Abstract
本发明涉及一种聚乙烯粉末涂料,具体涉及一种含纳米聚苯胺接枝活化微孔硅酸钙的特种聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,该粉末涂料由如下重量份的原料制成:纳米聚苯胺0.8-1.2、微孔硅酸钙6-9、三聚磷酸钠1-2、聚羟基丁酸酯4-6、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯3-5、聚氧化乙烯2-3、聚氯乙烯12-16、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411 2-4、颜料5-8、抗氧剂2-3、聚乙烯40-50;本发明将微孔硅酸钙预先进行氧活化处理,并在其表面接枝纳米聚苯胺,经过这种方法处理后的改性填料与高分子材料的结合力和相容性更好,改性后的聚乙烯表现出良好的力学性能和强的附着力,涂装后涂层光滑致密,不易开裂脱落,耐火阻燃,具有特有的高效防腐和屏蔽电磁波的功效,且产品环保安全,经久耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚乙烯粉末涂料,具体涉及一种含纳米聚苯胺接枝活化微孔硅酸钙的特种聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯粉末涂料在现有的热塑性粉末涂料中占有很大的比重,它的优点主要表现为原料便宜、耐化学腐蚀、良好的电绝缘性以及低温稳定性,然而它的缺点也比较明显,使用时机械强度较差,涂膜附着力差,表面易龟裂,防腐和耐候性也有待提高,若要继续扩大聚乙烯粉末涂料的使用范围,提高其在同类产品中的竞争力,改善其使用性能势在必行。
目前改进聚乙烯的性能途径主要分为物理改性和化学改性两种方法,虽然这些改性方法目前都得到普遍应用,在改善聚乙烯粉末涂料的性能方面也发挥了积极的作用,然而,不论是改性填料、共混改性的高分子材料或者接枝、交联单体,它们与聚乙烯基料的相容性和结合活性尤为重要,也是保证改性效率、提高原料利用率的根本;因此改善这些传统改性材料的性能,同时结合新材料的使用,可以研制出性能更为优良的聚乙烯粉末涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,制备一种含纳米聚苯胺接枝活化微孔硅酸钙的特种聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,该发明中添加的改性填料的活性得到提高,原料的利用率更高,改性后的聚乙烯粉末涂料使用性能更佳,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种含纳米聚苯胺接枝活化微孔硅酸钙的特种聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该粉末涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米聚苯胺0.8-1.2、微孔硅酸钙6-9、三聚磷酸钠1-2、聚羟基丁酸酯4-6、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯3-5、聚氧化乙烯2-3、聚氯乙烯12-16、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411 2-4、颜料5-8、抗氧剂2-3、聚乙烯40-50;
所述的一种含纳米聚苯胺接枝活化微孔硅酸钙的特种聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其制备方法为:
(1)先将微孔硅酸钙在500-600℃的氧气氛围内煅烧3-4h,随后冷却至室温,研磨为400-600目微粉,得活化微孔硅酸钙粉体,随后再将活化硅酸钙微粉与0.6-0.8重量份的铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411、纳米聚苯胺混合,加热至60-80℃,搅拌混合2-3h,得纳米聚苯胺接枝活化微孔硅酸钙微粉备用;
(2)将聚氧化乙烯溶于15-18重量份的水中,再将聚氯乙烯与聚乙烯一起投入聚氧化乙烯水溶液中,高速搅拌混合60-80min后将混合物料烘干除去水分,最后再加入步骤(1)所得的纳米聚苯胺接枝活化微孔硅酸钙微粉及其它剩余成分,预混合80-100min,随后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合挤出造粒,粒料送入磨粉机磨成细粉后再进入筛粉机分级,即得。
本发明制备的改性聚乙烯粉末涂料的优点在于:将微孔硅酸钙预先进行了氧活化处理,在其表面接枝纳米聚苯胺,经过这种方法处理后的改性填料与高分子材料的结合力和相容性更好,改性后的聚乙烯表现出良好的力学性能和强的附着力,涂装后涂层光滑致密,不易开裂脱落,耐火阻燃,具有特有的高效防腐和屏蔽电磁波的功效,且产品环保安全,经久耐用。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米聚苯胺1、微孔硅酸钙8、三聚磷酸钠1.5、聚羟基丁酸酯5、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯4、聚氧化乙烯2.5、聚氯乙烯15、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411 3、颜料6、抗氧剂2.5、聚乙烯48。
该粉末涂料的制备方法为:
(1)先将微孔硅酸钙在550℃的氧气氛围内煅烧3.5h,随后冷却至室温,研磨为600目微粉,得活化微孔硅酸钙粉体,随后再将活化硅酸钙微粉与0.6重量份的铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411、纳米聚苯胺混合,加热至75℃,搅拌混合2.8h,得纳米聚苯胺接枝活化微孔硅酸钙微粉备用;
(2)将聚氧化乙烯溶于16重量份的水中,再将聚氯乙烯与聚乙烯一起投入聚氧化乙烯水溶液中,高速搅拌混合70min后将混合物料烘干除去水分,最后再加入步骤(1)所得的纳米聚苯胺接枝活化微孔硅酸钙微粉及其它剩余成分,预混合90min,随后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合挤出造粒,粒料送入磨粉机磨成细粉后再进入筛粉机分级,取200-300目产品分装即得。
本实施例所制得的聚乙烯粉末涂料性能测试结果为:

1.一种含纳米聚苯胺接枝活化微孔硅酸钙的特种聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该粉末涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米聚苯胺0.8-1.2、微孔硅酸钙6-9、三聚磷酸钠1-2、聚羟基丁酸酯4-6、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯3-5、聚氧化乙烯2-3、聚氯乙烯12-16、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411 2-4、颜料5-8、抗氧剂2-3、聚乙烯40-50。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含纳米聚苯胺接枝活化微孔硅酸钙的特种聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其制备方法为:
(1)先将微孔硅酸钙在500-600℃的氧气氛围内煅烧3-4h,随后冷却至室温,研磨为400-600目微粉,得活化微孔硅酸钙粉体,随后再将活化硅酸钙微粉与0.6-0.8重量份的铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411、纳米聚苯胺混合,加热至60-80℃,搅拌混合2-3h,得纳米聚苯胺接枝活化微孔硅酸钙微粉备用;
