本发明公开了一种数控车床动力头,其特征在于:所述主轴通过第一角接触球轴承、第二角接触球轴承、内隔套、外隔套设置在主轴箱的内孔中,压盖的凸台压紧在第一角接触球轴承的外圈上,螺套压紧在第二角接触球轴承的外圈上,圆螺母压紧在第二角接触球轴承的内圈上;所述前盖紧固在压盖的端面上;所述弹簧卡套设置在主轴内孔中,螺纹压盖压紧在弹簧卡套的外锥面上;所述伺服电机的芯轴插在主轴的尾部内孔中,通过第二平键传递动力;所述主轴箱设置在滑板上,主轴箱上的定位轴插入滑板的定位孔中,并通过第二螺钉、定位销固定在滑板上。该数控车床动力头,价格低廉、方便实用。在普通数控车床上实现铣削功能,是经济型的多功能车铣加工机床。

技术领域
本发明属于数控机床领域,特别涉及一种数控车床动力头。
背景技术
现有技术中,同类数控车床只能加工圆柱体零件,附加有数控刀塔的机床,虽然能进行铣削加工,但数控刀塔的价格很高,少的十几万元,贵的40-50万元,比数控车床主机都贵,因此在普通数控车床上实现铣削加工,一直是一道难题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术得不足,本发明提供一种价格低廉、方便实用的数控车床动力头。
本发明的技术方案是:一种数控车床动力头,包括一种数控车床动力头,包括主轴箱,主轴,第一角接触球轴承,内隔套,外隔套,第二角接触球轴承,前盖,螺套,圆螺母,压盖,弹簧卡套,螺纹压盖,滑板,螺母,丝杠,手轮,刻度盘,固定套,传动套,第一平键,第一定位块,立柱,镶条,第一螺钉,定位轴,伺服电机,燕尾导轨,第二定位块,第三定位块,第四定位块,第二螺钉,定位销,第二平键,其特征在于:所述主轴通过第一角接触球轴承、第二角接触球轴承、内隔套、外隔套设置在主轴箱的内孔中,压盖的凸台压紧在第一角接触球轴承的外圈上,螺套压紧在第二角接触球轴承的外圈上,圆螺母压紧在第二角接触球轴承的内圈上;
所述前盖紧固在压盖的端面上;
所述弹簧卡套设置在主轴内孔中,螺纹压盖压紧在弹簧卡套的外锥面上;
所述伺服电机的芯轴插在主轴的尾部内孔中,通过第二平键传递动力;
所述主轴箱设置在滑板上,主轴箱上的定位轴插入滑板的定位孔中,并通过第二螺钉、定位销固定在滑板上;
所述螺母与滑板固定在一起,丝杠通过手轮、传动套、第一平键带动螺母、滑板以及设置在滑板上的主轴箱及其主轴组成的部件沿着立柱的燕尾导轨作上下移动;
所述固定套固定在立柱的上端面上;
所述第一螺钉压紧在镶条上,将滑板紧定在立柱上;
所述第一定位块、第二定位块、第三定位块、第四定位块通过第二螺钉紧固在立柱底面的定位槽内。
进一步地,所述第二螺钉为4个。
本发明的优点效果是:该数控车床动力头,主轴可以在水平方向的左右两个方向(主轴头部朝左或朝右)或垂直方向安装,在车床上实现沿车床主轴轴线的轴向和径向两个方向的加工;主轴箱和主轴的轴线相对于立柱底面的距离进行调整,以适应于在不同中心高的车床上使用。整个动力头体积很小,以便于安装在车床横拖板上面的狭小空间内。在普通数控车床上实现铣削功能,为广大用户提供一种经济型的多功能车铣加工机床。

所述前盖7紧固在压盖10的端面上;
所述弹簧卡套11设置在主轴2内孔中,螺纹压盖12压紧在弹簧卡套11的外锥面上;
所述伺服电机26的芯轴插在主轴2的尾部内孔中,通过第二平键传递动力;
所述主轴箱1设置在滑板13上,主轴箱1上的定位轴25插入滑板13的定位孔中,并通过第二螺钉、定位销固定在滑板13上;
所述螺母14与滑板13固定在一起,丝杠15通过手轮16、传动套19、第一平键20带动螺母14、滑板13以及设置在滑板13上的主轴箱1及其主轴2组成的部件沿着立柱22的燕尾导轨27作上下移动;
所述固定套18固定在立柱22的上端面上;
所述第一螺钉24压紧在镶条23上,将滑板13紧定在立柱22上;
所述第一定位块21、第二定位块28、第三定位块29、第四定位块30通过第二螺钉紧固在立柱22底面的定位槽内。

1.一种数控车床动力头,包括一种数控车床动力头,包括主轴箱,主轴,第一角接触球轴承,内隔套,外隔套,第二角接触球轴承,前盖,螺套,圆螺母,压盖,弹簧卡套,螺纹压盖,滑板,螺母,丝杠,手轮,刻度盘,固定套,传动套,第一平键,第一定位块,立柱,镶条,第一螺钉,定位轴,伺服电机,燕尾导轨,第二定位块,第三定位块,第四定位块,第二螺钉,定位销,第二平键,其特征在于:所述主轴通过第一角接触球轴承、第二角接触球轴承、内隔套、外隔套设置在主轴箱的内孔中,压盖的凸台压紧在第一角接触球轴承的外圈上,螺套压紧在第二角接触球轴承的外圈上,圆螺母压紧在第二角接触球轴承的内圈上;
