糖尿病是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷使新陈代谢紊乱，长期持续血糖升高，自身机体功能障碍和衰竭，全身器官例如眼、肾、心血管及神经系统损坏而导致的疾病，糖尿病是典型的内分泌失调症。
肥胖是许多严重疾病的主要危险因素：57％的非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病，30％的胆囊疾病，17％的冠心病，17％的高血压，14％的骨关节炎，11％的乳腺、子宫、结直肠癌。肥胖还可以引起睡眠-呼吸紊乱。胸壁和腹部的脂肪堆积影响了胸廓和膈肌的运动，一般的肥胖多无明显临床表现，而对于少数极度肥胖者可引起通气功能的障碍，由此可使动脉血氧饱和度下降、二氧化碳饱和度升高、呼吸暂停等，最终出现持续的低氧和高二氧化碳血症。

其中苦菜(又称败酱草)的药理性质如下：入肝、胃、肾、胆、肺、全草入药，主要成分为：香豆素、甾帖类、三萜类、倍半萜类、木犀草素及其苷、洋芹苷.黄酮类成分等。黄酮类化合物对糖尿病人尤为重要，其含量对降低血糖、降脂、胆囊炎、痈肿疔疮、消肿排脓、肝炎、痢疾、肠炎、黄疽、血淋、抗肿瘤、保肝利胆及调节免疫系统、调节循环系统等，能有效消渴和控制糖尿病的并发症。苦菜含6种元素：铜4.38，钙1674.7，镁3719.1，锰11.49，铁111.6，锌19.61。
天葵子(又称千年老鼠屎)的药理性质如下：入归肝、肾、膀胱、脾、肺。主要成分为：生物碱、内酯、香豆素、酚性成分及多种氨基酸等等，具有消肿散结、消瘰疬恶疮、利水通淋、泻肝、胆、肾命相之邪火、解一切热毒、痈肿、疔疮、淋浊、抗肿疼等功效。通常用于治疗肝癌、膀胱癌、治疗各种痈肿、败毒抗癌以及癌瘤积素，能够有效的控制各种痈肿和具有杀菌作用。
芦荟的药理如下：入肝、胃、胆、肾、肺。主要成分为：蒽醌类、蒽酮类、有机酸等，具有有效降压降糖、高血脂、肿瘤、肝炎、肾炎、抗感染提高机体免疫功能，去掉胆固醇、软化血管、缓泻和利尿提高人体排泄功能，消除其他降压药的副作用。利用芦荟的抗衰老作用是近年来国内外的研究热点。芦荟黏液素(即芦荟凝胶)对于防止细胞老化和治疗慢性过敏症有非常重要的作用，每天有规律地将芦荟作为补充食物可降低自由基引起的氧化损害以及与增龄有关的肝脏胆固醇的升高。芦荟可调整机体的氧化状态：降低肝、肺、肾组织中丙二醛(MDA)的量，提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。并可降低由于辐射引起的血糖升高，增加胰岛素分泌水平并可降低由于辐射引起的血糖升高，增加胰岛素分泌水平促经血液循环缓解新陈代谢消除多余脂肪有效降低血糖。芦荟中含有(基锗三氧化合物)对肝癌、肺癌、子宫癌、白血病有效。
发明内容
本发明通过君臣佐使进行配伍，以芦荟为君、天葵子为臣、苦菜为使，将三种中药分别磨粉后混合配制而成，用于治疗糖尿病和减肥。
本发明提供一种中药组合物，其特征在于，以苦菜1-4份、天葵子2-5份和芦荟5-9份为原料，分别磨粉后混合制备而成。
优选地，本发明的中药组合物中苦菜2-3份、天葵子3-4份和芦荟7-8份。
优选地，本发明的中药组合物中苦菜2-3份、天葵子3-4份和芦荟5-6份。

本发明的另一个目的是提供上述中药组合物在制备治疗糖尿病药物中的应用。
本发明的另一个目的是提供上述中药组合物在制备减肥药物中的应用。
本发明提供了一种治疗糖尿病或减肥的药物，包括上述中药组合物和药学可接受的辅料，根据药物剂型的不同，所选择的辅料也不同。所述辅料包括药学领域常规的稀释剂、赋形剂、填充剂、粘合剂、湿润剂、吸收促进剂、表面活性剂、润滑剂、稳定剂等，必要时还可加入香味剂、甜味剂及色素，具体可为淀粉、羧甲基淀粉钠、微晶纤维素、乳糖、蔗糖、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羟丙基纤维素、可压性淀粉、微粉硅胶、硬脂酸镁、交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或聚乙二醇中的一种或几种；所述药物可以是任何剂型，优选制成可供口服的剂型，例如颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂、口服液和糖浆剂。
具体实施方式
实施例1：将苦菜1g、天葵子4g和芦荟5g分别磨粉后混合，装入胶囊。
实施例2：将苦菜2g、天葵子3g和芦荟5g分别磨粉后混合，装入胶囊。
实施例3：将苦菜2g、天葵子3g和芦荟7g分别磨粉后混合，装入胶囊。
实施例4：将苦菜4g、天葵子5g和芦荟9g分别磨粉后混合，装入胶囊。
实施例5：为了验证本发明药物的治疗糖尿病效果，以实施例3的药物进行临床试验来验证其效果。
以I型糖尿病和II型糖尿病的患者30人作为临床试验对象，每天早晚各服用一次，每次2-3个胶囊，每个胶囊含有0.6g中药组合物，一个月为一疗程，三个疗程观察，其中有效29人，治愈10人，无效1人。观察化验肝、肾功能未发现异常，无任何不良和副作用。由此可见，本发明的中药对于糖尿病的治愈率达到了33％，有效率达到了96.7％。
实施例6：为了验证本发明中药组合物的减肥效果，以实施例1-4的药物进行临床试验来验证其效果。
使用方法：每天早晚各服用一次，每次2-3个胶囊，每个胶囊含有0.6g中药组合物。
病例1：郭×，女，32岁，患肥胖6年，身高158cm，体重60kg，服用实施例1的药物参加试验60天，体重下降为45kg。
病例2：李×，男，40岁，患肥胖15年，身高175cm，体重92kg，服用实施例2的药物参加试验60天，体重下降为80kg。
病例3：江××，女，38岁，患者肥胖11年，身高165cm，体重70kg，服用实施例3的药物参加试验60天，体重下降为55kg。
病例4：孙××，男，42岁，身高170cm，体重85kg，，服用实施例4的药物参加试验60天，体重下降为70kg。
通过上述病例可知，本发明的中药组合物对于减肥具有很好的效果。

1.一种中药组合物，其特征在于，以苦菜1-4份、天葵子2-5份和芦荟5-9份为原料，分别磨粉后混合制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于，苦菜2-3份、天葵子3-4份和芦荟7-8份。
