Abstract
本发明涉及一种聚乙烯粉末涂料,具体涉及一种含硅溶胶接枝活化纳米偏硼酸钡的聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,该粉末涂料由如下重量份的原料制成:纳米偏硼酸钡5-6、聚乙烯醇纤维3-5、固含量为12-15%的硅溶胶3-4、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411 2-3、抗氧剂2-3、石蜡油1-2、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯4-6、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯10-15、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-3、颜料5-8、聚乙烯40-50;本发明将纳米偏硼酸钡预先进行了氧活化处理,并在其表面接枝纳米尺寸的硅合物,无机填料与高分子材料的反应活性更高,而复混的聚乙烯基高分子材料力学性能得到改善,本发明制备的粉末涂料表现出良好的流动性和附着性,涂装形成的涂层柔韧光滑,耐冲击性能好,延展性好,且生产成本较低,经久耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚乙烯粉末涂料,具体涉及一种含硅溶胶接枝活化纳米偏硼酸钡的聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯粉末涂料在现有的热塑性粉末涂料中占有很大的比重,它的优点主要表现为原料便宜、耐化学腐蚀、良好的电绝缘性以及低温稳定性,然而它的缺点也比较明显,使用时机械强度较差,涂膜附着力差,表面易龟裂,防腐和耐候性也有待提高,若要继续扩大聚乙烯粉末涂料的使用范围,提高其在同类产品中的竞争力,改善其使用性能势在必行。
目前改进聚乙烯的性能途径主要分为物理改性和化学改性两种方法,虽然这些改性方法目前都得到普遍应用,在改善聚乙烯粉末涂料的性能方面也发挥了积极的作用,然而,不论是改性填料、共混改性的高分子材料或者接枝、交联单体,它们与聚乙烯基料的相容性和结合活性尤为重要,也是保证改性效率、提高原料利用率的根本;因此改善这些传统改性材料的性能,同时结合新材料的使用,可以研制出性能更为优良的聚乙烯粉末涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,制备一种含硅溶胶接枝活化纳米偏硼酸钡的聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,该发明中添加的改性填料的活性得到提高,原料的利用率更高,改性后的聚乙烯粉末涂料使用性能更佳,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种含硅溶胶接枝活化纳米偏硼酸钡的聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该粉末涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米偏硼酸钡5-6、聚乙烯醇纤维3-5、固含量为12-15%的硅溶胶3-4、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-4112-3、抗氧剂2-3、石蜡油1-2、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯4-6、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯10-15、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-3、颜料5-8、聚乙烯40-50;
所述的一种含硅溶胶接枝活化纳米偏硼酸钡的聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其制备方法为:
(1)先将纳米偏硼酸钡在200-300℃的氧气氛围内焙烧3-4h,随后冷却至室温,再与0.6-0.8重量份的铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411、硅溶胶混合,加热至60-80℃,搅拌混合2-3h后干燥除去水分,得硅溶胶接枝活化纳米偏硼酸钡微粉备用;
(2)将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶于15-18重量份的水中,再将聚乙烯醇纤维、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯与聚乙烯一起投入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的水溶液中,高速搅拌混合60-80min后将混合物料烘干除去水分,最后再加入步骤(1)所得的硅溶胶接枝活化纳米偏硼酸钡微粉及其它剩余成分,预混合80-100min,随后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合挤出造粒,粒料送入磨粉机磨成细粉后再进入筛粉机分级,即得。
本发明制备的改性聚乙烯粉末涂料的优点在于:将纳米偏硼酸钡预先进行了氧活化处理,并在其表面接枝纳米尺寸的硅合物,这样处理得到的无机填料与高分子材料的反应活性更高,改性效率更高,而复混的聚乙烯基高分子材料力学性能得到改善,本发明制备的粉末涂料表现出良好的流动性和附着性,涂装形成的涂层柔韧光滑,耐冲击性能好,延展性好,且生产成本较低,经久耐用。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米偏硼酸钡5、聚乙烯醇纤维4、固含量为15%的硅溶胶4、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-4113、抗氧剂2.5、石蜡油1.8、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯5、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯12、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2.5、颜料7、聚乙烯48。
该粉末涂料的制备方法为:
(1)先将纳米偏硼酸钡在280℃的氧气氛围内焙烧3.5h,随后冷却至室温,再与0.6重量份的铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411、硅溶胶混合,加热至75℃,搅拌混合2.5h后干燥除去水分,得硅溶胶接枝活化纳米偏硼酸钡微粉备用;
(2)将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶于16重量份的水中,再将聚乙烯醇纤维、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯与聚乙烯一起投入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的水溶液中,高速搅拌混合65min后将混合物料烘干除去水分,最后再加入步骤(1)所得的硅溶胶接枝活化纳米偏硼酸钡微粉及其它剩余成分,预混合90min,随后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合挤出造粒,粒料送入磨粉机磨成细粉后再进入筛粉机分级,取200-300目产品分装即得。
本实施例所制得的聚乙烯粉末涂料性能测试结果为:

1.一种含硅溶胶接枝活化纳米偏硼酸钡的聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该粉末涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米偏硼酸钡5-6、聚乙烯醇纤维3-5、固含量为12-15%的硅溶胶3-4、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411 2-3、抗氧剂2-3、石蜡油1-2、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯4-6、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯10-15、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-3、颜料5-8、聚乙烯40-50。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含硅溶胶接枝活化纳米偏硼酸钡的聚乙烯粉末涂料及其制备方法,其制备方法为:
(1)先将纳米偏硼酸钡在200-300℃的氧气氛围内焙烧3-4h,随后冷却至室温,再与0.6-0.8重量份的铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411、硅溶胶混合,加热至60-80℃,搅拌混合2-3h后干燥除去水分,得硅溶胶接枝活化纳米偏硼酸钡微粉备用;
(2)将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶于15-18重量份的水中,再将聚乙烯醇纤维、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯与聚乙烯一起投入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的水溶液中,高速搅拌混合60-80min后将混合物料烘干除去水分,最后再加入步骤(1)所得的硅溶胶接枝活化纳米偏硼酸钡微粉及其它剩余成分,预混合80-100min,随后投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合挤出造粒,粒料送入磨粉机磨成细粉后再进入筛粉机分级,即得。
