Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合无纺布及其制作工艺,该复合无纺布包括无纺布与PET膜,该无纺布的一版面铺设有离型剂,该无纺布的另一版面通过复合胶水与该PET膜的一版面叠合,该PET膜的另一版面铺设有压敏胶。制作工艺步骤如下:一,通过干式复合机,将无纺布的里版面与PET膜的里版面通过复合胶水复合;二,通过涂布机,利用五辊变速涂布技术,在该无纺布的外版面涂布离型剂;三,在该PET膜的外版面涂布压敏胶。本发明的复合无纺布通过复合胶水复合,复合牢固性强,不易分层,而且,本发明的复合胶水的使用量远远小于现有技术的压敏胶的使用量,从而降低本产品的成本。

复合无纺布及其制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合无纺布及其制作工艺。
背景技术
现有技术的复合无纺布材料是通过涂布机将压敏胶粘剂涂布到无纺布后,将无纺布与膜材复合,其施胶量一般在26/m2以上。但是,该复合无纺布通过压敏胶复合,复合后经高温涂布易分层、起皱,粘合不牢固。
发明内容
本发明针对该技术问题,提供一种复合无纺布,其通过聚氨酯胶粘剂复合,复合牢固性强,经高温涂布不易分层、起皱,且成本低。
本发明解决该技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种复合无纺布,包括无纺布与PET膜,该无纺布的一版面铺设有离型剂,该无纺布的另一版面通过复合胶水与该PET膜的一版面叠合,该PET膜的另一版面铺设有压敏胶。
优选地,该无纺布为45g/m2不淋膜无纺布。
优选地,该PET膜为12u膜材。
优选地,该离型剂为烯基无溶剂硅油。
优选地,该复合胶水为聚氨酯胶粘剂,其耐高温、复合致使不分层。
优选地,该压敏胶为热熔压敏胶,其剥离强度高、环保无污染。
本发明的复合无纺布的制作工艺步骤如下:
一,通过干式复合机,将无纺布的里版面与PET膜的里版面通过复合胶水复合;
二,通过涂布机,利用五辊变速涂布技术,在该无纺布的外版面涂布离型剂;
三,在该PET膜的外版面涂布压敏胶。
进一步,该步骤一中,采用的复合胶水为聚氨酯胶粘剂,其施胶量为8~10g/m2
进一步,该步骤二中,采用的离型剂为烯基无溶剂硅油,其施硅量为0.8~1g/m2
进一步,该步骤三中,采用的压敏胶为热熔压敏胶,其施胶量为25~28g/m2
与现有技术相比,具有如下积极效果:1、本发明通过聚氨酯胶粘剂复合,复合牢固性强,经高温涂布不易分层、起皱;2,本发明的复合胶水的使用量远远小于现有技术的压敏胶的使用量,从而降低本产品的成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的复合无纺布,包括无纺布2与PET膜4,该无纺布2的外版面铺设有离型剂1,该无纺布2的里版面通过复合胶水3与该PET膜4的里版面叠合,该PET膜4的外版面铺设有压敏胶5。
优选地,该无纺布2为45g/m2不淋膜无纺布2。
优选地,该PET膜4为12u膜材,12u膜材指的是,12μm厚度的膜材。
优选地,该离型剂1为烯基无溶剂硅油。该离型剂固化速快,活性大,对压敏胶剥离强度低,而且材料能符合欧盟R0HS要求。
优选地,该复合胶水3为聚氨酯胶粘剂、水性丙烯酸复合胶水、醇溶性复合胶水或油性丙烯酸复合胶水。更优选地,该复合胶水3为聚氨酯胶粘剂,其耐高温、复合致使不分层。
优选地,该压敏胶5为热熔压敏胶,其剥离强度高、环保无污染。
本发明的复合无纺布的制作工艺步骤如下:
一,通过干式复合机,将无纺布2的里版面与PET膜4的里版面通过复合胶水3复合,该复合胶水3为聚氨酯胶粘剂,其施胶量为8~10g/m2
二,通过涂布机,利用五辊变速涂布技术,在该无纺布2的外版面涂布离型剂1,该离型剂1为烯基无溶剂硅油,其施硅量为0.8~1g/m2
三,在该PET膜4的外版面涂布压敏胶5,该压敏胶5为热熔压敏胶,其施胶量为25~28g/m2
作出测试,本发明的复合无纺布与市面上使用压敏胶粘剂粘合的复合无纺布同做一组撕拉实验:
市面上使用压敏胶粘剂粘合的复合无纺布,经过涂布120℃高温下涂硅油后,表现出性能:无纺布同PET膜易分层,起皱,不能完全破坏无纺布;
而本发明的复合无纺布,经过涂布120度高温下涂硅油后,材料没有分层及起皱现象,撕开能完全破坏无纺布。
需要说明的是,无纺布2的外版面与无纺布2的里版面无结构上的差异,仅为说明本发明的复合无纺布的结构之便;PET膜4的外版面与PET膜4的里版面无结构上的差异,仅为说明本发明的复合无纺布的结构之便。
与现有技术相比,本发明的复合无纺布通过复合胶水复合,复合牢固性强,不易分层,而且,本发明的复合胶水的使用量远远小于现有技术的压敏胶的使用量,从而降低本产品的成本。
本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本发明的各种改动或变型不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变型属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型。

Claims (10)

1.一种复合无纺布,其特征在于:包括无纺布与PET膜,该无纺布的一版面铺设有离型剂,该无纺布的另一版面通过复合胶水与该PET膜的一版面叠合,该PET膜的另一版面铺设有压敏胶。
2.如权利要求1所述复合无纺布,其特征在于:该复合胶水为聚氨酯胶粘剂。
3.如权利要求1所述复合无纺布,其特征在于:该离型剂为烯基无溶剂硅油。
4.如权利要求1所述复合无纺布,其特征在于:该压敏胶为热熔压敏胶。
5.如权利要求1所述复合无纺布,其特征在于:该无纺布为45g/m2不淋膜无纺布。
6.如权利要求1所述复合无纺布的制作工艺,其特征在于,其步骤如下:
一,将无纺布的里版面与PET膜的里版面通过复合胶水复合;
二,在该无纺布的外版面涂布离型剂;
三,在该PET膜的外版面涂布压敏胶。
7.如权利要求6所述复合无纺布的制作工艺,其特征在于:该步骤一中,采用的复合胶水为聚氨酯胶粘剂,其施胶量为8~10g/m2
8.如权利要求6所述复合无纺布的制作工艺,其特征在于:该步骤一是通过干式复合机进行复合的。
9.如权利要求6所述复合无纺布的制作工艺,其特征在于:该步骤二中,采用的离型剂为烯基无溶剂硅油,其施硅量为0.8~1g/m2
10.如权利要求6所述复合无纺布的制作工艺,其特征在于:该步骤三中,采用的压敏胶为热熔压敏胶,其施胶量为25~28g/m2
