Abstract
本发明属于复合材料制造技术领域,涉及一种网栅类复合材料件的成型方法。本发明是在预浸布糊制结束后,沿着金属网栅的边缘铺上经预先固化的硅橡胶片,硅橡胶片与预浸布的边缘必须要铺放紧密,不能留出空隙,让硅橡胶片再与零件一起进罐固化。在固化的过程中,硅橡胶片将起到阻止预浸布中的树脂流入到金属网栅的作用,即在预浸布与金属网栅的边界形成一个屏障。待产品启模后,将围在产品金属网栅上的硅橡胶片掀起,这样成型后的金属网栅就不会再有胶瘤。本发明有效地解决了网栅类复合材料件在成型后金属网栅上出现大量胶瘤的问题,零件启模后不再需要工人依靠手工进行清理。

技术领域
本发明属于复合材料制造技术领域,涉及一种网栅类复合材料件的成型方法。
背景技术
目前,复合材料件的成型方法都是在铺层结束后,先铺放脱模薄膜,再铺放透气毡,最后打上真空袋。按这种传统的方法成型后的网栅类复合材料件,金属网栅周围预浸料中的树脂会在固化的过程中流到金属网栅上,固化后会在金属网栅上留下大量的胶瘤。胶瘤必须靠工人手工清理,清理的时间较长,而且清理也比较困难。
发明内容
(1)本发明的目的是提出一种能够阻止预浸布中的树脂流到金属网格上,以免在固化后形成难以清理的胶瘤的网栅类复合材料件的成型方法。本发明的技术解决方案是,将硅橡胶片铺贴在成型模上,在产品切割线以外用胶带将硅橡胶片固定,
(2)将硅橡胶片经180°固化1小时,自然降温到60°以下,启模待用,
(3)用丙酮再次擦洗成型模,按设计要求铺贴预浸布及网栅,
(4)待预浸布及网栅铺层结束后,将预先固化好的硅橡胶片铺贴在金属网栅的上面,确保硅橡胶片有效的覆盖全部金属网栅的表面,
(5)铺放脱模薄膜以覆盖全部铺层表面,再铺放透气毡,
(6)制作真空袋,进行封装,进行固化,固化参数为:固化温度:120℃±10℃,恒温时间:1小时±30分钟,固化压力不小于0.4MPa,真空压力不小于0.07MPa,降温速率:0.2-0.3℃/分,
(7)待温度降到60°出炉,启模。
本发明具有的优点和有益效果,

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图和实施例对本发明技术方案进一步地详述:
该种用于网栅类复合材料件成型的方法,其操作步骤如下:
(1)工装准备,用丙酮擦洗成型模,确保模具表面光滑、无油脂。将硅橡胶片4铺贴在成型模后,在产品切割线以外用胶带将硅橡胶片固定在成型模2上。
(2)将硅橡胶片经180°固化1小时,待自然恢复到60°以下启模待用。
(3)材料准备,用丙酮再次擦洗成型模,确保模具表面光滑、无油脂。
(4)按设计要求铺贴预浸布3及网栅1,待网栅类复合材料件铺层结束后,将预先固化好的硅橡胶片4铺贴在金属网栅1的上面,确保硅橡胶片有效的覆盖全部金属网栅的表面。
(5)铺放脱模薄膜,再铺放透气毡。
(6)制作真空袋(真空薄膜+密封胶条)进行封装,固化参数为恒温温度:120℃±10℃,恒温时间:1小时±30分钟,固化压力不小于0.4MPa,真空压力不小于0.07MPa.
(7)出炉后,待温度降到60°以下启模。
(8)按产品切割线切割后待用。
Claims (1)
1.一种网栅类复合材料件的成型方法,其特征是,成型步骤如下:
(1)将硅橡胶片铺贴在成型模上,在产品切割线以外用胶带将硅橡胶片固定,
(2)将硅橡胶片经180°固化1小时,自然降温到60°以下,启模待用,
(3)用丙酮再次擦洗成型模,按设计要求铺贴预浸布及网栅,
(4)待预浸布及网栅铺层结束后,将预先固化好的硅橡胶片铺贴在金属网栅的上面,确保硅橡胶片有效的覆盖全部金属网栅的表面,
(5)铺放脱模薄膜以覆盖全部铺层表面,再铺放透气毡,
(6)制作真空袋,进行封装,进行固化,固化参数为:固化温度:120℃±10℃,恒温时间:1小时±30分钟,固化压力不小于0.4MPa,真空压力不小于0.07MPa,降温速率:0.2-0.3℃/分,
(7)待温度降到60°出炉,启模。
