剂、溶剂。上述原材料配料后按常规卷材涂料生产工艺,经分散、研磨、调漆、灌装等工序加工而成。这种漆的不足是:1、漆膜外观简单,无立体感;2、使用时间短,耐候性差,颜色单一;3、配方中固体份低,VOC排放较高,不利环保。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种产品附着力强,柔韧性能好,漆膜平整光滑的铝合金彩板底漆,本发明还提供该铝合金彩板底漆的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的第一技术方案是这样的:
该铝合金彩板底漆,由下述质量百分比的组分制成:聚酯树脂20-27%,防沉助剂0.4-0.6%,溶剂4-6%,四甲苯15-25%,钛白粉3-7%,填料20-30%,环氧树脂4-6%,氨基树脂4-6%,流平剂0.4-0.6%,硬干剂0.4-0.6%
作为本发明的进一步改进,上述的铝合金彩板底漆,由下述质量百分比的组分制成:由下述质量百分比的组分制成:聚酯树脂23.5%,防沉助剂0.5%,溶剂5%,四甲苯20%,钛白粉5%,填料25%,环氧树脂5%,全甲醚化氨基树脂5%,流平剂0.5%,硬干剂0.5%。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,上述的铝合金彩板底漆,所述的防沉助剂为气相二氧化硅;所述的溶剂二价酸酯DBE;所述的填料为硫酸钡或者滑石粉或其组合;所述的流平剂为氟硅油类流平剂;所述的硬干剂为美国金氏酸催化剂。
为制备该铝合金彩板底漆,本发明还提供该铝合金彩板底漆的制备方法,其技术方案如下:
该铝合金彩板底漆的制备方法,依次包括下述步骤:
1)称取各个组分;
2)将步骤1)称取的各个组分搅拌混匀得混合料;
3)将步骤2)中的混合料过砂磨机研磨、过滤即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的铝合金彩板底漆产品无毒、符合环保要求,对人体健康无危害;该产品附着力强,柔韧性能好,干燥速度快,漆膜平整光滑、饱满,耐酸、碱、盐,抗大气候,加工成型性好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的权利要求作进一步的详细说明,但本发明并不限于此,任何人在本发明权利要求范围内所做的有限次的修改仍在本发明权利要求保护范围之内。
实施例1
本发明提供的一种铝合金彩板底漆,该铝合金彩板底漆由下述质量数的组分制成:固含量70%聚酯树脂27g,气相二氧化硅0.4g,二价酸酯DBE 6g,四甲苯25g,钛白粉7g,硫酸钡20g,环氧树脂6g,氨基树脂4g,EFKA-3777流平剂0.6g,美国金氏酸催化剂NACURE 5225 0.4g。
实施例2
本发明提供的另一种铝合金彩板底漆,该铝合金彩板底漆由下述质量数的组分制成:固含量60%聚酯树脂23.5g,气相二氧化硅0.5g,二价酸酯DBE 5g,甲苯20g,钛白粉5g,滑石粉25g,环氧树脂5g,全甲醚化氨基树脂5g,EFKA-3777流平剂0.5g,美国金氏酸催化剂NACURE 5225 0.5g。
实施例3
本发明提供的另一种铝合金彩板底漆,所该铝合金彩板底漆由下述质量数的组分制成:固含量65%聚酯树脂20g,气相二氧化硅0.6g,二价酸酯DBE 4g,四甲苯15g,钛白粉3g,硫酸钡10g,滑石粉20g,环氧树脂4g,全甲醚化氨基树脂6g,EFKA-3777流平剂0.4g,美国金氏酸催化剂NACURE 5076 0.6g。
实施例1至3中任意一种铝合金彩板底漆的制备方法,依次包括下述步骤:
1)按实施例1至3中任意一组百分比称取各个组分;
2)将步骤1)称取的各个组分搅拌混匀得混合料;
3)将步骤2)中的混合料过砂磨机研磨、过滤即得

Claims (8)

1.一种铝合金彩板底漆,其特征在于,由下述质量百分比的组分制成:聚酯树脂20-27%,防沉助剂0.4-0.6%,溶剂4-6%,四甲苯15-25%,钛白粉3-7%,填料20-30%,环氧树脂4-6%,氨基树脂4-6%,流平剂0.4-0.6%,硬干剂0.4-0.6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金彩板底漆,其特征在于,由下述质量百分比的组分制成:聚酯树脂23.5%,防沉助剂0.5%,溶剂5%,四甲苯20%,钛白粉5%,填料25%,环氧树脂5%,全甲醚化氨基树脂5%,流平剂0.5%,硬干剂0.5%。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的铝合金彩板底漆,其特征在于,所述的防沉助剂为气相二氧化硅。
4.根据权利要求1或者2所述的铝合金彩板底漆,其特征在于,所述的溶剂为二价酸酯DBE。
5.根据权利要求1或者2所述的铝合金彩板底漆,其特征在于,所述的填料为硫酸钡或者滑石粉或其组合。
6.根据权利要求1或者2所述的铝合金彩板底漆,其特征在于,所述的流平剂为氟硅油类流平剂。
7.根据权利要求1或者2所述的铝合金彩板底漆,其特征在于,所述的硬干剂为美国金氏酸催化剂。
8.制备权利要求1所述的铝合金彩板底漆的方法,其特征在于,依次包括下述步骤:
1)按权利要求1所述的质量比称取各个组分;
2)将步骤1)称取的各个组分搅拌混匀得混合料;
3)将步骤2)中的混合料过砂磨机研磨、过滤即得。
